Great food, balanced macros, good variety to pick from, and great delivery. Literally delivered local a day after ordered. I was really looking for a local place to deliver that fit with my macros, calories, and snacks. Also love they have so many gluten free options!!Only downside is some meals don’t have veggies in them, which I’m trying to eat more of. Would be nice to offer sides of veggies for those meals.

Super great people! They are always willing to help coach you. The food is great. They also have an InBody scale that does body composition analysis. It is worth going and buying their food just for that not even accounting for the people, advice, and food quality, which are all great! Definitely recommend.

We first heard about this amazing place from our barber. They have delicious and healthy options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are half and full sizes to choose from. We love that the meals are prepared with health and fitness in mind. For the weekends when meal prep for the following week isnt possible due to a variety of reasons, we turn to MyFitFoods for our meals. Healthy can be delicious AND filling. Their ingredients are simple and nutritious. Kind, helpful and friendly staff. Its the perfect package whether you are looking for fitness or convenience or both.

Did you know that you can get this food ordered to your house!? Personally, this is the best part, it is quick, convenient and great for someone who had a packed schedule with no time to cook.

As parents of two little ones, life gets busy and eating healthy is hard. My Fit Foods makes it easy and delicious! We were a bit skeptic as most healthy foods are lacking in taste, but every meal we’ve tried so far has been incredibly flavorful. Not to mention, you’re actually full when you’re finished!Both Scott and Jen have been nothing but incredible. We live up in the tweener mountains so getting the freshest products in time was a concern, but the food arrived cold and in perfect condition! We are already looking forward to getting more and keeping it going. My two-year-old has been stealing my food, so no worries on if kids will like it!No matter what youre craving, theyve got something thatll check the box!

I placed 2 orders on 2/23 that were not delivered. Ive left a voicemail and sent 5 emails over the last 2 weeks with no response from Jen. Denver location. Hello?? EDIT: Called in back on 3/11, someone said it would be taken care of. It wasnt. I called back in 3/20, and the assistant manager, Nate, did a great job and actually took care of the issue, was delivered today. Thank you Nate. Jen, the Delivery Fulfillment Manager, still hasnt responded to emails. EDIT: 3/24, Nate, and Robert, who reached out, have been great. Food is fantastic.

I normally dont leave reviews, but as Im eating one of my meals - I just had to let it be known. Not only are these perfectly portion sized and incredibly delicious (this is coming from someone who was raised in the south by Caribbean parents - we KNOW FLAVOR OKAY lol) and for how healthy they are - it should be illegal how tasty and satiating every one of these meals are. This was my first week ordering with you guys - but wow wow wow , the salmon .. delicious, the boujee mac.. TO DIE FOR... the Turkey Chili..INSANE - everything has been so good. Also, the entire team working there just goes above and beyond with their customer service and attentiveness every time that I walk in - they make me feel like what I imagine Beyonce feels like anytime she goes somewhere. Visited MyFitFoods for the first time this morning on the recommendation of my new trainer. I chose the chocolate protein muffins, and took them to the register. Justin was friendly, and personable. We chatted, and he told me, since this is your first time here, and these muffins are my favorite snack, have them on the house. The muffins were delicious, and filling. I love this place been going for a couple months now. The customer service is out of this world phenomenal. I just wish they would offer organic and grass fed options and more veggies. I am in Denver for work and can not stand going out to eat all the time. I usually opt for an AirBnB or hotel with a kitchen. I have made this company an essential way of living and Im so glad I did!The website is very easy and straight forward to use, and there is always a delivery window and day that you want available! The meals last about a week and can easily be stuck in the freezer if you decide to go out one night instead! Ive never been to a fitness place (other than my trainers gym :) ) that has been so nice! I would make the drive again just because of the awesome staff alone! My boyfriend and I went to FitFoods on Saturday for the first time. We met with Kirk who did a one on one consultation with us. The service we got from him was incredibly hospitable, warm and friendly. We didnt feel any pressure. The staff was great in a positive atmosphere setting and the area was clean. Kirk answered our questions and concerns about nutritional information. I learned alot from him and felt very excited to get started. The meals are portion control and organic which we also are excited about.We had our meals for the first time today Sunday and have meals planned through Monday. It was incredibly good and the portions are excellent. We are super excited to have this place nearby and cant wait to see the future of FitFoods for us. Thank you FitFoods for having this service and the amazing warm and friendly staff because they sure made us feel at home.

