I saw an ad on Facebook marketplace for a bike which caught my eye. I messaged and made an appointment for the next day they were open. John W helped me, took me out to see the bike, answered my questions and told me what he knew about the bike. Since I am a first time rider who recently completed the motorcycle safety class, John had to follow me to the parking lot a couple blocks away for me to ride the bike. I decided this was the one for me. We went back to the shop and started paperwork. I met Logan in apparel while waiting. Nick, the finance guy, was great. I paid cash so I didn’t need financing. Nick offered advice on which other dealerships would be good for maintenance on my Kawasaki and shared other about rides and apps. I feel I was treated like a person and not just a transaction. Thank you John and Nick for helping my dream come true!!

If I could give Erico Motorsports 10 stars I would. Thanks to Sterling in sales and Nicholas in finance I was able to get my dream motorcycle. I live in California and wanted to have it shipped here so as you can imagine having a bike shipped can be a total headache. Sterling was assisting me everyday for over a week trying to make things work. He went above and beyond to communicate and organize things so they could go as smoothly as possible. Nicholas as well was very communicative and helpful in every way. I have walked into many dealerships and called many dealerships and no one has been half as helpful as Sterling has been. If you want a bike from here ask for Sterling he will take great care of you and your bike! Beyond thankful.

Really bad experience today with service. I have a 2008 Ducati and trying to make the hard decision of do I maintain it or give it away...maintenance cost more than the bike is worth. Erico aggressively pushed me through the process calling me 3 times in the 4 days it was there, charging me enormous storage fees, doing unauthorized work, scoffing at me for questioning my bill. Deciding what my next bike will be...Erico Service guaranteed that bike will not be purchased or serviced from Erico. Seeing your response clarifies why the service was so rude, customer is wrong approach. I was fine paying for the work I approved...just not the work I didnt approve. Not selling the bike I am donating it to charity. Feel like your group is still not hearing the customer. Either way I wanted others to know what to expect.

Im really disappointed in the service department. I have an issue with my Ducati, which I bought used from Erico just a month ago, so I contacted service, ordered the part I needed and scheduled an appointment for a few weeks out. When I went to the appointment the part wasnt in yet. Now I get theres logistical issues across the globe right now, and things are hard to get ahold of, but it would have been nice to find out the part wasnt in yet... before I drove in for the appointment. Now thats annoying, but what really just baffles me is they wanted to charge me for diagnostic work they did while my time was being wasted while the part was not there. Now why would I pay for any service when the part needed for service isnt there??? Im sorry, but Im not paying for getting literally nothing in return. Ill be moving on to a different Ducati dealer.

I bought a $15k motorcycle from these guys. Two weeks later, when l went in for an appt to have a fender eliminator kit installed, the service guy says there are 3 different ones but no one gave me a choice when ordering it. Then while doing his inspection of my bike, says l need a new front tire. This clown obviously didnt know l had just bought the bike from them 200 miles ago. So they either sold me a bike that needed a new front tire or this guy is a con artist. Maybe they have two different tire gauges. One for them and one for customers. I got my keys back, cancelled my appt, took my bike and left. Very disappointed with the experience. Ive waited a year to buy this bike. Ill drive to boulder to get mine serviced. No one l know will spend $1 with these guys.

