The absolute WORST company!!!!!! Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else, please!!My husband is an amputee,  and went through all the hoops to get  LIGHTWEIGHT wheelchair from them. First it took MONTHS to deliver a wheel chair, and when they did, it was 35lb! NOT a lightweight like he had ordered. When he tried to call them, he left countless messages to which Noone responded to. We are now almost a year after the first visit, and STILL dont have the right wheelchair. We were going to go with another company until they FIANLLY reached out and said they were under new management, so we decided to give them another try. They were supposed to arrive at 9:30 in the morning with a chair for him to try, and they did not reach out until 15 minutes AFTER his appointment time to tell him there was a problem and that they had to use his PT for evaluation.  He doesnt HAVE a PT, and he had already done the measurements and the evaluation. It is now 1 hour past his appointment time, and they call saying they need more information.  Im sorry, but they had a WEEK to deal with this before his appointment time, not the day of!!SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Very disappointed!! I have been waiting for them to deliver my new electric wheelchair since the 30th of October. Mandy has been saying since then nowvfor the 7th time it will be delivered. It is now Christmas Eve. I had a verbal Guarantee from Mandy that my chair WOULD be here today by 1pm. NO SHOW AGAIN.

My experience with this place has been and is horrible. Customer service sucks. Very rude and unprofessional. I asked since I could not get any updates on a simple order for a lyft bath chair and not how the order was rearranged for a shower chair and a something she said. Was very short tempered , rude and hung up in my face when I asked for the order to be canceled. I am disappointed, thought this place was registered with the BBB. Sad.

Very professional, kind, hard working people. my father had a hospital bed delivered today by Enrique. I cant say enough good things about him. He brought the bed up 3 flights of stairs and set the bed up and instructed us how to use it. Very kind man definitely went the extra mile. I Would definitely recommend their service!

I wish there was a way to rate no stars! Havent given me my cpap supplies since 2017, have had to buy my own! Then this Monday, (11/4/19) they call me out of the blue saying they have supplies for me? I called them on Wednesday about it with no response. Then I get a bogus letter dated 10/31/19 that I didnt get until Thursday 11/7/19, stating I have 10 days from the above date (10/31) to get ahold of them or they will cancel my order! I called twice today and left messages but once again no contact from them. Totally incompetent aand unprofessional and dont care one bit about their clients. I am shocked they havent been sued for negligence or worse! I am filing a complaint with the Better business bureau . Youre dealing with peoples Healthcare and well being, and the incompetence and negligence puts your clients at risk. Will never use again if I can help it!

(See edit)My sons special food and medical supplies were supposed to be here WEEKS ago. I called several times to get things moving along and each time I called I would hear one of a few things :We just need another document from the doctor (for the 3rd time)It has been shipped and should be there in 2-3 days (Never shows up, then they tell me they were mistaken)We have no record of your son in our system so well need to register you again (happened twice)This company has made me wait almost TWO MONTHS for my disabled son to receive his special formula, G-tube supplies and other things for his HEALTH and SAFETY.......EDITThe manager gave me her personal number which helped a lot. It took a long time but we eventually got his orders all squared away and he is now getting exactly what he needs.I will adjust my rating.

This place has the absolute worst service Ive EVER had to deal with EVER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have been getting the run around for TWO WEEKS over a simple piece of equipment. Ive been transferred back and forth over and over and put on hold for long periods. I have a feeling this could take another week and I cant do this anymore. Avoid like the plague. Ive been very nice the whole time..still up to this point and still getting horrible treatment. I havent been the slightest bit rude once. Im done.

