The manager was so cool and helpful! Im getting quality and soft carpet for less than $2000.00 to carpet my entire basement including the stairs. Im so grateful I found this company! Excellent customer service!😊

Wonderful experience from beginning to end! Alan was extremely helpful and explained everything I needed to know about carpet. His pricing was the best I found. The gentlemen that installed the carpet were amazing-hard working, knowledgeable about their profession, had an eye for detail, followed the contour of the steps making them look high-end, cleaned up at every stage of the job and on top of all that, were extremely pleasant and courteous. Exceptional service in this day of mediocrity.

Went in with a carpet sample we are trying to match to, that is already in our home. Manager was intoxicated/high or both and using vulgar language. It felt really odd and he was saying we were going to regret our choice as he was showing us carpet from the same manufacturer we asked for instead of the discount carpet he suggested. We left quickly.

Shane is a great salesman. Easy to work with and very helpful. Will continue to work with him during our next project. The installation went as scheduled and the installers were awesome to work with.

We have used Carpet Depot two separate times. The company is a pleasure to work with, from selection to installation. The salesman helped with our choices and we couldnt be happier. They worked around our schedules for installation which was very quick and efficient. I recommend them highly.

Buyer beware!We went with Carpet Depot because they were the cheapest after shopping around, we wanted a specific carpet so it was easy you compare. They were the cheapest, but you get what you paid for.After installation you could see every seam, they told us they would go away over time, they dont, they get worse. They just laid the carpet and didnt stretch it and I had significant bubbling and wrinkling in 4 of 5 rooms. They came out to fix it and within a short time it just wrinkled back up. When we called to have it fixed again they said, Sorry, youre now out of your 1 year warranty. We had to pay over $600 to have someone come in and fix it. We were told that the original installation did a poor job of the seams, didnt put enough tac board down, didnt stretch it, and cut it too big. They also said that they have repaired carpets installed by Carpet Depot before.I guess you get what you pay for....

I would leave a half star if I could... We went with Carpet Depot because they stocked a very specific carpet we wanted and theyre pricing was better than the other seller (Costco). Theres no question we should have paid the $2000 more and gone with Costco. The installers were a bunch of hacks. We had very nice stained wood trim throughout our home. I say had because the Carpet Depot hacks that did my installation trashed much of it while carrying the the old and new carpet in and out of our home. After the install nearly all of the seams were visible and still are. We contacted Wendall to have it corrected. He came out and attempted to steam them out, but when unsuccessful, he assured use they would settle and be invisible in a short period of time. Wendall, youre wrong! Within a year we started seeing bubbling in many areas due to poor stretching during the install. When we reached out to Wendall he told us to call someone else because the install had a 1 year warranty. REALLY Wendall! We spent 8K with Carpet Depot. Costco would never treat their customers to poorly. I can send photos on request... AVOID CARPET DEPOT AT ALL COSTS!

BEWARE!!! Had done business with this company in the past with dad. When in need to carpet my elderly mother’s townhome we called on them again. This time it was a bad experience salesman came out sold us the carpet , we were very clear we wanted a good price medium quality for resale purposes we were assured that the carpet we picked is the right one for our needs. Carpet installers came, unfriendly didn’t greet my mother upon arrival, installed the carpet with a big seam down the middle of the room. They also didn’t tuck the carpet underneath the tack boards. Called the owner Wendell told him about my concerns he argued with me but sent out one of the installers to look at it . The installer fixed the tack boards and explained to me that the seam shows because we bought cheap carpet. I told him I was very clear about the type of carpet I wanted and didn’t want the seams to show. He suggested I keep the curtains closed keep it dark in the room and then I wouldn’t see the seam. Called back and talked to Alan. I explained to him that we were still unsatisfied with the one room in the seam down the middle of the carpet once again he argued with me and told me I had “ruined his morning.” Incredibly unprofessional. I think this company has turned in to get the sale get your money to subpar work and then forget about the customer will not be doing business with them ever again

I received an estimate from Carpet Depot that I accepted. Unfortunately, the insurance dragged out my claim for almost a year. By the time it was about ready for flooring, some things had changed. I called Carpet Depot to get a requote. I was never sent the new quote. They came out and installed, then charged me for things that werent properly adjusted. When I called and spoke to Wendell, he told me I was trying to steal his money. I explained that his employee and him should have sent me the new quote so discrepancies could be discussed beforehand. He then told me his estimator isnt my employee. I dont pay his taxes. Hes a contract employee. This guy doesnt understand that the mistake was his and his contract employee? If you send someone out to represent your company, you are responsible. If you dont send a requote when requested, and then pay people out before discussing the requote, that is his responsibility. If he loses money by not taking some basic steps, thats his fault, not the customers. Do not work with him.

Screw this place! paid good money to supposedly have carpet professionally installed. They left tack strips coming thru on all the entry ways and one night walking around barefoot which is why I installed carpet in the first place, you can guess how I found out about them. After calling them and telling them about my bleeding foot some Wendell guy tells me its an easy fix that I can do it myself with a hammer. Before I got angry I asked him if that shouldnt be part of the install? At which point he said listen Im with a customer Ill have to call you back the hung up on me.. Look elsewhere these clowns couldnt of been more unprofessional.

The manager seemed highly intoxicated. He was not making sense, couldnt give straight answers and responded in a snarky tone. No one else was present to help me so I left. It was weird.

Advertised pricing didnt match actual pricing. As a matter of fact there pricing wasnt that good as compared to major carpet companies.
