Used to be my favorite place to go thrifting in Denver. They changed management during covid, and suddenly everything they sold was 2x to 4x more expensive. They also took away the half off sale days. Im very disappointed. The staff seems more stressed. The new management is absolutely terrible, and I will be trying out the Arc Thrift stores for both donations and shopping from now on.

I like this Goodwill!Plenty of clothing, shoes, kitchenware, home accessories, some furniture and books/games.The pricing can be somewhat steep though (and items with 30% / 50% off color tags are quite scarce).Of course as with every thrift store, its a bit hit or miss with the stuff you manage to find.. And always make sure to check for stains or damage yourself, before buying - as not all items seem thoroughly checked. If you have enough time to browse, you can definitely leave with some treasures!

I grew up thrifting and vintage hunting, and this has to be one of the most overpriced Goodwill locations I’ve ever been to. The prices are comically high... 30 inch LCD TVs from the early 2000s priced for $80 (Can find 1/2 the prices on FB marketplace or Craigslist). Scratched and dented furniture more expensive than brand new ones from Ikea. Maybe Goodwill has forgotten their mission, but it’s not really “goodwill” when you take free used/donated items and mark them up to retail prices.

I love the good will but affordable shopping is no longer and option at the goodwill. I am not certain if it is the store but everything in the store is donated and not one single person recieves a check. Old used jeans should not be the price they are and old used shoes should not cost 10 bucks. Picture frames shouldnt be 14 bucks a piece. I am good to go some place else. Disappointed!

Worst one Ive ever been too. I had to wait so long to get my items checked out. When I went to buy my stuff my card approved the first time than the incompetent cashier lady said do it again and when i tried to explain it to her she acted confused like she never done it before. I could tell her machine didnt work based on what happens to the woman ahead of me. They ended up blaming me and my card when they were the problem the entire time. I biked to this location (which is 2 blocks north of the cherry creek trail), but I had to lock my bike to a sign post next to the parking lot because there was no bike rack. A small rack (even just one of those Denver green U ones) would be a nice addition. I was searching for girls clothing size 8, but had to wade through boys and girls of all sizes. Please consider separating your childrens clothing by gender and size. It makes a huge difference. At checkout I was offered a plastic bag for the only item I was purchasing (a girls size 8 pajama short). I brought my own bag, but then I realized that Goodwill should really walk the walk and not just talk the talk when it comes to the environment. Plastic bags are extremely harmful to the environment, as they NEVER biodegrade. All plastic is on our earth FOREVER. Please consider switching to paper. As I was unlocking my bike, I couldnt help but notice the large amount of trash littered in the small grassy area between the goodwill building and the next building. It looked like that area has been collecting litter for a few years. Its not a good look. Come on Goodwill, clean up your yard!

It seems like they leave prices off things and charge based off how much you want it once you ask. They are also the priciest of all the goodwills in the area. Would not recommend unless you’re local and have exhausted your other options. This isn’t the first confusing/over pricing issue I’ve had here. They will take old target products and price them higher than they were marked in the store. I know because when I peeled off the goodwill tag after purchase, the target clearance tag was under it.

This is one of the most unorganized stores I have ever been to. Mens and womens clothes and shoes were mixed together. This Goodwill is great if you can check regularly. It often looks empty and picked through. Theres a healthy morning crowd that comes almost every day. I hardly ever see the same item 2 days in a row. I wish they could bring more stuff out of the back more often. Every Saturday till Christmas is half off almost everything. People come and buy everything! I have found some really cool stuff.Couple of reasons why only 4 stars. They seem to be pricing everything higher due to the volumn of customers and the half of Saturdays so shame on you Goodwill. The employees are mostly immigrants and so can and do rely on the language as a barrier to communicating with customers.

Awesome finds here! This is the biggest goodwill Ive ever been to. I got an awesome 7ft white leather couch in good shape for 40$ and plenty of gently used clothing for 3 bucks or less. Ive seen oriental rugs here that would retail for at least 600 going for around 100. Essentially its a treasure hunt. I took one star away though because thats how incredibly rude one of the employees was to me, for the most part the workers are sweet and very helpful, but this one middle aged Hispanic(?) woman was so nasty it went beyond unprofessional, seems like shes got some personal issues to take care of before she can find the stability within herself to help out the public.

