I have used One Clear Choice Garage Doors three times now since we moved to Arvada almost nine years ago. Each time they have been absolutely wonderful, with very professional workers. Theyve installed a garage door opener, fixed rails and rollers, and just today installed a brand new garage door, because the old one was bowing and cracking. I cant imagine hiring anyone else! David replaced our garage door springs on 10-28-2021, which were broken due to age and wear. He also replaced our opener due to damage incurred when one of the springs broke. He was very professional, polite and efficient. My impression at this point is very positive with excellent performance and quiet operation of the garage door system. This appears to be the very best system we have ever had.

Called for a tune-up of one double and one single garage door, expecting due to their age I would likely need some parts replaced due to normal wear. Cameron was on time and efficient. He walked me through his inspection and recommendations, what could wait and what he thought could not. When he was done, did a final walk through to be sure I understood parts warranty on new parts (rollers on both doors and spring on single door) , and we walked again through operation of opener on the double door and its features. Final cost was what I expected I would pay. Was very pleased!

Great experience in both the shopping phase and the installation phase.We did have to wait a long time for the garage door but nowadays everything is slow so I do not blame the company.For the shopping we made an appointment and we were treated very well, all questions answered and all options shown and talked about. It was a great experience and I cannot say anything negative about that.For the installation the technician was here on time, he was very professional. Great job!! Isaac came out to fix our broken spring and I asked him to service all 3 garage doors since they haven’t been serviced in several years. We did need new rollers on 2 of the doors too. That was a little pricey, but not outrageous and it was much needed to extend the life of my openers. The pricing was straightforward, the job all done in about 90 minutes and my garage doors are quiet, well balanced and my broken garage door all fixed. I was referred to this company by a contractor friend who was a long-time customer and I have also now been a customer for many years. I have referred thousands of dollars of business to this company and I have been very satisfied with their work.Unfortunately the garage door industry is now experiencing a nationwide shortage of torsion springs which looks like it will continue through the rest of 2021, perhaps not resolving until spring 2022.One Clear Choice has used this situation as an opportunity to triple their prices. Even worse, they said nothing about this to me when I made a service appointment by telephone. Their technician sprang the pricing on me when he showed up. He then had the gall to deny what they were doing, to tell me my estimate of the time required to do the work was nuts, and to claim their pricing was reasonable.Funny, One Clear Choice, one phone call and I found a reputable vendor who charged more than 40% less. Funny, One Clear Choice, the other vendor was able to complete the work in precisely 30 minutes, a fraction of the time you claimed was necessary.One Clear Choice--not the choice for me. Im sorry if youve been having a hard time over the past 18 months. This is not the way to fix your business. Ill never call you again.

I really like this company. They installed the doors 3-4 years ago and I waited too long to call them back to service it. The bottom roller jumped the track and the door wouldnt move. The tech was great and showed me what needed to be lubed every 6 months. I learned that a lot more than the rollers need to be lubed.

Had a broken spring in our garage yesterday and was able to schedule an emergency visit with their tech (cost a little extra but we needed to get the car out). I had used this company in the past and they did a good job replacing my opener. I just had an installer over to get an idea on issues and cost of my 3rd stall garage door. It was one big upsell. I asked for basic repair but immediately got the upsell for over 3 times the cost of what was needed. I had to continue to ask and get clarification. The lowest quote was much higher than I thought it should be. And since I would not commit to giving the installer an answer immediately, he then charged me a trip fee of $98. Not happy and will never call them again. I would have been a repeat customer. But to get the hard core upsell on something I never asked for is unprofessional. My advice, find another company.

Everything went as promised from start to finish. Communications where timely and accurate, product installed was an upgrade from estimate for no extra charge, and Chad the installer did a great job and was very helpful in getting linked into the opener via the LiftMasters myQ app.

I called at 8am and someone arrived at 9:30 to repair broken springs. They finished in about 40 minutes, and also adjusted the sensors and replaced a hinge. These guys are the best.

Your technician, Matt VanSickle, showed up within the agreed upon time window and was able to quickly fix the problem I was having with the garage door He then suggested a couple of equipment upgrades (rollers and a reinforcing bracket) that were needed because the company that built the house use low-grade components. Now the garage door works great and I feel comfortable that the door will pose no problems in foreseeable future.Im very pleased with the work Matt did and that he was able to respond quickly to fix the problem. Prompt service when I had an emergency situation and couldn’t close my garage door. They were on site within about 2 hours. Unfortunately I have to get a new door, but the tech was able to get my door closed until they can come to replace it.

The technician didn’t give up and achieved the “impossible”. He was able to repair our garage door that would only open a few inches, with NO other way to get inside the garage!!

When you compare the door and the upgraded hardware on the door, One Choice had the lower price. The installataion crew was great. I was told that installation of the door could take a half of day and they had all the work done in half that time. They had a lower price than Home Depot and have installers available now.

We ordered four CLOPAY garage doors, four LiftMaster openers and three entrance doors. The order took 3 months to fulfill and, when it arrived, two of three doors were broken and one of the openers didn’t work. It took another two months to get replacements. The customer service is horrible and, while the General Manager took over toward the end to try and remedy our complaints, he never followed up after the final delivery to learn that his “senior engineer” came with a chip on his shoulder and was extremely rude and argumentative to my contractors. I’m happy with the CLOPAY product, but this company is far from what I would expect from a “Master Authorized Dealer.”

Had them come out and do a new track system for my garage. We went from an overhang to a side mounted system. They also extended my track and provided more clearance so I can utilize more space in my garage. They were extremely professional, friendly, and provided a great quote. One clear choice was contracted through Home Depot to install my garage door the technician left without installing the main door opening button located inside the garage they came out a second time and said that the brand new garage door opener that we purchased came with a defective button, the button was replaced and it still did not work so that means that the wiring/install was the issue after calling multiple times and waiting fiveMonths they have still yet to resolve my issue so I had to pay again and call another company Rays garage door, They promptly came and resolved my issue and even did it for free I would never recommend this company to anyone. Let me restate the Home Depot did it’s job perfectly by providing me with a great brand new garage door opener however one clear choice failed to install it and failed to fix the problem after five months of me constantly calling them

I had One Clear Choice Garage Doors update my old garage door. They did a good job replacing rollers and the attachment arm, but there was a problem with the opener itself 9 days after the service call - the door jammed and wouldnt open at all. Of course, this was on a Saturday, and I had to wait til Monday for service. I was irate, but One Choice came back out on Monday and really worked hard to fix the problem, replacing the old opener at a discount because of all the trouble I had incurred. They also put a extra brace on the door because it really gets hit hard with any wind storms that we have and there was one spot that was just beginning to crack. They didnt charge me for the 3 trips, the 5 hours of work, or the new brace. They really worked hard to make everything right and I appreciate their effort.

The spring on our garage door broke. I called Clear Choice and Mike came out that afternoon. Great Guy!! He had that door fixed in no time and helped fix a bad connection to the wall of the garage. We talked about ways to improve the existing doors performance inexpensively. I think we are going to upgrade and replace the existing door and have Clear Choice be the go to guys to do it. (As long as Mike is the installer)
