Allen and team are a really good bunch of people to work with. Not only did they take the time to come to us to meet about a production work we needed done, they went out of their way to expedite production to assist in filling company orders. I cant recommend them enough. They truly care about the well being of our business and ensuring our success. Our growth will benefit them. I was employed there over 23 years, had our ups and downs, and when the original owner retired, they could have shut the place down. Instead, alan and his wife bought the place and kept some of the employees who have been the over 30 yrs, and they have updated the machining centers and invested alot of money to service your needs. Lousy customer servicewould not even listen to me over the phonejust told me they are too busywell whenever they are not too busy i sure wouldnt be coming here.Just saw owners comments regarding my review, total BS. Just another reason would not utilize them.
