She replied quickly and was extremely helpful.The delivery process took a long time (nothing to do with Aerial Fabric Acrobatics) I live in Australia and therefore the process to go through customs is long.I am really happy with my equipment. I dont wrote reviews often but I am impressed by their honesty and willingness to help and get you exactly what your looking for. I ordered some silk fabric but Lynn Coleman realized it seemed too short. she promptly emailed me and asked what I was using it for to make sure thats what I wanted. We even spoke on the phone and she refunded my money until I could double check the length needed. She wasnt looking for more money as one of her recommendations would have been cheaper. Anyway, thanks for your help and honesty! I placed a new order and made sure it was with this company! 😁