The worst experience Ive had with any business. They didnt put oil in my Ducati 1198 after a pre-summer tune-up which blew my engine. John the owner and the service department have been the worst. They should be out of business for putting riders lives in danger and accepting zero responsibility for their actions. This is how it all went down. I brought my Duc in for a summer tuneup and was told it would be a cpl weeks as they were busy. I said no problem. I asked them to change the oil, check brakes, chain, tighten cables, flush fluids, etc etc. They said no problem. They later stated that my oil didnt need to be changed as it was fine. I said I still wanted it changed for piece of mind. They said ok. Weeks and weeks went by. Summer was in full swing and they still had my bike in for a simple summer tune. So I went in and said I wanted my bike. They said all they needed to do was button it up. And it would be done. They said an hour or so. So I waited for them to finish putting it back together. I know that this is where they screwed up. By rushing to put it together and not knowing if the oil had been changed or not. They rushed it because it sat for 2 months and forgot to add the oil. I got the bike back and drove it from my house to cherry creek for dinner. About 10 miles. The engine seized and put me into a skid in rush hour traffic almost wrecking the bike. I pushed it to the side got my truck and took it right back to the shop. They said they didnt know what could have went wrong. They freed the seized engine and said it was my battery and made me buy a new battery. My battery has always been on a trickle charger and has never failed me and would have nothing to do with seizing the engine. A definite possibility that seizing the engine put a reverse charge on the battery and that was what caused the battery to fail. So they handed me another bill and sent me on my way saying it was all great. I was upset as I knew my battery was perfect working order but I had my bike back. I got it home and this time I drove 3 miles and was entering the freeway at about 65 mph and thats when I heard a bunch of grinding metal and then a second later oil started shooting everywhere and the bike locked up the rear tire. Im now in a full skid at 65 mph with oil shooting everywhere and I nearly hit the guardrail after skidding for 20 plus feet. Seriously putting me in harms way now twice. I was very upset. I brought them a perfectly running bike and they had it for nearly 3 months and now its completely destroyed. I brought it back to them in disgust and they said they would try and figure out what happened. It now sat there for 6 plus months with nothing going on then after I pushed harder and harder to get an answer they said they would need another $1000 to start the tear down of the engine. I said what? You havent even started tearing it down? You want more money? I then started talking to another dealer and we realized they didnt put oil in it. Once I confronted John the owner about this he said yes, someone said it came in without oil. So I said great. Put a new engine in it. Then he said I brought it in without oil. I said no John. I brought it in running perfectly. Then you guys forgot to add oil and that seized the engine then I brought it back to you with no oil because you guys didnt add any. You added oil freed the engine charged me for a battery that I didnt need and sent me back out and nearly put me in a very bad accident. After months and months I finally went down to deal with them again and they refused to fix their mistake. I got my bike back in boxes. Fairings damaged and a complete disaster. I took it to another Ducati dealer and they investigated the issue and came to the same conclusion and still John and Erico wont take responsibility for their actions. They should be ashamed of this situation especially when peoples lives are at stake.

UPDATE (adding back a star):Though I had some issues at their service department in the past, they were mild in comparison to another Triumph dealer I dealt with in Lakewood. Because of my bad experience at that other dealership, and my Triumph having a persistent clutch issue that they kept replacing under warranty, I ended up selling it back to Erico. They were easy to deal with and gave me a fair price without a trade. I ate some money on the deal, but I wasnt able to ride the bike I was paying for anyways due to the issues with Triumph and the warranty. So overall Im happy. Ill likely be a customer again down the road when Im in the market for a Ducati Diavel S. Thanks Erico!UPDATED REVIEW (removing one star due to service department):While I was happy with my purchase and the experience there, Ive been less than pleased with my service experience. Each time Ive taken the bike there for maintenance, theyve kept me there for several hours longer than anticipated. Though I had an appointment, they didnt even take my bike into the garage for an hour after the appointment started. During that time, someone apparently walked by and gouged a chunk out of my rear tire (on the side, not somewhere the road could have caused it). I felt unsafe to drive it home, so had them replace the tire. Of course, they didnt have the more budget minded tire in stock, so I had to purchase a top tier tire.Based on the awkward street parking of the location, and the excessive delays Ive experienced with service, Im looking elsewhere for my servicing needs. On another note, when I purchased the bike, they offered a free suspension adjustment. I brought it in for that, and the guy did not seem to know what to do. He ended up taking some measurements with me on the bike, then told me no adjustment was necessary. I explained to the cashier that he didnt do anything, and asked that he keep my credit in tact. I brought it back this year (nearly a year later) and asked to have it adjusted. Unfortunately, I got the same guy, and had the same experience again. Only this time, I had quit smoking and have gained about 30 lbs. I was fully expecting an adjustment based on my increased weight, but he said again that no adjustment was necessary. Maybe Im mistaken, but I would think that an adjustment would be warranted going from 180 lbs to 215 lbs.Lastly, I brought the bike in for some warranty concerns, and they keep telling me that it will go away (break-in noise). Its got over 4k miles on it, and the brakes still squeak and feel gritty. Also, the transmission/clutch seem to have issues. There is a slight grind to the clutch and it occasionally wont shift without releasing and re-gripping the clutch. They found nothing wrong. Im hoping the next dealership can provide some insight.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Fantastic environment, and the owner is a stand-up guy!I was recently in and purchased a 2018 Triumph Street Triple RS. I was pretty indecisive and was contemplating on another bike as well. Chuck, the sales guy, was very patient with me. I finally decided on the Triumph, but they had already sold the color I wanted. The owner, John agreed to take the tins (painted body pieces) off of the bike they sold to a friend who was getting a custom paint job, and place them on my bike so I would get the color I wanted. And he was doing this for free, eating the labor that it would cost him.He also honored a great deal that he had offered, even though a mistake was made in my favor. Like I said, stand-up guy that has class and respect.Because of how great he has been, and because the original color started growing on me, I ended up just keeping it as is, and saving them the additional labor.Ill definitely be back to purchase future bikes from Erico. Top-notch customer service! Real people that seem honest, treat their customers with respect, and dont make promises that they dont intend to keep.

