This is long over due. I purchased my home over a year ago. Alfredo and his team worked with me as I had a unique buying situation. Without hesitation they assisted to fix many of the repairs needed at move in. They also assisted with the additions I had been interested in. (Central air and skirting around the deck I had added). My home is not perfect but it is very comfortable, affordable and I am very thankful to Alfredo and his team for looking after me and assisting me with my new home.

The best option before to get into an apartment is a manufactured or mobile home. I like their models, different alternatives to choose. 5 stars for you guys!

Working with them on a Modular home has been an absolute nightmare. Numerous delays and lies. Unprofessional and sneaky work..demo team had no idea what they were doing. Didnt have the right equipment. Pissed off the city and the county. Then they asked us to check for what permits were needed for the foundation. Stay clear of Alfredo. He is a nice guy but shady business man. Look up his previous businesses as well. Revoked from the BBB. D- Due to the multiple complaints. Just starts up another company to hide the past. Run away...too much to post with all the lies and misdirections.

We had so many problems with this company from day one so I cant list them all but 1st and foremost was his assisisant Robert. We must of came down at least 3 times to sigh papers that he screwed up or misplaced. We then put down a deposit on a home on site on lot that they then sold to someone else. We then had to stay in a hotel for 30 days to wait for the new one ordered and to b set. We had to continually call Robert about why things were not done when promised and his answer always was oh I thought they came out and did that!! Really would I be calling u if they did!! They did the driveway and over a year later it still is not right or fixed like Alfredo promised would be taken care of!! They also installed the air conditioner that failed about a week later and by his electrician Robbie that Alfredo hired to do the job. We had to get another company out to fix it at our expense and have never been paid for!! We had problems from the contractors he hired, to the permits, to the electrical conduit, the sewer line, half the house had electricity and the other half did not!! So would you really want to buy a home from American Housing!! We are sorry we went through them and will never recomend them to anyone!! Our problems are still not resolved!! Buyer Beware!! This is one of the worst places!!! We have paid off our house and its been a hell to try to get the title for our not mentioning that the people at arapahoe already know that Alfredo does NOT like dealing with paperwork!!!!!!!! Everything seemed to be wrong and also he is not certified he is just a sales man!! Dont believe any of what he says!!!!!

Buyers, have a lawyer check contract before signing with this outfit! Most other companies pay for the crane service...make sure of that also.

Terrible terrible business Alfredo is the worst operator there is totally took advantage of my 73 year old mother and father and made uslose our house would never send anyone to them dont do business here

Someone else is struggling with the title and they already fixed it, it has been 5 years and we cant fix it, we talk with Alfredo but he doesnt have a reason why the title is wrong in engines and vehicles they told us that he is trying to evade taxes some more than I go through the same thing that we help please

I have the worse experience with this company and they have worse costumer service.For all the people who want to buy a house or relationships with this company it is the worst thing there is. Dont do business with them.
