Lady at store was fantastic! Very helpful and felt no obligation or pressure to buy (got pillows mattress tbd)

While the store experience was good, everything after that was awful. I paid for an adjustable bed and mattress and scheduled delivery and setup through their partner XPO. The items didn’t show up, nor was I told by either Casper or XPO that there was a problem. I contacted both company’s support systems. I didn’t hear back from either. I finally went to XPO’s website and saw the rescheduled date. Eventually I was contacted by Casper to give me the same information I found on XPO’s website. Truly a disappointing experience. I hope the bed arrives when they say - still waiting!

Let me start by saying the people at the store are super nice and helpful. The reason for the 1 star rating is this company will really sell you their return policy. I bought a mattress and the foundation. Less than 24 hours later I called to return the foundation because I had found something that would work better. They tell you in the store you can return the foundation or the mattress within 30 days with no questions asked. What they dont tell you is when you make the return they just trash whatever you are returning. This is so wasteful and is really something they should disclose in their return policy. A foundation that had never been slept on and that is neatly packed back into its box is just going to fill up a landfill somewhere... bummer. Also you can not return back to the store. I live right across the street from the store I bought at and instead of just being able to bring the foundation back to the store I have to wait for someone to come pick it up. Its 2020 people, please be more mindful of waste and be more service minded.

The styles are not individualistic and just too beige, mundane and uniform. Cleanliness is a plus and the recycling bins. The wifi could be safer. The charging options were amazing but some didnt work. Some private nooks for people who want to rest would be nice instead of being smack in the centre.

Guy that tried helping us had a pretentious attitude when helping us. Wouldnt buy with this type of customer service.

WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. Bought a Casper mattress through Target and Casper wont come pick it up. Target representatives did not have a clue how to initiate this return and asked me to bring the mattress back in. This is a JOKE of a company and the mattress gave me a back problem. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS.

The people at the store are polite enough, but if you order through the store, they charge to take away your old mattress, so I ordered mine online. The customer service online is awful, especially delivery-long hold times and unhelpful CSRs. Casper uses a local company, XPO, that scheduled my delivery and TWICE failed to show up on the scheduled dates. Casper claims to have no influence over their third party delivery company, which is ridiculous. I was charged for a mattress almost two months ago and I still don’t have it. They waste your time and don’t deliver the product.

The personnel in the store are very polite and absolutely apply zero pressure there displays are very nice -overall a great experience compared to all other mattress stores
