We purchased a hot tub from Colorado Custom Spas in Castle Rock. John and Derek were absolutely terrific and professional. As first time buyers, we had LOTS of questions and the staff was very patient and spent enough time with us that were comfortable in our decision. The tub was delivered and setup yesterday and the delivery staff was equally terrific, taking their time and not rushing and making absolutely certain to protect the tub while getting into the backyard. Once installed, the orientation was thorough and again he spent the time to answer all of my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Colorado Custom Spas to family and friends looking to purchase a hot tub.

We purchased a Bullfrog Spa in April. It has taken a while to arrive due to backups all across the board, but Colorado Custom Spas has kept me up to date all along the way. It is finally getting here shortly and they called me up to let me know the factory made a mistake and drilled holes for two pumps. My benefit is that they are giving me the extra pump at no charge! Thank you!

Colorado Custom Spas is a reminder that customer service is not just “hurting” in America, but dead. I had a spa delivered today. I regret not ordering it from Amazon. The team at Colorado Custom Spas delivered the spa. That’s all. I expected to hire an electrician to connect power, I did not expect that the spa could not be placed without drilling conduit holes, inserting electrical conduit, inserting electrical cable, and only then placing and connecting to power. Excellent service might resemble the spa company calling to ask where the customer intended the connection be made (right side, left side, or back) then installing the conduit and cabling internal to the spa. Excellent service would deliver the spa ready to connect to power and place the spa in the intended location. Excellent service would come back to the home once the power was connected and water filled. Only then conduct a professional orientation with the customer. Colorado Custom Spas delivered a spa, that’s it – nothing resembled “service.”

Sam and team at Colorado Customs Spas have been nothing short of amazing. I put down a deposit to buy a Bullfrog spa from them over a year and a half ago, only have to have to cancel the order a couple days later due to a medical diagnosis. They were excellent about it and did not give me even the slightest problem. Flash forward to a year later, I was approved to be able to use a hot tub again. So I reached back out to Sam and restarted the process. They were very accommodating and even adhered to the original price I had from a year ago. Due to the pandemic, the delivery of the spa was obviously delayed but the crew at Colorado custom supplies was great about keeping me apprised of changes in the delivery timeline. After I got the spa and it was installed and filled, there was an issue with one of the pumps not working. I called Sam and he immediately sent somebody over to diagnose and fix the issue (a wire had come loose during shipping). The team at Colorado Custom Spas are really on the ball and are focused on customer satisfaction, which is important given that buying a spa is no small purchase (especially a Bullfrog)! I would recommend Colorado Custom Spas to anyone in the market for a hot tub. I continue to use Colorado custom Spas for my hot tub chemcical and supply needs. I could easily get all this stuff on Amazon but Sam and team have really earned my trust and I would much rather support a local business thats providing great service to the community then support a massive online retailer.

I had a great experience from the initial research and getting information about the different spas to making my selection and coming to a great price with Jason D.The delivery was smooth and the guys were early and worked incredibly fast. They didnt leave a single piece of trash behind and were very good at walking me through the spa and how everything works. I am not able to give a full 5 stars because I was told I’d get a 4 horsepower pump before my spa was delivered and a week later, I still don’t know when it’s coming. I’ve had to call in to get updates rather than them reaching out to me. I understand it’s hopefully an anomaly but otherwise Colorado Custom Spas has done a great job and would most likely still recommend.

We purchased one of the first Passion spas offered by Colorado Custom Spas. It was our first time working with CCS and our very first time owning a spa. Its awesome! Someone in the family uses it daily. Maintenance is a breeze. Fits nicely and is much more accommodating than you would think for a smaller spa. Service from Jason and crew is truly 5 star. Truly. I would highly recommend this spa store. We purchased a spa 2 years ago and had issues the last few months. Quality product and service. I had two quality techs out, Blade and Mike, to service my hot tub. Tub looks and works great but what really was a step above was the follow up and attention to detail these guys provide.

We had the very best experience working with Stan and Colorado Custom Spas. We had no specific ideas on what type of hot tub we wanted, and Stan helped us through every step of the way. He also recommended a wonderful electrician to us that is now our go-to electrician for everything. Due to COVID, the wait for the tub was longer than planned, but Stan kept in contact with us every step of the way and updated us frequently. He communicated with our landscape crew, too, when we were getting a pergola put in and needed to ensure the dimensions worked. On delivery day, the team was right on time and delivered quickly and effortlessly. After the installation, I had questions on cleaning and upkeep, and they wrote back to me quickly and then shipped me additional needed supplies. We couldnt be happier.

