A really nice place to hang out and enjoy homemade gelatos and other treats like crepes, bubble waffles, and even paninis. The indoor seating area is nice in that there is a kids play area. And they have outdoor seating to enjoy the CO sunset. Gelatos are hand made and taste fresh and flavorful. A nice spot slightly away from traffic to chillax and treat yoself.

Gelatos at Pozzetti taste like they are made with real ingredients. I say this because things like passion fruit, mango or guava, in other places, taste like they were made with a syrup, and here you can actually taste the fruit. My favorite flavors are the chocolate, and the yogurt (with peach or with passion fruit). This reminds me of the ice cream in my country (Venezuela), where they are from. They also rotate flavors and there is always something interesting to try. Then they added the crepes! I get the monkey with bananas, strawberries and Nutella, and top it with a scoop of ice cream. OMG so good! I am thankful that I can eat this ice cream here in Denver.

The woman serving here was extremely patient with my 3 children and their tasting samples. She almost seemed excited to let them try so many flavors. Its so refreshing to visit an ice cream place where employees dont look or act like they hate their job (or their customers). The gelato was very good, so creamy. Definitely worth it for a treat. Our only regret was not being able to eat every flavor.

If you want fantastic flavor and quality ingredients go here. ...Reminds me of Italy. Its a bit pricey if you have a DQ budget, but you get what you pay for.I had pina colada and lemon cheesecake. Both great!!!

Definitely the best gelato in town. So many delicious flavor options to choose from. They also offer popsicles with toppings, coffee, affogato, and paninis. Ive always had excellent service here and it has become my go to place for a sweet treat.

Oh wow! I could have enjoyed every bite of every flavor of their smooth, creamy and flavorful gelato! The combined Himalayan Sea Salt Carmel and Strawberry gelato were amazing! Wonderful product and great service! I would love to go back and try the sorbet or coffee!

We got a coupon in the mail for this place and decided to try it on Friday. We were impressed when we walked in, it had the feeling of the gelato places we tried in Italy. All of the flavors looked interesting and we both enjoyed them. I got the mint chocolate chip and Ellen got stracciatella and peanut butter chocolate. She described them as, “Incredible!”. There was one employee working, but she did a fantastic job with keeping up with the demand, while also providing great customer service. This wasn’t as good as our favorite place in Italy, but it did surpass most places we tried there. We were expecting Italian sized portions and we definitely got American sized. I am excited to try more flavors and also to try their pannis. They even have a play kitchen and chairs for children to play with. Our total was around $10 with tip.

Always a great place for ice cream and paninis.

Wow. Had salted caramel and nougat. The salted caramel had an incredible taste, it wasn’t insanely sweet and didn’t taste like a typical salted caramel. It sort of tasted like the sugar on the top of creme brûlée. The nougat was like chewy goodness all over not just little pieces in the icecream. Highly recommend both!

Absolutely the best gelato/ice cream i have every had!

Adriana was wonderful. My friend and I entered the store 15min before they were supposed to close. Adriana immediately greeted us and put back out 2 flavors she had just put away for closing time. She asked us several times if we wanted to try samples which was very kind of her. We did get 2 samples and ended up ordering 4 cups of Gelato. She gave us a carry tray so we could make it home with the 4 cups. Checked us out and we were in and out within 6 minutes. She was so nice and friendly, we will definitely be back within the week to get one of the cakes we saw. Thanks again for a memorable first time experience and now a forever customer you have.

This place is amazing. A little expensive, but the gelato is so good that it doesn’t matter. It has a variety of flavors, with my favorites being red velvet and cookies and cream. And as a person who loves red velvet more than anything when it comes to sweets, it’s awesome. And along with that, their sorbet is really good as well. The passion fruit is something you’ll never forget. All in all, I recommend this place, the only reason it’s not a 5 star is just because of the price.

1. You cannot purchase 3 flavors, only 2.2. This place hasnt seen gelato in their dreams.3. Arrogant customer serviceI do not recommend.

Very disappointed!! We tried to visit today a few minutes after 12 (the door says they open at noon) and the door was locked with no one there…..☹️☹️☹️

Nice little treat. We hit it up after being in town to visit the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge. So glad we did as the various flavors of Gelato did not disappoint. If I was in town again, I would not hesitate to visit :)

The Best Gelato in Town! Adriana will let you try all the heavenly delicious flavors! My favorite is lemon cheesecake! But the passion fruit Sorbet is out of this world. And If you havent found a real Affogato, This is the place! So Italian that you wont believe it!

Love the Paninis and the Gelato. Havent tried the coffee yet, but I will on my next visit. The employees are kind and welcoming, and the place is clean and new. Good for a quite spot during the day, and dessert with the family in the evening. We will be back!

This place seems like its just getting going so there are some bumps, but it has great promise. It was odd that water was charged for, not cold, or alternatively, you get this tiny cup half full of tap water. So a thimble of cold water or charged for bottled room temp water? A soda machine with some local pure cane sodas would be a natural addition. Regular cups for water would be a natural addition. The gelato is great. The chocolate and cream churning machines are pretty cool too.

Fantastic espresso! Smooth and rich without being too bitter, served at a temperature thats not so hot you burn your mouth.

Out of the way and therefore not crowded, which is a plus. It was like having the place to yourselves. Not a lot of options, like Baskin Robbins, but enough. The sorbet was quite tasty and refreshing.
