They were so nice here! I placed a pickup order and it was ready within 15 minutes. I didn’t have to wait when going in and the workers were very polite. Overall 5/5 on customer service and quality.

If you have a temporary ID from the state of California, just skip this shop (as suggested by their staff member). They have this weird rule where there needs to be a photo in the temporary ID even when the government doesn’t give it out that way. I was excited to try their products as they had some pretty good reviews, but ended up leaving disappointed.

As someone who has literally been shopping at Local Product since 2009, I want to start off by saying reviews like the one from Zach are COMPLETELY inappropriate. Not only is this a small business you’re trying to harm, Local Product will ALWAYS correct any mistakes right away for their customers. This shop is full of nothing but kind people who actually care about us shoppers, they aren’t just trying to hit sales numbers. I’ve never been to a dispensary who takes the time and consideration this shop does for its patrons. Shame on you Zach. Yesterday around 9AM was my first experience here and it was most satisfying. I got exactly what I wanted, the staff was friendly and patient with me, the product was easy to identify and well organized. The experience felt personal, I didnt feel rushed or pushed to buy something and get out. Granted, it was early in the morning there was only a young couple prior me and no one that I saw in line behind me, despite it being morning everyone was enthusiastic and seemed happy to be there. Thank you guys so much for a wonderful experience. I will definitely return and recommend 😁

Did an online order for local pick up. Received a text confirming my order immediately and a call shortly after that I missed. They left a voice mail telling me they got my order and it was ready for pick up but that one of my strains was out that I could pick a replacement when I arrived. Got in quickly and everything went smooth and fast. Friendly and very professional. Great selections and decent prices.

This place was great. The prices were fair, lots of ways to get discounts, they had a good selection, Dexter the bus tender was super honest and knowledgeable. Only issue which Im not going to knock them for considering the circumstances, because of covid there is only one customer allowed in the store at a time so if its busy and cold outside bundle up!

I’ve been coming to Local Product since I moved to Denver. They are by far the most friendly shop I’ve ever been too. Every time I’m downtown or near the art museum I stop in. They are one person at a time due to covid restrictions but the line moves fast!

There are no words to express how great and wonderful the staff (EJ) especially have been in assisting and guiding me on the appropriate products to buy for stage 3 lung cancer relief/treatment. I highly recommend this place due to the high quality product but most important the staffs hearts are in the right place. (TOURIST MUST READ) I Came all the way from Minnesota to Denver to hit up a couple dispensary shops and my hotel was right around the corner from a local shop Bush was very excited but it was a huge letdown because of my interaction with a worker by the name Christopher his attitude and lack of interest was probably the worst day of my part and that says a lot because I flew in from Minnesota but I did I let him know that I was a tourist and that I wasnt very familiar with anything and it was my first time at a dispensary and he was just ready to get me in and out the door definitely would have been a five-star place if it wasnt for the bad vibes I got definitely know your stuff if youre going to go to this dispensary

This is the second dispensary I visited in Denver and I was treated terrible. I walked to the front door with my roommate and rang the doorbell, we had our IDs ready and our masks on. Someone came to the door and spoke so quickly, all I caught them say was we could not go in together and something about back and he shut the door and stood there inside where we could see them. Very confusing and a terrible experience. Not to mention the parking is essentially nonexistent and the area is not the best for your safety. NOTE TO SELF. DONT COME HERE AGAIN

I havent been to many dispos in downtown Denver, but I think this one is one of my favorites of the dispos Ive been to. I feel very safe as they only let in one person at a time.
