Always a great selection of vodkas, bourbons and tequilas. And since I live across the parking lot, I can keep going back.

Love this place! The two guys who are always working are great. I’d love to give them 5 stars but they keep there coolers a bit warm and you’re gonna wanna throw your beer in the fridge for a bit.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Would not recommend. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful today, zero customer service. I will never shop here again.

Lugano Wine and Spirits is my favorite Liquor store for shopping wine and other drinks. Employees of the store are helpful and friendly.

Nevermind the price its booze, but the employees are the worst !!!No greetings when you walk in, they dont even say one word to you when you get to the counter, not even the price. No thank you for giving them business. Wow if youre ever curious about what the worst customer service is like shop here.

While Lugano Wine and Spirits is a bit more pricy than other liquor stores, it is convenient for me since I live at Lugano apartments, and the staff is always warm, welcoming, and helpful! I choose to spend a little more to come here due to convenience and the friendly staff.

Usually ok, but had a bad experience with a mispriced item; some beer rang up as $1 more than its label claimed (for a very slightly differently named item, but the text on the label was consistent with the name of the actual item). Thats fair enough, and indeed $1 is silly to complain about, but the cashier refused to change the price, or even to accept a return, strictly enforcing all sales final ...
