I have been coming to this place for years, spending hundreds and thousands. They mislabeled gin as on sale, refused to honor the price saying it was only a specific New Amsterdam gin that was on sale. The next day manager Tess (man), had made up his own NEW sign trying to prove me wrong.

Small aisles, and a bit dark, but good selection. Found several bottles of scotch here that I could not find elsewhere. I go here for a bottle or two because its local, but if I want to stock up, I go to a bigger place

No one answers the phone. Deliveries are extremely late. I’m sure it’s fine in person.

Great selection, great prices, and the line are always quick. Ive always been able to find something new, and each section has a wide variety. Definitely a step above others locally.

Its been my favorite liquor store here in GVR, they always have a variety of selections, beer, wine and hard liquor. But now I am rating it because Ive entered a raffle for the first time with them and it paid out! No hassles, no spam 100% legit. Its nice to have a liquor warehouse that gives back to its community.

Even though they were out of stock of my Drink Shaker they had a good selection to choose from and clean store so for that they get a 5⭐ from me

The customer service at this location is terrible. The employees were not wearing masks and they mis-charged me on what I was buying by $1. The employee started yelling at me that I needed to give her a dollar from my wallet or it would look like someone had stolen a $1. I dont carry cash and was completely shocked to be yelled at by a mask-less employee when I was just trying to buy a six pack of beer. I have reported them to the city for violating the mask order but would recommend not going here for their terrible customer service as well. There are tons of local liquor store locations where the employees are much nicer.

I have been a loyal customer. The disrespect I encountered was unbelievable. The lady and gentleman that was working were rude and threatening. After proceeding to the counter and was told she was closed she pointed a gun with liquor at me while speaking to her coworker in their language. Terrible experience and I will be taking necessary steps to make sure this situation is handled properly

HORRIBLE customer service but a really nice store. The store is great but the cashiers are rude. I went in yesterday to purchase 2 cases of beer and a 6 pk of coolers. I saw a cashier on the southern most register and sat everything down. The cashier never even acknowledged me. After a minute I realized her number wasnt lit, I said sorry I didnt realize you were open. She still never said a word. I then said but I guess since you work here and saw me you could have said something. I walked to an open register. This woman also did not acknowledge me. She rang up my items and saw that I was using my phone to pay so she hit a button. I didnt see the transaction go through so I waved my phone again and the woman said it all ready went through. She asked if I wanted I box. I said no thanks and walked out.

Very poor management and ownership. Store looks very unkept, all the workers were on their cell phones instead helping their customers. Had items labeled incorrectly, when asked at the register about price not matching what was on the shelves the supervisor had no solution or justification. Will definitely not be returning to this liquor store. The liquor store on 40th and Tower is the best on GVR.

My first time shopping here, and I was surprised with how great an experience it was. It was pretty late, close to closing, but I asked the employee for a recommendation, and Im very glad I went with it. They also have an extensive selection of bitters, and actually is the only liquor store besides Argonaut that sells the Lee Brothers Rhubarb Bitters, which Ive been on the hunt for, for some time now. Would definitely recommend this place, great selection!

Huge liquor store with a ton of variety! I love the layout of this store. Staff are alright but were not super friendly to me when I came up to the counter to checkout. Seemed lile they were in a rush to get us out as fast as possible while talking to each other behind the register, instead of the customers they were helping. I would still go here for the options though!!!

New store, very clean and polite and knowledgeable staff. One display was out so we asked if they had anymore. She knew right where it was. LARGE selection of alcohol! They have as much of a wine selection as they do the entire sick inventory! They had everything we needed and we spent plenty! Not because of the prices though. They were very comparable. I rarely buy nice wine, but picked up a couple decent bottles for a special occasion. They put them in a flimsy paper bag that broke in the parking lot. When I went back in and really politely asked for a replacement, the manager came out from behind the register and tried to intimidate me by getting in my face...I feel like a $20 bottle of wine would have been easy enough to replace but instead he decided to shout me out of the store. Try somewhere else.

This was our to go liquor store until today. We live close and always stop by. Today my husband stopped after work. While shopping around and holding a bottle that he was going to buy, the owner came up to him and demanded him to put the bottle down, yelling at him “you break you buy” IT WAS OUT OF NOWHERE! Of course we know that but why target him? He was doing nothing but shopping around and bringing in business. We’ve never been treated like this. Seriously so disrespectful and unprofessional. Never coming here again.

Went in to get Peach Margarita premix because the store by my house dont have this. They sell but store shelve was empty. I mentioned to cashier because I had to get something different. Asked if I had a moment and of Course I said yes. He came back with a box of Peach Margarita. This store is pretty big and has a just about anything you need for liquor. Great customer service 👍 I will be coming back to this store.

This place is huge! Its got a giant beer selection. They have my cider in cans, which is really rare.