Sam is amazing!!! We purchased a spa from Colorado Custom Spas and he answered every one of our 5,000 questions, as well as encouraging us to call him any time with any additional questions. We just stopped by to purchase additional chemicals and a super comfy pillow for our spa and not only did Sam answer an additional 500 questions that we came up with (Am I doing chemicals correctly? Am I shocking enough or too much, etc) but he remember our names, as well as the names of two other customers that entered the store. We had an excellent experience shopping for spas with CO Custom Spas. We had the pleasure of working with Parker and Derek, and both of them were knowledgable and sensitive to our needs, as we were looking specifically for a spa for health benefits. The buying process did not involve any high-pressure sales tactics, and this was a welcome change from some of the other places we had visited. Derek was in contact with us through every step of the buying process and kept us informed about delivery. Parker assisted us with setting up payment seamlessly.Delivery was on time, and care was taken to set the spa exactly as we had planned. Mike F., Barrett, and Blade were professional and also very knowledgeable. They spent time with us after placing the spa to explain the care and maintenance with us, and they were very attentive to our questions. We were also provided with a chemical starter pack and a quick-start tip sheet/packet.We absolutely wanted to give 5 stars for the incredible experience. However, 2 days after our spa was installed and up and running (we had used it for 2 nights), the spa began tripping the breaker. We called the electrician, and troubleshooted with him. Based on our description, we were told to call CO Custom Spas and have them come out and take a look. It was a Friday afternoon, so they were unable to schedule us until Monday between 2-4pm. It was disappointing to have to power everything down for the weekend when we had a brand new spa, but we do understand the tight timeframe they were working with.We will certainly update our review on Monday after they visit! I think it will end up being 5 stars. Thanks CO Custom Spas!UPDATE: Jason came out to our house on Monday just as he was scheduled. He called prior to showing up to give us a 20-minute warning. Jason ran a full diagnostic test on the tub - clean bill of health! Turns out it was a faulty electrical breaker, which we now have replaced. Jason took the time to show us a couple of additional tips and tricks to monitor our hot tub and troubleshoot potential issues, and this was truly appreciated. What a great full service company - from the sale to the 2nd story installation of our new hot tub. They had to use a 125 ft crane to take an old one out - and place the new hot tub on. We went to the Denver home show in 2018 (Pre VID when you could do things like that) We ended up choosing a tuff spa and placed a deposit ( we were in the process of starting to build our home) Not only were they awesome then... they are STILL awesome today! I called and spoke with Parker a few days ago to see if our deposit was even still good?! Not only was it perfectly good but Parker helped us stay within our budget and found a tuff spa to match what we needed! The folks at Colorado Custom Spas genuinely seem to love what they do and it shows. They are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! My experience with Colorado Custom Spas was really outstanding. Nate and Justin both took the time to understand my needs and what I was looking for and went through the comparisons of the two main manufactures tubs. They explained down to the number of pumps and the water flow efficiency and the power requirements. The selection was good as they had many models to choose from, but not too many that I felt overwhelmed. They were willing to move jets around to somewhat customize the seats for us. They were also willing to work on the price and gave some discounts which made it very affordable for my wife and I. Overall it was a great experience for us and now have a custom spa!

I was a bit hesitant to trust a company selling hot tubs but these guys are knowledgeable and do not pressure you into anything. We had been working with them for over 6 months before taking delivery of our Bullfrog tub. Price seemed better compared to what other people we know paid for a Bullfrog. Delivery was quick and easy, and customer service has been exceptional. Stan and Sam (owner and GM I believe) are excellent people who will go above and beyond to make sure youre happy.

We recently moved into a home which already had a Bullfrog spa. Since their sticker was on the tub (as the original vendor), we called Colorado Custom Spas out for a tune up and maintenance to make sure everything was working properly. The super friendly and professional tech, Jared, came out right on time for the appointment. He was quick and efficient and very knowledgable. He changed out the old filters, at which point the jets were instantly restored to their true power. He spruced up the water, did some gentle cleaning, and gave me an invaluable tutorial of how to operate and maintain the spa. After Jareds visit, I went over to the storefront and purchased all the products I need to keep our tub in top shape. I will be back there as needed and also will not hesitate to contact Colorado Custom Spas for any future needs we may have related to our tub. Highly recommended!

Great hot tub with a ton of upgrades. The delivery went pretty smooth; they even drilled a hole under the tub so that I can wire it in quickly. We went with the Tuff Spa which we love. An issue that we discovered a day after delivery was quickly remedied - Sam cleared the schedule and had a technician arrive the next day. Kevin (?) was very professional. I have had my Bullfrog R5L 2-3 person spa for two weeks now and just love it. As a retired purchasing manager for major cement mfg. I can assure you that I did my due-diligence on this purchase. I did a wet test on Bullfrog, Hot Springs and Jacuzzi. I purchased the R5L because I thought the features were superior. Trying out the jet-packs and choosing the one that fit us best was the clincher. The Hot Springs was the costliest but not the best value. I have owned a Jacuzzi and Hot Springs in the past. Kyler Frey at Colorado Custom Spas was great to work with. There were no high pressure tactics from him, only good information and justification for this important decision. Shawn, Dan, & Jason delivered my spa down 14 stairs into my backyardIn less than 5 minutes and explained all I needed to know quickly and professionally. There are no regrets and I love the power and heat recovery on this tub. You cant go wrong with Bullfrog and Colorado Custom Spas.