Justin originally came to my place of business to let us know about his company and what they were doing. Since then most of my company has gone there for meal prep and to just overall fix their nutrition. I’ve been eating there for two months but today I went in and Hannah got me all set up with a plan to lose the weight and get healthier. I had back surgery a few months back and this has helped the recovery process. They are a top notch crew and know what they are talking about. I highly recommend this place if you are serious about continuing your health.

Food has been changed a lot! I understand because of covid but it could have been better ways to change??? I think...example...anything with chicken has been saltyer then before and I understand that we do need little bit of sodium but this is way to salty and picnic time, you use to add the container for almonds but now you just add the 6 pieces without container and this makes almonds are soggy!!! I dont know what is going on with fit foods but please go over with the food and consider which way is better to serve the food to customer. I really dont wanna say that i’m not coming back to your store because the concept behind the fidfoods are wonderful to me!!! I have tried to get ahold of these people for over a week now regarding delivery and not being consistent with delivery times and still have not been able to get ahold of them. The poor customer service and lack of communication is really upsetting. Too bad because the food has been delicious.

Their meals are flavorful, nutrient-rich, and reasonably priced for what you get. Im on a pretty restricted diet right now (no red meat, no gluten, limited dairy) and they have plenty of options. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The chicken fried rice and turkey chili are my favs so far!

I had a work conference in Denver, and near my hotel in the Tech Center is The Fit Foods. While my coworkers opted for the big chain restaurants for dinner, with their huge portions and high fat/sodium content, I wanted a healthier option. The Fit Foods’ meals were perfectly portioned, tasty, and affordable. I wish they were in my own city! The salmon Alfredo brown rice pasta and turkey meatballs with zucchini noodles were great picks, highly recommended.

Had a few orders that went ok. Did another order earlier this year, food never came. Tried contacting the company several times, couldnt get them to answer their phone or respond to their message system. Their site says they refunded the money but the money didnt get refunded to my account. Ended up having to do a credit card charge back. Pretty annoying.

Upon walking into the store, I was welcomed by Scott. Scott was friendly, attentive, and did his due diligence to figure out what I was looking for, and then some.We started off with a body assessment to figure out my starting point. Once my results came back, he explained each metric in an easy to understand way, and gave me insight on how I fit into the “norm”. This helped immensely in regards to having an understanding of what my foundation looked like.With my foundation logged, he asked questions to understand my goals and aspirations when it came to my health. When I shared where my head was at, he dug even deeper with questioning about my knowledge of carbs vs calories vs this vs that (without being condescending in the slightest). I learned a ton from this conversation!Ahh and my favorite part, the food! Since I was a newbie, he explained portion options and even took the time to help build an approach to hit my numbers for each day. I appreciated hearing his take on his favorite meals, which seemed like a no brainer to snag for the upcoming week.Scott made my experience worthwhile and enjoyable. With having a massive fridge full of different foods, Scott made the process easy and has me fired up about coming in next week to buy another week’s worth of meals!

This place is great if you are either looking to loose weight or help improve your athletic performance.Lizzy Lindquist the nutritionist has been great for both me and my wife. My wife has shaved off 10lbs in 21 days and I have trimmed down to 11% from 18% body fat , I have experienced significant increase in strength and energy helping me perform better at the gym.The customer service here is awesome too, they are so friendly and helpful. If your looking for a place to start your health journey, this is the place to go.

