Fantastic service for an out of state vehicle during a 3 week vacation. Our air conditioning failed. The service center suggested leaving the vehicle with them and we’re able to fit it and fix the issues (software update).

I have never experienced such poor customer service. Getting the car was the first step - but every step after that has been a NIGHTMARE. Buyer beware, if you need help with the service department, getting a loaner vehicle, even just getting the operator to connect you - you WILL get attitude, complacency and overall disappointing levels of support. GO ANYWHERE ELSE - ANYWHERE and you will get better help.

This was my first experience using the service department. I was able to make an online appointment on Saturday for the following Monday morning. I was greeted and checked in immediately on arrival. A nice courtesy car was provided and the repair was completed timely and completely. My Volvo was returned washed and dried.

I called yesterday because a service light came on, Im on a return trip, from parts west, to Ohio. Not knowing what service light meant, exactly, I wanted to have it checked. Called service dept. Spoke with C.J. I came in late afternoon. Auto needed oil change, recall service and door handle problem fixed. Appointment made for 0800 4/1/21 0800. Every thing went well, I was well treated and all is good. Thanks C. J. and Rickenbaugh, and Volvo.

Rickenbaugh knows how to treat customers right. Dave S in the used car dept. Was friendly and patient. Will L in their finance department was awesome! He worked patiently with me going through the paper work making sure I understood what I was signing but more importantly Will made me feel comfortable knowing what I would be paying. Blaze on the mechanical side was awesome as well, making sure he touched up the little things I noticed. Overall like any car dealership Rickenbaugh wants to sell a vehicle, but they let you do it on your terms and they want to make sure you can afford it.

When I called to set up the appointment, Austin was very helpful. The day I brought my car in the gentleman that assisted me was very thorough even with some technical issues that he was experiencing. He remained professional and did not allow that to take away or frustrate him. He was able to get me checked in, go over everything and get me out in a timely manner. Although I ended up having some issues with my phone, they tried to call and text me. When I called and realized they were trying to reach me, my car was ready. They completed all of the work that needed to be done and washed and vacuumed my car out. I was greeted with a smile when I returned at the end of the day to pick up my car and the one who checked me out was just as friendly and professional as the one who checked me in. Great customer service! Both friendly and professional and most importantly efficient and thorough! Thanks Team Volvo!

Very disappointed that they wouldnt allow any negotiation on a new XC60 so we bought from McDonald Volvo and got a great deal.Update after seeing the laughably childish response by the VP: Apparently, the VP has decided he would rather spend his time drunk-responding to reviews and making ad hominem attacks against potential customers than actually working to get a better deal for them, as other dealers like McDonald Volvo do. My job as a consumer is to get the best deal I can, and this my way or the highway approach is exactly what led me to McDonald Volvo, where they are willing to do what it takes to make customers happy. Consumers really dont care if you price your cars below the price that the average consumer paid at other retailers. We owe it to ourselves to find the best deal we can. Instead of Im sorry we couldnt win your business, we get name-calling from the VP, which has everything to do with how you treat your customers and also explains why many people are going elsewhere for new Volvos.

From the first moment I was connected to sales, my original sales person, Jerica was fantastic. She listened and upon my scheduled appointment had exactly what I asked for. Two cars with the exact features I had requested. Dan was my sales person the day I came in, Rickenbaugh has teams to help each customer. This is a review for their used car department specifically (Not new or service departments). I went in to look at a used Volvo at the dealership and was greeted by Maureen. Went on a test drive, actually liked the car enough to want to buy it that day. But apparently I wasnt aware of their Right Price policy, and was really off-put by the fact that she didnt want to negotiate on the price and basically gave me a take it or leave it attitude; even after I offered an all cash offer. The price that they had the car listed for was on the upper end of fair KBB value, and the car had been listed for 2 weeks... so in no way was it a steal of a deal. On top of this, she went on to talk about how she previously worked at a Lamborghini dealership, and how Its fairly normal to not negotiate the price when youre looking at luxury brands... ummm no offense, but you work at a used Cadillac/Volvo dealership. Maybe it was the encounter with her, but it just rubbed me the wrong way. Either ways I ended up buying a brand new Volvo (for 4K more) at their competitors in Littleton. I rarely write bad reviews, but the encounter didnt make me feel welcome at all (and I was there as a serious buyer). I think they need to advertise their Right Price policy in big font on their front page. Trust me, I dont like to play the back-and-forth games either, but I also want the best deal that I can get out there. I know that there are plenty of people out there (esp in Denver) who are more than happy to walk into a dealership, test drive a car, pick out a color, sign on the finance line and walk-out in under an hour without doing any homework; maybe this is the dealership for them. Looking at the negative reviews, it doesnt seem like Im the only one out there who has not liked their policy. This may seem like a long rant, but I hope I save someone the trouble and disappointment of walking into a dealership excited to buy a car, only to learn that they will not negotiate on the price.

