I went in not having a real idea of what I wanted and Kristen was super helpful and seemed to know exactly which products to show me! I expected to be totally overwhelmed but the process was simple and stress free. There were a lot of products in the show room to look at.

A very good experience recently purchasing what Im guessing is mid-range fixtures for our bathroom remodel. Staff were knowledgeable and not pushy. Selection seems to be from mid-range on up. Definitely an improvement over the big-box stores.

Built a home and went through Ferguson for all lighting fixtures. We were told at the start all lights were in stock, then only some lights, then some were damaged oh and now you have to change your exterior lights after we ordered them months prior. Moved in 3/1 and it’s 5/8 and still waiting for our replacement basement light. First it was missed ordered, then back ordered, so we picked a new light in stock. You’ll have tracking number by next week, 2 weeks later no tracking sent an email and a week after that they responded with well back ordered. Picked a new light and now being told it takes 2-3 weeks to process and hopefully it’s still in stock. Over 2 months and 3 different selections for a basement light! Absolutely terrible customer service!

We did a complete renovation of our townhouse which involved updating 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. We had the pleasure of working with Amanda who was personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the product lines she represents. She detailed all of our quotes with photos and assisted us with fixtures that were both beautiful and functional. I cant say enough good things about our overall experience with Amanda and Ferguson.

I was greeted by Cara. She was very interested in our upcoming bathroom remodel. We discussed all the details. Cara choose what was important to pick out 1st. Went to showroom for a replacement range hood insert because their website shows they have them. Said they only have limited selection and go to warehouse on Walden Ave. for help. Walden Ave. warehouse said they have none, go check out our showroom on Transit. Wouldnt even look at my old one to identify and help me. Their empty parking lot led me to believe they were really really busy. Result: Ordered exactly what I wanted from KitchenSource.com for $593 without any hassle or driving back and forth. Happy customer.

My wife and i are building and decided to do a little shopping last Saturday and stopped in the showroom. The items inside from lighting to appliances were beautiful. Unfortunately the beauty stopped there. The woman at the front desk seemed to forget that smiling is inviting but did find someone to help us. We were then greeted by a woman who immediately advised we needed an appointment almost pushing out the door. All we wanted to do was look and possibly purchase a few items but we were treated as if there were 10 people ahead of us. Keep in mind, the showroom was empty aside from us and the staff. When we had a few questions, I felt very uneasy even asking her as if I was bothering her or taking up her time. I fully understand that they probably have quotes theyre writing on the side but to rush us out left me feeling very awkward. We looked around a bit longer but did not want to bother anyone else there so we left. I will say that we did end up stopping into another place and purchased a range. We spent $7500 that day on one appliance and still have a few others left along with our lighting and fixtures. I would have gladly given ferguson my business had they gladly given us the time of day.

My wife and I went to Ferguson on a Saturday morning, when no other customers were in the store. In the past year, we purchased a faucet from this location when we remodeled our kitchen and thought we would use them for a two bathroom remodel. We knew what we wanted and asked for someone to help us pick out our selections. Unfortunately we got Amanda, who upon introduction, informed us we should schedule an appointment which would take an hour or two. We laughed because our designer took less time to plan our project. We planned to buy two toilets, seven faucets, a cast iron tub, light fixtures, mirrors, etc. All in all, we would have spent upwards of $10,000 with this company.After this experience, we would never step foot in this store again. Amanda went so far as to say that the cast iron tub we wanted does not exist and we dont know what we are talking about. I did the research for the tub and know for a fact, we can get exactly what we want. If Amanda was our employee, she would would be looking for employment somewhere else because she wouldnt be working for myself or my wife.

We visited Ferguson and were greated with a friendly staff. The show room was nicely displayed. We told them what we needed for our remodel project and they (Cara) helped us find what we were looking for. They have a lot of good choices to choose from, knowledgeable about the products and took time to help us make sure we were making the right choices. Highly recommend and appreciate their help 😊

The worst experience. No one asked us if we needed help. And when I asked the young man a question he answered me something completely different. He ignored us, I will never go back. First impression Is everything. It’s unfortunate that someone can completely ruin your experience. I saw him interact with someone on our way out and it was as if they were bothering him and it was a chore to help those people. I cannot I believe someone like that is in customer service! So arrogant.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. We picked out everything we wanted for our new build; they send us an overage quote that was rather high so I researched the part #s and prices and most of the items would have cost us less if we came in off of the street to purchase them. I called them out on it so they resend me a quote that is $2000 less than the original! They said that they were trying to do something different in Excel for the original quote. We went in to finalize everything; made a few changes asked to send a final quote; they never even sent the final quote! We ended up going to another supplier we got even better products and ended up paying almost $1000 less than Fergusons second revised quote! DO YOUR RESEARCH.

Dont waste your time. if you buy an item from them and change your mind you have to pay a mandatory 25% restock fee even if you want to put the money toward a different item. this place is a RIPOFF!!!!!