We waited many years to take the plunge to buy a hot tub so when we were finally ready, we began by researching the best quality reasonably priced energy efficient tub for 2-3 people and landed on Bullfrog. Then we found Colorado Custom Spas and were very pleased with the help and advice we received from Sam. From the time we decided to buy the bullfrog till it was delivered and set up at our house was about 4 weeks and that went smoothly. Weve now had it for 3 months and couldnt be more pleased with our decision- we use it at least 3 times/week at night to relax from work. Its the best Xmas present that we ever bought for ourselves!

An underwhelming experience. We went in knowing which hot tub we wanted so it was an easy sale for them, but from start to finish it took almost 4 months to get it done and delivered. The first go at financing was a joke. I have almost perfect credit but it was denied. Unfortunately no one called back to let me know. A month later I was going in to demand my deposit back when we were finally informed of this. Round 2 went better but still took a couple weeks to arrange. Finally get finance and order tub. Wait 6 weeks and finally get it delivered. After delivery they left all the trash from the hit tub on the side of my house for me to deal with instead of hauling it off. Was promised extra chemicals for the big delays, but received no extra just the basic start up kit. We love the Bullfrog spa but Not so thrilled with the customer service.Update:Was contacted via phone and a package with promised chemicals and a note with an apology and what meant even more, Sam taking ownership of the shortcomings and a promise to learn from this. I think a lot of places would have just blown this off.

Before buying a hot tub from these guys, I didnt know anything about getting a hot tub or maintaining a hot tub. I feel like Ive got the gem of a spa now and I got a fair and reasonable price. The people who work at the store are really nice and helpful- no complaints here!

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Went here because they had bullfrog spas which we were in the market for. Tip: dont use their financing guy which is basically just a referral. Took over 2 weeks to process a credit application with horrible communication. Overall still a solid 5 star experience.

When speaking with Justin about a brand his company no longer carried, he suggested coming in to look at what Colorado Custom Spa had to offer. It wasnt until wet-testing a few of their floor models that we realized we had almost made a mistake buying a different brand.Colorado Custom Spa made the purchase process very easy. There was no pressure to buy one brand or model over the other. The install guys did a good job locating the tub where we needed it and explained the process of setting up water and chemicals. And so far after the sale, all staff who answer my questions over the phone have been helpful and friendly.I would definitely refer my friends to Colorado Custom Spa for any future purchase!

They are very nice and amazingly helpful. In a world of horrible customer service forcing many to buy online it was an amazing experience. I brought my young children and they over accommodated, they gave the kids water and accessories for the hot tub not to mention showing them the swimming spas. Where most would just blow the kids off and focus on the parents they were so very nice to my children and myself.They recently made a follow up call to see how things were going and if I had any questions about the hot tub. Its just nice to have someone whos concerned about your satisfaction with continuing support. We live on the Western Slope of Colorado and bought our spa in 2003. they shipped it to us from Denver without problem. We had an initial problem with our heater when the breaker didnt flip in the first 2 months we had the spa. Colorado Custom Spas honored their warranty and sent one out to us and installed it within the week. We have not had a single problem with our spa since then and use it almost daily throughout the year. We just ordered another hot tub cover from them because we got one elsewhere and it only lasted half the time of the one that came from Colorado Custom Spas.We have been very pleased with our spa!

These guys are the absolute best!! We just got a hot tub at Colorado Custom Spas. Everything about the experience has surpassed our expectations. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and I mean about everything! Our shopping process was totally low key.... I hate high pressure sales and these guys are great! They just answer questions honestly and guide you to what you want not what they want to sell. The hot tub itself is amazing. We thought wed use it 2 or 3 times a week but we are in it constantly. Its easy to take care of (we really like the chemicals they delivered with the hot tub) and it functions perfectly. The temperature is always delightful and the water is always beautifully crystal clear. We recently were hit with a catastrophic hail storm and the hot tub was totally undamaged. (Wish the rest of our property had held up as well.) I have to mention delivery.... Because our original landscape plans did not include a hot tub, there were so many things that made placing the hot tub virtually impossible: steep slopes, retaining walls, a deck and other hardscaping as well as lots and lots of trees and plants. How they got that thing to the spot we had prepared for it without making a mess of the plants or honestly without it sliding down the hill I really dont know! There was absolutely nothing disturbed in the delivery process - a truly amazing accomplishment! Yep.... absolute best!