A little over due but here it is. Absolutely the best experience I had in buying-well, anything. My wife and I have been going to Erico for the last few years for service on our Street Triples and to browse the new Triumphs on the floor when in the area. We met Sterling one of the first times we were in. He has always been more like an old friend than a salesman. He knew I had always wanted a Bonneville, but he never tried to force a sale on me. Whenever we could come in, he always found us just to chat-never to try and make a sale. Even after I test rode one last fall he still never tried to make the sale. He always listened to me and what I wanted-and most importantly he NEVER tried to tell me what I wanted. When the time came in July of this year it was a no brainer to see Sterling. And he treated me the same as always. A shout out also to Kayla who was fabulous with the financing and the registration. And of course David, who has to deal with weekly email requests for new parts! (Which are always in the shop within a week of making the order). If David is not sure of what I am asking, he simply calls me to make sure it gets sorted right away. No back and forth email chain over the week. Just prompt, top notch customer service. All around A+ place. Worth the drive up from Colorado Springs.

I got my very first motorcycle this past weekend. I worked with Sterling and Nick. The process seemed daunting at first, but once I got started, theyd made it so easy and quick. Ive bought several cars - or, tried to, in the past, and after so many awful experiences over something that should have been exciting, I was always so terrified to go into purchasing a new vehicle. I was worried to go into Erico, based off this, but I got all my info submitted, and approved and arranged before I set foot in the shop. I was shown the most BEAUTIFUL bike I could ever hope to have (G400C!) and signed the papers, and the whole process took less than an hour! Sterling and Nick we super nice and easygoing and I never felt like they were salesmen, in that they werent pushy or short on time. Don’t waste your money here. Everything up until you sign the purchase documents will be a 5-star treatment. Everything after that will be nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased my motorcycle along with about $2,000 extra worth of accessories. I mentioned I was registering out of state. When I was at the tax collector’s office, Erico did not send the receipt for the motorcycle, but rather the total sum with parts and labor. Tax man wanted to tax me on the $2,000 worth of accessories. I called and immediately asked for a fax to be sent with the correct amount as I was still in the tax office and the lady was being understanding. They said they’d send it right away. It did not arrive until the next day, making me go back to the tax office and spend another couple of hours there. If that wasn’t bad enough, following an accident over the summer I took my motorcycle there for a damage inspection for the insurance claim. Erico made the estimate for repairs and told me all parts were in stock & it would be a week for repairs. 1 week turned into a month, and now 1 part was on back-order. 1 month turned into 6 weeks, and I could not for over a week get a return call from service to tell me what was going on. It wasn’t until my brother went to the shop to get something for his bike, and they accidentally pulled my file, and now there were 7 parts on back-order. I drove down there finally to speak with someone, and everyone seemed oblivious to my situation. Following another few weeks of not getting a straight answer, I decided to take the bike as is to enjoy the last weeks before winter. More disappointment came. My odometer had somehow reset to 0, my gauge kept flickering on and off, service light went on, and several of the parts that I had paid for, including labor, were still the original ones from the accident. After returning with the motorcycle, I found out that while some parts were not installed, others were not inspected for damage at all, leaving me to file a new claim with a new deductible if I wanted new parts… I exchanged emails with the owner, who didn’t know anything about the issue, along with the sales manager, who was also oblivious to the situation even though the sales rep who sold me my bike was familiar with my situation. This is a poorly run business, overpriced compared to other dealers, with an incompetent staff. All they offered in compensation was free labor for the parts they forgot… “We got you” They kept telling me. My brother and I have purchased 2 motorcycles at Erico, service 4, and buy all parts and accessories there. We will both be taking our business elsewhere. As if free labor on over $500 worth of parts and a 3-month delay on a repair will be enough to make me return there.

