Business owner BEWARE. Were in a business where our hydraulic system needs to be dependable on our tow trucks. Once upon a time this used to be a good and reliable company. Twice we were in there in the recent past to have some repairs done. We had to return a 3rd time with the same truck because the hydraulics were failing. To our surprise it was 1 1/2 gallons low on hydraulic fluid. They did NOT fill the hydraulic fluid up the 2 prior times and failed to mention it or note it on our invoice. They filled it up this time and charged us. Lol. When we went to tow a vehicle the hydraulic fluid sprayed out of the hydraulic pump everywhere. We took it toMid America to have it diagnosed and due to the low fluid level in the hydraulic pump it got hot and destroyed the seals and burned up our hydraulic pump. The repairs were just a little under $3000 which does not include a week of the truck being down and thousands of dollars of lost revenue. When we brought this to their attention the technician, Derek, stated that he told the other driver that he needed to add fluid. The driver hes referring to has not worked for our company since June of last year. Prior to these issues. We were only asking for them to pay half the bill. Any standup company would have offered to pay the entire thing. When we took the bill into them we spoke with Craig the owners son who was extreme rude . Mainly because he did not like the company that repaired our truck. Prytec, in the past, had replaced our machine screws with wood screws on our equipment with past repairs and stripped out the holes. Hoses too short. Hoses too long and getting hung up. These are a few errors they have made. But none of them nearest costly as this one. Always an excuse always somebody elses fault. No accountability and definitely no integrity. Just something to consider when deciding where to take your vehicle for hydraulic repairs. Hope this helps and maybe could save you some money and time and definitely a huge a huge headache;) RESPONSE: Like I said: No accountability. Think twice. They have always replaced the fluid, both in the field and in the shop (We use someone else for our mechanical maintenance because we are aware they are not a mechanic shop;).

These guys are the best in town!! I was I a pinch and they rebuilt my hose and had it ready for me before the time frame I was given. Al helped me and let me know I can count on them any day and any time to get he job done. I highly recommend you have these guys on your contact list. Best shop around

Went in for a brake line hose.. He sold me a straight line and told me that he couldnt bend it and I will need to bend it myself. When I asked about damaging the hose, I was told to try not to. Had to stop by another hose shop and also find out the hose was too short. I could have bought a straight brake line at any parts store and didnt have to waste my time visiting a jose specialist.

Ive been in here three different times and each time they had me fixed up within 15 minutes. No issue with their products.
