Great price...if only the drains would show up. Today is July 21st. 5 were ordered on July 5th, shipping from 2 locations. 3 arrived on July 8th. Multiple rounds of calls later, they had to be re-ordered only to ship UPS ground after requesting overnight delivery.They have found the missing two in the warehouse, and youll have them later this afternoon, Monday the 17th at the latest. We only have one of the two and do not know where the other is. Well re-order them and have them shipped overnight for delivery on the 19th. They are in transit with UPS for a scheduled delivery of Monday the 24th. They are too far out from any destination to update for to a Saturday delivery.Bottom line. I dont have the drains and a concrete pour was delayed. Mistakes happen. That is acceptable and understood. Im at a loss with the follow up and can only quote what I was told.