He ensured the bike I thought I wanted was a good fit for my needs, answered questions about gear, bike maintenance, and more. I asked about training and he recommended MRTC, which was first rate training. Once I was qualified, I took a test drive and fell in love with the Bonneville T100---as I had hoped. Jen helped me get the right gear, not just based on practical decision points, but aesthetics. She quickly figured out my preferences and knows the gear inside and out. The buying experience was hassle-free. Erico has a good vibe. People have fun doing what they do and that makes for an experience, not just a transaction. I know I can call Randy with other questions and hell continue to be an excellent resource as I learn the ropes. Thats the kind of dealer relationship I was seeking.

Let me start off by saying that, when I shop for some big ticket items such as a car or in my limited experience within the past year, motorcycles, I try to do as much homework/research as possible to prepare myself to do the best I can to save myself some money.Whether or not my stance on asking and dealing with Sales staff may come off as aggressive or whatever adjective one may want to use, thats just the way I handle myself in these types of environments. It can be pretty intimidating and a pain of a process to be in within the dealership walls. With that said, David made my experience of purchasing my 2019 Triumph Speed Twin as best as possible. Also, the communications that I encountered with Kurt, as well as with Adam in the Business office, added to the feeling that I was being taken care to the best of their ability. Also, a shout out for Tyler in the Parts/Service dept, he was helpful and added to the pleasurable experience. There is another dealership that didnt want to give me the time of day to negotiate for a Speed Twin, but dealing with the aforementioned staff members at Erico, Im happy to be a part of the Triumph family brand of motorcycles and will continue to do business there, as long as there is continued friendly service I have experienced so far.

Purchased a new bike and they made the process incredibly easy and simple. They really care about their community and make sure that they treat you like you are not a stranger. They took my bike right after I got it due to some issues and repaired it under warranty without charging me storage while I was on out of town. Sterling was the representative that help me through the buying process and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a Triumph/Ducati. Also the representatives that work in their apparel department are very knowledgeable in regards to the gear that you should wear while riding.

Theyre great! I bought a used Vespa from them and the next day, it wouldnt start. I gave them a call, they said theyd send someone to help me. They came quickly, and turns out -user error- I accidentally pushed the emergency engine stop switch with my stomach when I was releasing the brake which is why it wouldnt start, nothing is wrong with the bike at all. I felt foolish (still do) and couldnt apologize enough but the guy was extremely nice and understanding. Their attitude and customer service is fabulous. I highly recommend you check them out.

Erico is more than a motorcycle dealership. Its an institution and the crew there set the bar nationally for inclusiveness of the LGBT community and has inspired other dealerships nationally and locally to reevaluate the importance of that community to their bottom lines. Nitpick if you will but Denver is very fortunate to have this boutique shop. Thanks for all you do, Erico.

I recently bought a new Triumph from Erico and had a great experience. Dave and Chris were both awesome in the sales department, super knowledgeable, helped pick out the perfect bike for me. Everyone that I dealt with there was very friendly and seemed to be really interested in making sure that I got what I was looking for. Beth was also very professional in handling the actual sale and all the paperwork. Going back for my first maintenance and look forward to working with them in service. Definitely recommend Erico to anyone looking for a good, professional, local bike store!

I wish I could right a glowing review about this place. I really do. The bike purchase process was great, no issues there. Their mechanics seem knowledgeable, professional, laid back, no issues there. I guess the issue I have is customer service, not quite sure which department this falls under. First thing that happened is I ordered some gloves as they didnt have my size, paid for them up front. Time goes on and I dont hear anything from them. Finally I have to call and somehow they never got ordered. OK, so you took $100 from me and never even ordered the product? If that was the only issue, no big deal, people make mistakes, whatever. A few weeks later I order a new seat for my bike and am told it will be there within one week. A week goes by, no phone call. Again, I have to call and check on the status. Apparently Ducati is going through a warehouse transfer and their orders have gotten delayed. OK, thats fine, no worries. I subsequently call 3 separate times to check on my order. EACH time I was told I would receive a call back. I have never received a call from them. Not once. We are now 3 weeks past when I was originally told the seat would be in and I still have yet to receive a single phone call from them. If you say youre going to call back, call back. Thats common courtesy.

