I can never find that one flavor... but the staff is all great!Edit: theres no way to reply to a review... so maybe you could tell me when you totally dont have that cold brew and caramel... regardless, everyone had been amazing and always go above and beyond!If youd like a treat, its hard to beat!

Such a happy atmosphere when we went in.. three young girls working and were very patient with the 3 little ones I took for ice cream.. and of course it was delicious.

Jessica and her team catered my companys employee appreciation day for over 3000 people and it was beyond amazing! She was super organized and the event was a HUGE success! Additionally, Jessica spearheaded the coordination for a similar event to occur at our 7 other worksites across the country on the same day. All our employees had an excellent experience. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend Jessica and her team!

I will never go back to this place. The two girls behind the counter totally ignored the customers in the store. After a year of no business this is terrible customer service. I had a bus load of people wanting ice cream. We went elsewhere. I would fire them both!!!!!

Excellent service, excellent ice cream, I mean come on its ice cream how can you rate it bad! definitely deserve a drop by off of University and Evans to check out the multiple places as well as grab a bite of ice cream from Ben & Jerrys!

Found out there was a store nearby my new place so I went there and arrived, close to closing at 853pm. The doors are locked and the worker just looked at me then went back to what he was doing!!! Sign posted says 9pm as well as online yet I can’t get anything! If they want to be OUT AND GOING HOME by 9 they need to change business hours to 830 or 8pm! Another man showed up too at 857!! Again no workers came to the door they just hollered they were cleaning up!! I do not believe I’ll be giving my business to them after this!

The food was super appetizing. Really nothing but enjoyable experiences here, Ill be back. Prices are reasonable.

When the Ben & Jerrys was removed from my neighborhood, I was pretty sure that I wasnt going to get it again, but lo and behold we found this place! Right by the DU campus, they have amazing ice cream as always, and the gentlemen who were behind the counter were super sweet and made sure that we got the ice cream they wanted, no pressure with trying samples at all. Thank you guys! We will be coming around again for sure.

Nice ice cream. Wished they ice cream natural sugar substitute like stevia or the like. Service was above average. Attendant was personable and attentive. Made honest suggestions which I appreciated. I usually go once in a while as I have to watch that accursed and damn killer called sugar intake.

This location has really awesome employees. Theyll chit chat w/ you & have fun. I was having a rough day which is why we went to get ice cream. The employees made me smile & laugh!

Pretty good service and they are patient with first time buyers. However the Ive cream isnt my favorite for the price and I wouldnt be a regular. Still a great place to stop if you are walking around the Denver University area!

Come on.....had to give it 5 stars its a Ben and Jerrys scoop shop! Who doesnt love Ben and Jerrys? It is one of 2 scoop shops left in Colorado! It is a great place to run and get a cone on a hot day! A good ending to a perfect date that you went on! All around it is a great place to go!

This Ben and Jerrys location has a great atmosphere! The employees are super helpful, the ice cream is amazingly fresh, and the shop itself is very calming. I especially love how almost everything there is homemade. Plus the buy 3 get one free deal on pints is fantastic!!!

Horrible customer service! Didnt have my birthday cake and didnt notify me until I was there to get it! ABSOLUTELY disturbing lack of attention to detail nor compassion for not having a cake or wanting to make it right! I ORDERED Cake over 9 days in advance!!! MY BIRTHDAY WISH THAT I COULD GIVE THEM -NEGATIVE STARS!!!

Handled our cash and then immediately after was removing brownies and cookies from a display with her bare hands. Throwing those away? No, just [massively violating health code while] wrapping them up for tomorrow. So gross.

Quaint little shop right next to DU, they have a lot of flavors you cant find at the grocery store. I got the seven layer coconut ice cream in a waffle cone... SO delicious.

My friend and I walked into an empty store around 2:45. All I could see was a baby stroller behind the counter with a young child strapped in. Maybe 45 seconds later, out walks the employee, talking on the phone. We make eye contact and he proceeds talking, making no effort to end the conversation. After another minute passes, he hangs up and asks for our order. He then proceeds to scoop without washing his hands or putting on gloves. Definitely top 10 worst food service I’ve had. Wasn’t sure if I should call CPS or the health board first.

The music was too loud. The chairs were up on the tables like they were about to mop up and close at 7pm, but they said they dont close until 9pm and Google says they close at 10pm. The customer service was slow and not very friendly. The 4 of us ordered and the treat was just ok. Also, I was taking a picture of my friends in the shop and the counter guy said sternly NO PICTURES IN HERE Really? I didnt realize Ben and Jerrys was a secure area?? Rating: Meh.

Went in tonight with 5$ since that is all I had.. been a tough week with money and food, but I figured Id get myself something nice for the night. I go in and automatically see the pints are more than the store bought ones, and I apologise for not having enough but the employee insisted that is was ok and to leave the money that I had in the tip jar, he packed me a pint and I was on my way, gotta really appreciate those good people in the 1% of a population that want to make someones day. Ill definitely be going back to leave a good sized tip for that employee.

Great ice cream, fun experience, the staff...funny, helpful and nerdy...one staff member was amazed at how round the scoop he prepared was..quirky and cool.

Some of the best ice cream hands down. Negatives for me were only one person working and only one non-dairy flavor. Had the signs up for another but he had not had the chance to change them. Much more expensive since your paying for the labor and the experience struggled to be worth it. A buy 1 get 1 free coupon from a receipt at the closest Safeway definitely makes it a little better. Still pints are 3.99 at Safeway (~$2+ cheaper) with 5 non-dairy flavors to choose from. All in all not a bad experience, but it shows a little bit that they are gearing their sights more towards the grocery market than shops at least at this establishment. Makes sense for the market probably, but it also means Ill just continue getting mine at the grocery store!

Nice enough ppl but they need coconut 7 layer bar flavor available more often, especially on the weekends. the location is kind of a drag, but if that flavor was available more, i could be ok with it.

We held a fundraising event here for a non-profit organization and the owner went back on our agreement of how much of a percentage would be given to our organization. Very disappointing in the lack of transparency and integrity here.

They have 2 to 3 vegan flavors and a ton of vegan pints. The caramel almond brittle is vegan ice cream perfection!

If you like ice cream, then this is a great place to get it. Friendly staff and great options.

Instead of going here spend the same amount of money or less and go to a local homemade ice cream shop. The ice cream was fine but is the same stuff you can get in the tub at the grocery store, it just costs more.

The guy who helped us looked like he was on the edge of impending doom. Just wanted to give him a hug but he would not have liked that (you could just tell). He did give me a large when I asked for small and when I asked for sprinkles he dropped it right in the sprinkle bowl with no love. Sorry I am an ice cream freak and sorry for whatever he was going through that day a few weeks ago.

We walked into ben and jerrys to get some ice cream after a nice meal because they arent far from our house. We were cutting it close but there were people on line so we pulled on the door and it opened. Oh yay! We are greeted by the scooper as such You missed the cut off. No sorry. No, I can help u guys let me lock the door... the people that were right ahead of us go. Wow I feel lucky the scooper goes you guys are special then just stared at us like LEAVE... thought it was the rudest thing ever. Sorry if you have to get home or something just be niver about it. Wow horrible service