So I have flat bought 2 vehicles already from rickenbaugh volvo, one from the used and one from new,and both experiences were good but had some big road bumps along the way... However, Nick (gm) personally ensured that it would never happen again, and was able to fix the bumps in a very timely manner to accommodate a very busy schedule. I can strongly say the road bumps wont happen anymore, Nick is a fix the problem at hand, and then fix the problem that caused the problem so that it doesnt happen again.Highly highly recommend Dwight for volvo servkce -> genuinly a great guy!!Update - XC90 was the STAR of our Zion national Park vacation! Getting us where our friends (highland and didge ram big Horn edition) got stuck and could make it... We made it then towed them out all stock!!!! Volvo for the win!

He contacted me early and often to keep us up to date with the current findings. I would not take my Volvo anywhere else for service or body work. Thanks to everyone there! My fiancée and I think Rick Garcia was our favorite sales advisor ever. He was super attentive and helpful. We didn’t live in Denver so we did most of the paperwork online or on the phone a few days before we could pick the vehicle up. Rick Garcia made that process feel as personable and as easy as If we were at the dealership in person. He came in on his day off when we got to town to pick the car up. He had an encyclopedic knowledge of the extensive list of the XC90’s features and settings. By the time we left, any reservations we had about our decision to buy a Volvo had disappeared because we know we have a great support team with Rick Garcia and the rest of the staff at Rickenbaugh Volvo. Volvo is lucky to have to have him.

I live 1 mile away from Rickenbaugh and I purposely drive 20 miles out of the way to Sill Terhar Volvo in Broomfield so I dont have to use Rickenbaugh. Both times I went to Rickenbaugh I was talked down to and treated poorly. I went twice because I thought maybe the first time I just caught someone on a bad day. Nope, no one was helpful and any questions I had were tossed away. Love the people at Sill Terhar and will never go back to Rickenbaugh.

My guess is if you purchase a new Volvo you will probably get great repair service. With an older model I dont know. Had to have a new key made and programmed for about 350. Dollars. Had to leave a 500 dollar deposit. Told before pickup it had a dead battery. Purchased a new battery and up in pickup discovered a new. Battery already in vehicle. Yes it was dead but fired right up. Had I not had the funds to purchase a new battery and wanted to avoid the inconvenience. I probably would have bought my own battery.for older models go to Bobs Volvo. Hes been in business since at least 1996. First time I went there. And is honest

Sahara was great. Called ahead of time inquiring about a vehicle. By the time I got there car was fueled and detailed, test drove, got my questions answered and then got the car. Process was really quick as it wasnt busy although that is probably because I came an hour before closing on a Tuesday.

I appreciate that the staff, notably Rick and Rafael, respected my time. I’d estimate we were in the dealership for less than 2 hours picking up the car. Most of that was spent going through the features of the car. Also, during a previous visit for test drives, the car had not arrived at the dealership yet, but rick let me test an S90 T8 to ensure I experienced the drive train. I had no intention to purchase an S90, but he made sure that I knew what I was getting.

It was obvious that he was always busy, but he handled everything calmly and never made me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. In the sixty-plus years I have been taking vehicles to dealer service facilities, I can honestly state I have never found a better service experience than at Rickenbaugh Volvo in Denver. I am treated like a valued customer, my time is respected, I am kept updated on any needed repairs, as well as personally called when the vehicle is ready for pick up. The vehicle has been washed and is ready to go when I arrive. The waiting lounge is clean and comfortable, nicely stocked with beverages and snacks. Loaner vehicles, usually a current year model Volvo, are available with advance arrangement. I drive five miles further than another dealer to get to Rickenbaugh, simply because of the positive experiences I have had.

Being new to the area, its nice to know theres a quality dealership I can work with for the future. They not only completed a normal service, they also managed to fix a door ding, and get a hitch installed with only a few days notice. The non-pressured sales methodology was what won me over! I had visited around 4-5 other dealerships and walked away from each because of the typical pressure sales methods. Manrique my sales rep didnt have to keep going back and forth to the manager to get numbers, etc. We sat at the desk and was able to have a conversation about what my payments would be in different scenarios. Very happy with the service I got here. Donny Panarello was the sales consultant I dealt with. He was knowledgeable and informative about his product... No hard sell! I wasnt able to drive at the time for medical reasons, my wife experienced the test-drive via Google Duo from North Carolina. Donny handled this unusual set of circumstances with aplomb. I particularly appreciated his willingness to engage directly with my wife as if she were present in body. Reader, he sold us a car. A compliment to the quality of product available on the lot, and to Donnys approach.

Brought my 2016 V60 Polestar in to Rickenbaugh for its 2 year scheduled service. My service rep Walter, is so helpful, knowledgeable and is always so accommodating. The service was done quickly and when it was scheduled to be started, did not have to wait long for the scheduled maintenance to be finished. I would highly recommend their sales and service departments to all.

I had Walter as my service representative, he was great, serviced everything I needed for my car and made recommendations for future services needed. Was not at all pushy, which is always nice. I told him what time I needed to leave by and he had my car ready to go rite on time!
