Terrible. I came in here 6 months ago and asked for 3 fireball shooters. The guy said “I don’t have them cold but you got my last 3.” They were terrible and expired with serial numbers rubbed off, undrinkable I had to toss them. Fast forward to a few days ago, I ask for 3 cold fireball shooters. Different employee says exact same thing “don’t have them chilled but you got my last 3.” I went to grab a water and noticed a cooler that said fireball. I open it up and it’s loaded with hundreds of cold fireball shooters. They obviously have a scheme to sell expired liquor and blatantly lie to customers.

This place decides random hours. I’ve come between 6-7pm 3 nights in a row and they’ve been closed early. Don’t waste the trip.

These negative posts are garbage. Ive been coming here for 2 years. NEVER had 1 single hint of rudeness towards me or other customers. The guys behind the counter are helpful and kind. Great selection of wines and single beers. I just wish they were open till midnight. Theyre great when their busy. They always keep the line moving. Thanks dudes! Keep fighting the good fight!

It is a good place for general booze selections. But, parking is a pain especially for disabled veterans with mobility issues. They have disability parking in front of the store that is hard to navigate as the road turns and traffic makes it hard to pull out of the handicap spots. Only reason for 4 stars is the parking.

Who do you guys have working here? Like they are rude...no one wants to speak or say hello. This place will not be in business long. Understand the power of customer service and word of mouth . I am on my way to tell my whole office never to shop here and go somewhere else . . . .

Every person that works there is disrespectful and thinks and treats you like their better than you.

I live 2 min away from this liquer store, rarely shop here because they are more expensive for what i generally purchase. Never received any noteworthy service from here but never had an issue either, until today. Went in because it was convenient. Their card reader couldnt read my bank card (because it has a worn spot on the strip) the card reader said invalid card. i told the employee it hadnt read my cars properly and was trying to point out the wear but he had already snatched my bankxars from my hand and teied to swipe it. again it read as invalid card. He then says your card is invalid you need to use a valid card. Again i explained about the wear and and said i had just used it 2 seconds ago at the grocery next door. Note - he still has not handed be back my card. He replied you couldnt have used it 2 seconds ago, you were here. Setiously? Employee is that rude. Finally he tells me he will hand key my card. He then says wow, thats surprising and asked me to enter my zip code. I said surprised at what? that my card is valid just like I said? He replied the reader before said it was invalid he completed my sale then handed back my card - no receipt and no offer for a bag. I was so irritated by his ignorant mental ability still affording him an arrogant cobdescending attitude. I told him next time he shouldnt argue if someones card is valid befire trying other options and explained 2 seconds was a phrase people say to imply a very short time ago - at which point his coworker said i didnt need to come back. Believe me I WONT EVER GO BACK and want everyone else to know that if they want medeocre at best service from unintelligent condescending employees at a higher price than EVERY other liquer store around on many items, This is the place for you!!

This store sucks! They dont even stay open until their closing time and when they are open, theyre rude. They always make you feel as if youre inconveniencing them whenever your in there, except for one semi-friendly employee.

Yea this place has someone working for them who should not be answering their phones wish I had got his name but he basically hung up on me not very good customer service at all! Hopefully whatever ruined his day gets better but wont be back unless someone wants to apologize for lack of phone and custoner service training given to this individual.

Extremely rude staff. Came in around 8pm on Saturday night. The man behind the counter was argumentative and just foul...yelling out obscenities towards customers. I will never step foot in the LQ store again. It’s sad because I know the owner is very nice and would hate to see his staff act this way.

I was looking for a particular flavor of cider, they ordered for me and keep it in stock now. The owners are very nice and helpful!
