I have been inquiring about a Z71 Tahoe for about 3 months. Every time I call it’s a different excuse. I was told it was sold by the sales manager, then the owner said it wasn’t sold. Then I set up a appointment to see it nobody knows where a whole truck disappeared to, nor can get ahold of the owner who may know where it is. Then was told it’s getting a oil change. I called 3 times yesterday I was told once again they don’t know where the truck is by the women answering the phone. So I was asked if someone could call me back 3 times which I never received a call back. I really hated to leave this review but this has been a very unprofessional way of conducting business.

So I came here and my husband and I were told 3 different things. 1st it was $1000.00 down and another $500.00 in 30 days. My husband called to confirm our appt and he was told $1500.00 when we got there he saw us(we are AA) then he told me $2000.00 down and another $600.00 within 30 days. Its clear he really didnt want our business. We had $2000.00 to put down when we came just to be clear but this is how people here do business with AA very bad business and we are going to be reporting him. He was talking down to me or trying to at least saying oh he didnt mess up my credit I did thats fine but, we will be reporting him for how he conducts business with POC.

I see that this dealership offers low credit options, therefore i went in to check out their inventory and was told that all inventory except for three cars that I was not interested in were available to finance with $1500 down. When I was on the phone manager was short and seemed to talk down to me. I didnt know that 1500.00 down payment and that info would be helpful to post,before heading down there.I did meet someone who purchased a Ford from this place and within 6 months,problems started happening. I could blow that off but the curtness of the manager left me unimpressed. It would be helpful if you told the truth up front regarding the down payment. I understand that your culture views women as being beneath men, but you seem to judge on looks. Shame on you.

They dont even know the difference between a 4 cyl & a V6. The car I bought broke down the day I bought it & 4 times since. The tires were dry rotted, the thermostat failed, the electrical is shot. Im a single woman and a cancer patient & these low life thieves REFUSED to do what the law says they have to do. As is doesnt matter if it breaks down the same day. Saed is a liar and a thief.

We went to go look at vehicles. Before going there we had checked out the website at their inventory and were impressed with some of the vehicles they have. Dont be fooled! A lot of the cars had something wrong with them including the backseat missing from one of the Saabs! Im no business expert but I would think it would be good business to fix these cats before actually selling them. Luckily we went to Platinum Motors off of 88th and Lowell. The vehicles were clean and nothing wrong with them.

Dont waste your time. If I could give 0 stars I would. Its not sure why theyre online form even asks about a down payment or what you want to pay monthly. Because if you dont have $1500 down And $300 A month payments then they wont even talk to you. It would have been nice to know that before I wasted my time going there.

Showed up at this car lot in the early afternoon today called to talk to the sales person on site, was told by the receptionist that the sales person would be back in the office around 3:30 and be calling me. 3:30 rolled around and no call. Called them back and was told that the sales person wouldnt be back until 5:30. Got there looked around while waiting then he finally got to take care of us. We were excited to be able to pick the vehicle we wanted for the advertised down of $99 down and drive away. Only to our dismay we were told that we were going to have to pay half of the price of the vehicle because we were self employed. They treated us like trash. Just because we were self employed.

Called this dealership today to inquire about a 2008 Toyota Prius. Spoke first with Carlos to ask if the car had ever been in an accident. He told me he did not know. I asked for a Carfax report. He said he did not believe in a Carfax report and that he would credit me $25 if I purchased a report myself. I did. I called back and was transferred to Saied. I asked Saied if the car had been in an accident. He said all used cars have been involved in some type of accident and that he does not believe in Carfax. He said they are a rip off and their information is not accurate. I told him the Carfax report noted the car had been in 3 accidents. He informed me that he has been in the car business for 35 years and those reports are usually false. Look at the pictures on the website I was told, the car is in good condition.Buyer BEWARE!

A bad experience all around. No pretense of truth in advertising (reality is cash only or $1500 down - I witnessed one customer told she needed $5k down on vehicles posted for $6-7k), and no cars listed were actually present. I was pressured into financing that fell through due to corporate policy - for $1000 that felt necessary because I came with the cash for a non-existent cheaper car. To top it off, the car I was upsold didnt even start. 🤦 Likely a lucky break for me. I took the bus home! Avoid!!!

These guys sold me a lemon. Im not sure if it was intentional or not, kinda f eel like it was though. I only paid $1,500 for my Chevy Malibu so of course there were some problems like the windows all worked except the driver side (the window buttons were torn out and there was exposed wiring) and the air conditioner doesnt work but I guess that wasnt a surprise either. What WAS A surprise is that when I took the car in to get the cigarette lighter to work and my window button fixed, the mechanic told me that the radiator had a huge crack in it as did the head gasket and both were leaking coolant.I paid $1,500 for the carThe mechanic wants $4,000 for the work doneThank you very much for screwing me over econo auto sales. Luckily for me there is a federal lemon law and I will be contacting my lawyer and pursuing this mode of action. Ill speak with you guys soon. Well, either me or my lawyer.

I was gettting ready to buy a truck and the owner switched the price on me from the day before. Yesterday it was 2500 and the very next day he changed the price to 3500. I asked why the price went up 1000 in one day even after we already discussed the price was 2500 just yesterday, and he told me he can change the prices when ever he wants. We told him we wanted to buy the truck yesterday we just needed a day to think about it and yesterday he said thats fine ill leave the truck on the lot and when you guys are ready call me and ill sell it to you. He wouldnt tell me why he changed the price on me just that he could, i felt like i was being taken advantage of like i almost got scammed. I was just about to agree to the terms and conditions when i noticed the price hike. Im glad i noticed before i signed the papers. It all seemed really shady and then they kept calling me cus i said i was going to leave a google review. They kept calling asking how they could make me happy so i dont right a google review, asking me if i wanted a starbucks gift card and asking what they could do so i dont right a review. Becareful i came in with my toddler and husband theyre willing to scam hard working families without a second thought. I wrote this on march 30th just posted it now.Then he says they dont sell cars for those prices and i have the screenshot from that day. And its horrible customer service to say the customer is confused just adding insult to injury. And how many people are you offering starbucks gift cards to that you dont remember who i am sir? Too many to keep track.