This busy location was once a beautiful store...but NO MORE. It is now the most ghetto Goodwill Store in the metro area. The floor staff spend too much time visiting with their friends and playing on their mobile devices while merchandise covers the floor. This GW is lowest performer as far a customer service. Most staff don not speak clear English. After placing and paying form my itemthe cashier asked if the coat O have in basket is mine. This occurs nearly every instance at GW. They dont ask if you would like a discount, and when Im forced to ask for one they ask for my liscence, then cant determine or find my dob until I show them. The whole experience at this good will (5 visits over 2 months) has turned negative from a customer service pic and pricing is high no longer making it such a good deal. Rather go elsewhere or another GW. Also, the merchandise set up is completely lacking social distancing with racks, thus customers on top of each other, no way 6 feet. Wont go back unless a last resort. No appreciation of or effort to make customer satisfied.

Incredibly overpriced to the point of being ridiculous. The bathroooms are always horribly dirty and very unsanitary. They are so bad that they literally make Walmart bathrooms feel like luxury spa. The doors in the bathroom stalls have missing locks and broken hooks. As for the floors I have no words. The soap dispensers are broken, so if you have to use their bathrooms be sure to bring your own hand sanitizer. Im actually surprised the city hasnt sited them for multiple health code violations. This goodwill allows re-sellers to camp out in front of the door where merchandise comes out. Each time a cart comes out, the people swarm it like bees. The same 3-4 re-sellers are there every day. This doesnt give everyone a fair chance at the merchandise.I complained to corporate and they instituted a policy to prevent picking from the cart by requiring that shoppers wait until the item is placed on the shelf. The couple of times I saw an employee enforce the policy, the culprits would just wait until the employee is out of sight and continue with business as usual.Additionally, the parking lot is very difficult to get into as it has one entrance with a blind corner. Even when there are empty spots, Goodwill allows people to park on the side blocking the legally parked people in.

What an awful dropoff setup. Couple of extra large cardboard boxes where youre expected to just dump your donations. Whats the point of donating something if its just going to get broken as a result of putting it in a box with tons of other, heavier, bulkier stuff? Maybe the boxes are intended for off-hours donations only, but I was there at least 90 minutes after they opened, and the boxes were out there and half-full, with no indication that there was any other option (it wasnt until both a car ahead of me and I had already put all donations in the boxes that someone finally bothered to come outside). This Goodwill location makes you feel like you wasted a trip there instead of just throwing your donations in the trash, which seems like thats where theyre going to end up, anyway, given the likelihood that the items are going to get broken. Ill definitely avoid this location and go elsewhere for my next donation (Ive had much better dropoff experiences at other Goodwill locations).

What has happened to this Goodwill location?!!! In the past six months thisstore has gone downhill fast. Overpriced. Cantankerous, inconsiderate, unfriendly manager cant be bothered to answer a simple question. The shelves contain about a third less than they used to - some sections of the store look like a place going out-of-business - near empty shelves. As stated by a previous customer: Some items cost more than what youd pay at Target or another retailer.

This store is full of the same people every day. They wait at the back of the store when new items come out and attack the racks before anyone can get to the good stuff. I heard from an employee that they go resell the items at the Denver flea market. Most of the employees play to these people, letting them know when the good items are coming out. It makes it impossible to get the stores selection. There needs to be a limit of purchase or something. It is not in the spirit of Goodwill to allow this to happen day in and day out. Especially when people can get hurt. I love this store, but I cant get around the fact that these dealers are so vicious and the store does nothing about it.

As soon as they put out new stuff, these few people snatch them right away and dont let other people shop. Then, for example today, I was followed around and mean mugged by one of these people, she was also looking in my cart and bumping into me on purpose. Everybody should be able to get their hands on the new stuff coming on the shelves. This 1 guy had 5 pairs of VANS shoes in his hands because he was snatching them right off the employees hands.