This place is a joke. Cool shop, sweet bikes - but they live on the moon with their pricing. Just got quoted $166 to mount and balance two tires . . . and that is if I bring in the wheels. So I do all the work and they want $80/tire. Hilarious.

The best place to go if youre in the market for Triumph accessories. If they dont have it they will order them. But thats not the selling point here. The staff are.! Theyre so personable and genuinely friendly. They give you their undivided attention and is honest about each of the products you want to buy. No upselling here at all.I love their outfits. Although the smaller sizes are mostly gone but then its almost everywhere I go. What they have is quite a few XS helmets here and this week some were at a low, low price with a 60% discount. Dont forget the table to the right as you walk in by the window. Thats their bargain table. Good stuff there! In the back you will find Doug whos knowledgeable about his dept. There questions after questions were thrown at him about certain accessories and he always comes up with a solution.Im loving the retro bikes on display thats owned by the shop owner. Lucky bastard :)Clean, well organized and their staff truly rocks!

We had an excellent time looking at bikes for my wife, and meet a very cool and chill slaesman. Chuck treated my wife like long time friends and we talked with us for hours about bikes and options. Also met one of the Owners, she was very cool and down to earth. Very nice and friendly place, very low pressure on sales, and more informative and relaxed. We will return! Thanks for the good time!

Great shop, very friendly vibe, epic location with knowledgeable, cool staff. Nice looking wall of vintage museum pieces. Took excellent care of me when my Triumph was damaged during a move from the East Coast. Worked with my insurance company to insure that all damage was repaired on the motorcycle and always kept me up to date as the status changed. Thanks to Matt and Luke in the service department for all the help along the way. Worth a visit if you are in the Rino district.

I have had two great buying experiences at Erico in the last two years. They went out of their way to get the bike I wanted when other dealers wouldnt or wanted a premium to do so.I worked with the entire group from sales, service, and parts/accessories to have my bike setup with exhaust, intake, and tuning when I picked it up. All went well and I really appreciated the effort and communication throughout the process.Great work!!

My wife bought a Vespa from Erico. We live in NM and when we arrived today to pick it up, Kayla, the Finance Manager, who assisted my wife in conducting almost the entire transaction through email and Sterling (Salesman) provided awesome service! I would highly recommend Erico based on the experience we had with Erico over the last few weeks!

Erico Motorsports is hands down the best dealership in Denver. They have an great selection of apparel & parts, and by far the coolest bikes in town. From sales to service & everything in between - everyone working there is very helpful. I purchased a Triumph Speed Triple from Erico in 2001, and a few more bikes the last three years...I plan on buying many more!

Definitely the place to go in the Denver area if you are a Ducati enthusiast. They always seem to have a good selection of new and used bikes on the lot. The service department has also treated me well. I can give them very specific instructions, get reasonable advice in return and the work has always been performed to spec. at a reasonable cost and on time. Their riding gear and accessories are top shelf, and I have been able to get a competitive price at Erico when I am not looking for average Joe equipment.I have purchased two bikes there so far and plan to buy more in the future!

I recently called to schedule an appointment for 6000 mile service on my 14 Thruxton, spoke with JP who was very helpful and arranged to drop off the bike later in the week for service and they would work it in when they could as they had no open appointments. Went off without a hitch, these guys are awesome. Not only did they have the bike ready later that day when i had not been expecting it back until the next week, but everyone there was great to work with. Highly recommended. Thanks to the whole service department for making what can be a hassle a great experience.

Lousy customer service and lacking follow through. I reached out looking to purchase my girlfriend a new Vespa via their website. Response from a salesperson took four business days to ask if I had anyone else reach out to me yet. They promised to contact their sales rep to see about stock on alternate colors. I stopped in a day later to check on status (was in the neighborhood) and stood around for about 30 minutes while not a single person approached me, said hello, or suggested they would be with me shortly. I finally waved someone down, was told all sales personnel were busy, and hung around for a bit longer. I was working with one sales agent when the original agent from my phone call stopped to say they hadn’t heard anything back yet but they would keep me updated. I’m still to hear even a status update two weeks later. Easy sale. A competing store already has a 2020 model en route from Italy with a delivery date in the color I want within a day of my request.
