These guys are amazing. In a pinch, Robert totally came through for us, making sure Co2 was loaded on the truck after we found out a leak had bled all of our gas out. Repeatedly, the customer service is way above and beyond... This is the type of business that when you call, if youve done business with them just a couple of times, they remember you. While Im certain a ton of their business is with larger (as in, MUCH larger) companies, they still show the absolute same care and consideration to their smaller accounts, as the big guys. Cant recommend these guys enough! Rocky Mountain Air is really an amazing sweet spot of a company that has somehow figured out how to completely maintain their large accounts, while also treating all of their smaller, local, independent small business accounts with absolutely incredible customer service. Just awesome service from Robert and crew all around. These guys can (and do) service much larger mega-customers, but they also care about and support local businesses 100 percent.

We have been customers of Rocky Mountain Air Solutions for many years. Recently we ran out of CO2.. It was the Thursday before Labor day weekend (A busy weekend for drink sales) I called and they were able to have a tank ready for me immediately (even though they were slammed with CO2 requests for the weekend also). They saved me hours of headache and hundreds of unhappy customers over the weekend. Thanks RMA! Great company!

Under a new manager, the service was very slow. I sent an email to some employees, none of them reply my email until I called the company a week later. Very bad service.

After 50 years of doing welding supply business .this company refused to refill my ox_/acet bottles .I tried to explain I had the bottles since mid 1970s they didnt care .took the bottles and sent me on my way.they asked me to produce a lease what a joke after 50 years probably have filled bottles 30+times .do moi do business with this co.long trem cause loyalty just means they will try to bleed u for another 100 dollars.