This place is great and I highly recommend it! One, the staff is always friendly and super helpful. Justin and Joel are awesome. Their meals are healthy and actually taste good! Every time I go, I feel like they genuinely care about my progress and how they can help. Secondly, I found out today that they have a InBody BMI test unit and its free to use for members! I was able to get a complete scan (for free) and plan on using it all the time now. Definitely check this place out.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now and the meals, staff, and price point have always been good. However, they recently cut the protein and carbs by about 25% in a lot of the meals I liked while adding a few grams of fat, without lowering price. Their entire dinner section is already made up of meals that are low carb, so I was disappointed to see that they lowered the carbs/protein of the meals tailored to those trying to gain. Very few options left for those looking for high carb, high protein, and low fat options. Hoping they see this and make changes or else they will be losing a segment of their consumers.

I cant even begin to say how satisfied I am with MyFitFoods and the 21 day challenge that my wife and I recently completed. Great tasting, easy pickup, and good quality

Overall their food is great. However it is a very loud environment hard to hear what the employees are saying. Also very small store allowing a large amount of people in at the same time. No social distancing at all. There were so many people in the store you we almost touching.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Food is great, the steak heated up well in the microwave and the spiciness level was perfect. As someone whos not great at eating healthy or exercising regularly, Ill be coming here again when I want great value meals for the week.

I got here 15 min before they closed ! And I felt horrible but none of the people in there rushed me or made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I was helped by Eric and he took the time to explain the whole process to me . He was very patient and I was super nervous. I have never bought meal prep and I felt embarrassed like I should know how to do this . But he didnt make me feel bad about it. He just explained they were there to help. All of the staff was friendly and it was such a nice environment. Like I said I have never used a meal prep service and to get this level of customer service and support on the 1st try . I was turned onto this place about 6 months ago by mom - who heard about it from someone at work in DTC. I have been ordering food there ever since and let me tell you, the food is not only GREAT tasting, whether you are trying to achieve a healthier lifestyle or trying to get into shape, but the customer service is what blows me away about this company.As I said, I have been ordering from them consistently now for months but I stopped as a result of being quarantined in a different country. I received a call from someone at the store yesterday checking up on me seeing if I was okay and needed anything, aside from just food.I use to think their customer service was top notch prior to this as not only did they know me when I walked into the location, but they would also carry my order to my car and were ALWAYS incredibly friendly.But THIS! Calling on me just to check up and see if I was doing okay?! This just takes it to A WHOLE OTHER LEVEL.Take my word and give this place a try. It is well worth it for MANY reasons. I am so sad that there are no locations in Oklahoma where I will be moving to for law school in a few months. PLEASE consider opening one!!! I will miss this place too much :,(

I was really struggling with finding the time/motivation to prep and cook my meals in order to consistently follow a healthy plan for my goals. I went in and was overwhelmed by the awesome customer service. Literally everyone at My Fit Foods is eager to make you feel welcome and help answer any questions you have. I picked up a few things that sounded good, like the highly recommended breakfast burrito, and everything was incredibly delicious. Even my kids (17 & 12) LOVED the chili and I was told to go back and get more! I signed up with nutritionist, Lizzy, for the 21 day challenge and she helped tailor the right plan for my goals. I brought my husband with me to pick up my order and he was so impressed with the customer service and vibe. He got to talking with Joe and said hed wished he had more time there to talk after we left. Ive been struggling to get this man to eat right for like 20 years and if talking with Joe made him interested in eating better then Im taking him back when I go for my next pick up! This plan is now EASY to stick to and delicious. Im literally telling everyone to check them out.

Incredible customer service and I always feel heal3tgy and energized eating their food. They set me up for the whole week, I save a ton of money.

Many of their dishes have broccoli. Unfortunately, items like the Green Chili soup dont have finely chopped up broccoli listed in their ingredients.

Absolutely the best meals that are fresh, flavorful, and fits within out dietary restrictions!! I normally go pick it up but we were in quarantine so placed our order yesterday with free delivery today! Zoya texted us just before she arrived and it was perfect! We will be getting delivery every week now!

I have been a huge fan of My Fit Foods ever since they opened their DTC location. Unlike other meal prep companies, they never sacrifice taste and still manage to keep each meal healthy and marco-friendly. I see pictures of myself from before eating MFF and now, and I can definitely tell I have leaned out and added muscle. Also, their entire team is so friendly and makes going in an enjoyable experience every time. :)
