I went to Nurture to have lunch with a friend and went upstairs and found this amazing gem. They had so much knowledge of oils and flower essences. Herbalism Roots Apothecary is lovely. Kim, Martin and Lorissa are very knowledgeable herbalists that will listen to you and come up with great tea blends, tincture blends and essential oils or flower essences for your needs. You can also buy bulk herbs and tinctures and get creative yourself! Samples are available. As a student of the Herbalism Roots program, doing practicum hours here are very helpful and informative. Come visit, you will feel great afterwards!
