What used to be an easily shopable warehouse full of everything I needed has now become a counter service only store front where everything I need is special order. Ive come here 3 times for things I used to buy right off the shelf and am now told everything is special order. Wont be coming back anymore.

Good counter service - good product BUT when you pay by debit card your account will be charged a higher amount than your actual invoice amount. When I called them about it they said it was a PayPal thing and that the extra - in my case $20 over the actual invoice - will drop off in a couple of days . When I said they should tell people that when theyre there she said I did tell you. No....she did not. I think its absurd that Im dinged $20 out of my account because PayPal.

What a crappy place. Papers Plus was excellent but now that theyve merged with Xpedx and became Veritiv Express they suck just like Xpedx did.