Just started ordering with this company through my childs doctors office and its been less then desired since the initial start. They recieved the prescription or order for the diapers for my child I called and verified it was the correct order not once but twice. I waited over a month and a half then when the order was delivered it was the wrong order. I called them and was told the lady that had ordered them was not in the office so I left a message and called back to talk to a supervisor. When surprise they lady who ordered them called me back to apologize. she said she couldnt find the brand when she initially ordered them so she just on her own judgement switched it! wth who does that? Them she promised she would have them priority sent by saturday because my son was almost out and you cant buy this brand in store. So here it is Saturday and guess what? they never showed up this morning like she promised. Called the emergency line and was told its not emergency that I needed to wait till tomorrow lol. If would not go through this place if it could be avoided

I have to give their customer service a 1 star, my doctor put in order for splints and I was told they would deliver them on Saturday so I stood home waiting all day and nobody bothered to call or show up. I finally called them and lady on phone said the driver had to deliver other emergency medications so okay no problem. She then scheduled them to be delivered to my home on 10/15 between 1-4pm, well 430pm rolls around and not so much as a call to let me know they were not going to show up. Once again I had to contact them and same woman said oops the place never sent them to us. Ok why the hell couldnt this company reach out to me to let me know instead of having me wait hours for them to show? I called them today 10/16 because no surprise they didnt bother to contact me to keep me posted on my splints or if they were even going to give them to me. I asked same woman if I could just pick them up and she said yes but they still do not have them. Not gonna hold my breath on them calling me or contacting me in any way to let me know they have them.Horrible way to do business with customers who need things from them especially patients who actually need these medical supplies and medications. 10/23 update, I finally got my medical items. I wont change my one star review I had originally posted, reason why is because this arvada location did nothing in communicating with me on the delivery of my medical items The only reason they reached out to me is because of my original google review. I appreciate that they were able to follow through on what they said with getting my items out to me today but the office and drivers NEED TO COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER. One driver brought my items, not five minutes later and a different driver shows up & says shes delivering my items, husband tells her they already did. Driver tells my husband the driver who dropped them off informed her he wasnt coming to my home to deliver them. She had no idea they were already delivered. Once again no COMMUNICATION AT ALL. I will never use or recommend the Arvada location

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Terrible customer service, very rude. Constantly deliver the wrong items! For example I told them directly that I would pick up my medicine when its ready. I drove half an hour to pick it up and they decided to deliver it to my house. Consent problems with their customer service, dont even waste your time here...

Ive worked in DME for 10 years and left the field to care for a person on Medicare. This place has the worse service Ive seen.3 staff present in the main area, two in back. No one acknowledged my presence upon entering. Everyone just stared at me. I asked which desk serviced DME and the lady scowled and said BOTH. What do you want?They would not let us touch anything because they said it was a liability. Ive been to multiple other DME stores where staff assisted in choosing items, troubleshooting effectiveness of the device and teaching me to use features of walkers and wheelchairs. The people here wouldnt lift a finger and in fact nearly refused to speak to me for not handing over Rx. Im not handing over my prescription until I know they have what I need.They acted like what I was asking for didnt exist (the other DME stores have it but dont take Medicare, and the language I was using was not obscure). They only carry limited stock and DO NOT do any special orders.Medicare website lists they have items which they do not. Id rather drive across town to Littleton or even Loveland for a Medicare DME facility before I ever set foot in this place again.

Pharmacist lied to me about their medication availability...twice. I was served once at this pharmacy and only sought it out because they carry a generic without food dyes that I’m allergic to. The next time I went, the pharmacist called my Doctor to verify the prescription and still refused/lied to me as to why it couldn’t be filled.First excuse was that they didn’t have enough stock and it would take over a week to come in. So I was forced to go elsewhere because waiting two weeks wasn’t an option.Second excuse was that the medication is inappropriate to dispense to me (even after my Doctor literally just wrote the script) and I could never be served at their pharmacy! I have multiple spinal masses and have been on this medication for over a year.Shady shady place that wreaks of cigarettes because all of the employees smoke in the doorway and all talk in Russian behind your back. Personal information is spread out all over their counter....you cant even see the pharmacy, they communicate through an exterior window....Will be reporting business!

My wife made a phone call to MedStuff yesterday, 11/18/2015 asking whether that had a specific Medline product. The person taking the call went to look if they had it and reported that it was in stock. Today, we made the trip, 20 to 25 minutes each way, only to be told that they did not have it.Additionally, their web site said they opened at 9 a.m. and we arrived at 9:30 a.m. MedStuff was not open and the sign on the door said they at 10 a.m.
