I came to Denver on business and stopped in to look for a gift for my girlfriend and I have never encountered a better customer service experience !!! I was immediately greeted and assisted and was in and out in less than 20 min !

If I could give this location 10 stars I would. Joel and Zoey you ROCK!! My bestie and I were having a boys shopping day. So thankful we came here. Best service I’ve had in a LONG time.Joel and Zoey made it fun and soooo easy!! They put together tons of great outfits. The collection was AMAZING. I walked out spending about $800 and have never felt better about spending that kind of cash. I will absolutely be back.Thanks for the amazing service and additions to my wardrobe!!

Everything there is of very good quality and the employees are very helpful and seem to have a good sense of style when recommending which clothes to try on.

Visited today with my mom and basically got to play dress up with the whole store. The three amazing guys working, and the one who helped me in particular, were so much fun and kept bringing me cute things. They clearly love their store. Spent way more than planned but worth every penny. Will be back for sure!

The worst shopping experience ever in the states. There were 3 customers total in the store and an asian guy and the lady both ignored me and greeted the other customers expect me. Nobody likes getting ignored. The management team must pay attention to their employees!!!

Super nice and helpful staff. They are a bit eager but it’s ok. Items here are unique and the materials are top quality. I recommend you buy something you really like from here it will last you a long time.

Love the selection and helpful suggestions on what to pair

I discovered this designer recently on a trip to Amsterdam. Their style is boldly unique and I fell completely in love with their clothes. I decided to explore the local store in Denver upon my return. Ryan was extremely helpful when I called asking questions about an item I saw online, and then was kind and resourceful in the store as well. The store itself is fantastic and has a wide variety of both men and womens clothing. If you havent explored this designer before, I highly encourage you to check it out - I think you will be quite impressed!!

Jacob and the new girl, whos name escapes me at the moment, did a superb job getting me in and out with everything I was looking to purchase in superb time, which I greatly appreciate. Out of all the stores I shopped at this experience was amongst the quickest and I am very very happy with my new jeans. Thanks guys!

Experienced a Julia Roberts Pretty Woman moment for the very first time in my life. Extremely condescending and rude employee followed us around citing how expensive the items were and reminded us several times that the sales items could only be exchanged for credit. I have eyes to see prices and a wallet to back it up. The clothes were cool but not worth the harassment.

Seems they are exclusive to students, everyone else pays full price. Im going somewhere where they value customers equally. Also, I literally went around the store saying hello and couldnt find an employee. The one I found took great care of me Graham. He found me a great shirt :) , his supervisor however was not so nice.Update:Manager called me and gave me the discount. 👏 thank you.

My boyfriend has shopped here for a few years now and this Black Friday, Scotch & Soda Amsterdam Couture in the Cherry Creek Mall truly turned us off of their fashion brand as a whole. The deal was 25% off sale items. My boyfriend found a sweater with a sale tag and when we went to check out it, happened to be mislabeled. Instead of simply honoring their error, the Scotch & Soda store attendant was incredibly offensive and said she had no authority to change the price. For the record, I believe even grocery store cashiers can change the price on items but that is neither here nor there.On principle we said we’d wait for someone at Scotch and Soda with authority to make the call. The next day Scotch & Soda called and said they’d “let us have the sale price this one time” as if it was somehow our fault the price was wrong!!! How unbelievably rude. For Scotch & Soda to blame us for their very own error and then accuse us of taking advantage of their sale is not only beyond ghastly, it’s simply cheap and I feel embarassed for them - as they feel the need to save $30 over treating their patrons with even the slightest dignity!Scotch & Soda disguises themselves as a euro couture, fashion forward boutique but I dare say you’d have a more enjoyable experience in the overcrowded aisles of H&M. I wouldn’t recommend this Cherry Creek Mall boutique to anyone.

The rudest employees I have ever met. When I walked in that didnt even bother to acknowledge me, and acted like it was an inconvenience that I asked them a question. Will never go back to that store.

This shop is Truly a Scotch and Soda feel! The way I see their collection it’s a way you blend the unique and limited designs and curate a perfect combo just like you would with your drink! Went in to get some party dress and amazed with what we got! The store is well organized and the staff, esp Jay was phenomenal to work with,, personable and intelligent with helping with the options!
