The wife and I walked in knowing what we dont want. Dana was very helpful and transparent when it came to selecting a new mattress and what we would need to go up a mattress size. Weve walked out of mattress stores because all they wanted to do was push their most expensive models, and redirect us from anything economical. This was not the case with Dana. She showed us the name brand models, and gave us the details, and quickly showed us something cheaper that was close to the same. It was nice to have her walk us through everything. I will recommend anyone I know who is looking for a new mattress to Dana.

The place across the street, that I USED to do business with, didnt want to take money this morning. The lady sales person treated me like I was a bother to her. I guess she didnt realize I was ready to buy a new box spring, oh well her loss.So I called the mattress hub and talked to Dana, and she was super nice and cheerful and ready to answer my questions and she quickly made the sale over the phone, I didnt even have to drive to town. Excellent customer service. We had a hard time deciding on a mattress and had to come back a couple of times. But every time we came in to ask our hundred questions, they were always friendly and attentive! We love our temper-pedic mattress and adjustable base - it’s been almost 6 months now since we’ve had it. We’re moving to a new house and they also offer moving the mattress and base at an affordable price! I don’t think I would trust movers to take apart the adjustable base. It’s been a great investment so far!

My over all experience with the store wasn’t horrible but not the greatest either. I ended up having to wait a lot longer for my bed that I was originally told. I was told it was due to COVID not a huge deal and was half expected. However I did call one time after waiting a month and hearing nothing. The sales lady tired to push me off the phone almost instantly. I said I have been waiting on a bed for a month now and was wanting to get an update. She replied yeah everything is messed up I don’t have an answer sorry. I told her to slow down how could she have no update if she never even asked for my name or sales slip #. She was not happy about that. She then asked for it and almost immediately said oh we were just actually talking to the company about your order this morning we sent an email asking about it. She told me that I should get a call later that week which I never did. However about a week after that I received a call saying it was ready for delivery.If I could rate the store and delivery service separate I would rate the store a 3 for really poor Custer we service. That being said I would rate the delivery and set up a 5/5.Justin West and Ethan were hands down the best delivery and set up crew I have ever seen. They were fast, careful , friendly, and knowledgeable! To top it all off the store messed up my order (honest mistake) when Justin realized it as the crew was leaving he assured me he would make it right and get me the correct item delivered by the end of the night. He followed through and rang my doorbell a few hours later with a big smile on his face! Thanks for being awesome and showing how much you care for your customers!!

We purchased our new Proadapt Medium mattress from the mattress hub in Derby, Kansas. Our salesman was David Jordan and he was very helpful. You could tell he had been in the business for a long time. We have been sleeping on a water bed for 28+ years and decided it was time to make a change and after some research we decided to give the Posturepedic a try. We are currently waiting on it to be delivered.

I had surgery on my hip last year and the current mattress I have is too hard to lay on. Lower back aches as well. When I went with my mom to try one of the tempurpedic mattresses I was sold. Went into the store with the intention of getting a Sealy because that is what we have always used but then found the Sterns and Foster mattresses. They seemed so much better. Even went to another store with higher priced Sealy mattresses and still liked the Sterns and Foster more.
