I liked the open feel of this place and the decor was really welcoming. For a Wednesday lunch, there was plenty of open seating both inside and out. I wish I had enjoyed more of their beers...I did like the nitro vanilla cream but the others from our flight were just ok. Our food was really good (the chipoltle chicken nachos & the french connection sandwich) but the only visible server was less than enthusiastic to be there and kept biting her nails from behind the bar. Not very sanitary in a food/beverage industry.

Great atmosphere, space and location. There were 12 beers on tap so we did 2 flts and tasted all. See photo. Gorgeous to look at. I enjoyed the variety of flavors but was surprised to see no IPA or any that fit the bill. I felt they could be more hop forward on their beers.

Great beer, great atmosphere, great food, great service. Ive been here a few times, and Ive always been very impressed by every part of the experience. They have something for everyone, from awesome beers, to creative mixed drinks you wont find anywhere else, to delicious frozen drinks like piña coladas. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality. Having visited quite a few other bars and breweries in the area, Id say this is easily the best one.

WOW. I didnt even know this little neighborhood existed until a friend took me there. Great little find. Just went in for drinks, and the beers were good. They even won a Silver 🥈 at The Great American Beer Festival (didnt see for which beer though). Definitely worth checking out.

Platte park is a great time! They have good food available for good prices. The nachos are so good. Cool beer menu with new stuff added often, but they always have the plattmosphere which is the best. They also have craft slushies which are cool. You can have dogs outside on the patio. I love coming here.

Made the mistake of bringing in outside pizza without realizing they started serving their own food. We were rudely told food wasnt allowed midway through our meal and while someone in our party was ordering drinks up at the bar. A simple warning for next time we visited would have done just fine. Instead we packed up our food and two year old kiddo (no easy task) and shuffled down the street to finish up while one of us stayed behind to finish their drink and forego dinner. Great way to suck the fun out of an evening. Certainly did not feel like the welcoming neighborhood spot we were hoping for.

We have been here twice for beers and have tried every beer on the menu. How can this brewery still be in business as a brewery when literally every beer on the menu is truly awful. From light to dark, hoppy to malty these are by far some of the worst attempts at craft beer I have ever been so unfortunate to drink. The IPA is almost drinkable but not at $6 a glass. With so many amazing breweries and craft beers here in the Denver market, the only way this business is still in business is purely by location and by accident.

Love our neighborhood brewery but seriously no high chairs?? Every single time we go with our baby there are at least two other families. We would stay longer but without high chairs it’s impossible. Platt Park is a family neighborhood. Please invest in high chairs!!

The drinks were really good and they have a nice shady, dog friendly patio. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars was the staff was extremely unpleasant. They did not seem to want to be here, were unfriendly during the multiple interactions I had, were just sort of rude. Not sure why they are in this business with that kind of attitude. Also the bathrooms were supposedly cleaned every hour, which was clearly not true. But if you want some tasty brews and good food, be prepared to deal with disagreeable bartenders.

Really great spot, lots of seating and outdoor space, and good beers! I considered giving four stars because the line at the bar for beers got pretty long, and so did the wait. But, I am hoping this isnt a constant issue.

So this review covers two visits and some incredible customer service. The week before I went here to get some beer to go. Their website though said the nitro beer I really wanted was not available but the other two were. I ordered online but when I got there the staff told me that they didn’t have one of them. They offered me a replacement that was more expensive but I was disappointed. I ended up messaging the brewery on Facebook to see when they would have the nitro beer available again. They replied that it was in stock right now. I explained that their online site didn’t show show it and that I had been there that day. The owner reached out and offered a free pack of it to make up for the mistake. I went back got a great turkey sandwich and picked up the pack as well as another crowler. If getting beer, I suggest not using their site, since that beer is still not avail even on there but you can get it there. Other then that, they have a fair amount of outdoor seating for pandemic drinks and food. Fast friendly service. Nice variety of beer.

We never got a chance to try the beer or food. They told us the wait was 15 minutes and an hour later we still havent been contacted about our table. We ended up buying a pack of beer from across the street and going home. As new parents trying to enjoy a nice evening, thanks for nothing.

Great place to catch up with friends over a beer. Helles Lager was smooth, taco tray was delicious, and the outdoor tent tables provide plenty of room to distance and still hold a conversation. Ill be back soon.

Needs more IPA’s, they only have one and it’s not very good. Bartender not friendly, just acts like she’s ready for you to order and leave her alone, doesn’t even say thank you. Nachos were pretty good though.

Stopped in for a bottle to take home and landed on one of the best beers. Certainly pricey but worth it. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I was asking questions.

This place is a hidden gem of a brewery. Its in a nice neighborhood, the people are all always friendly and the beer is amazing. The watermelon sour and the milkshake ale are may favorites, but I havent tried a single one that I dont like. And now that theyve added the sandwich shop (which is also really really good), its a perfect place to stop hang out for lunch and a drink.

Imagine my surprise visiting from Hawaii and seeing a Kona Coffee inspired Hawaiian Golden Stout “Kākou” on the menu. Then picture (bias aside) me drinking quite possibly the best brews I’ve ever had. It actually made me not care that we had to sit outside in the tent (it was heated... but im an island kid).If you live within 3 hours of this place theres no excuse to not go give them a try. Food was tasty and cheaply priced compared to some other places in the area, service was awesome, but that golden stout.... I only pray its not a limited release so I can have a few more pints on my trip next year!

Their beer keeps getting better. And Platt has a great laid back ambiance. Great for a quick drink on a Saturday afternoon kids in tow, or a Friday night outing with friends. Come for the board games, stay for the beer. Also they let you have food delivered. And with a Park Burger right across the street it is really a no-brainer.

Since they added a kitchen 2 months ago the brewery now has a full bar with spirits. Their sandwiches are great and nachos are perfectly on point. Addition of food means they now have a full bar with good choice in bitters. Still the same great beer too.

One of my favorite spots in Denver, locally owned and beer is phenomenal. You can tell their team takes a lot of pride in their product and what they offer their patrons. Highly recommended.

Nice Denver neighborhood atmosphere. Next to a great burger joint and an ice cream parlor. Grab a brew and sit on the porch and people watch or grab a burger or ice cream and have a brew too. Many folks brought there dogs and were just chillin.

The beers are great but be very selective when ordering a sandwich. Its a very basic sandwich for $10-12 , then its $2 bucks for additional items, i.e. bacon, avocado so when its all said and done=$20+

Came in for some tastings and a growler, service was great, beer was OK. Started liking the NE IPA more as I got to the second and third. Definitely interested in checking out more of the beers there this summer. Cool spot on Pearl

Said on the website closed at 11pm, arrived at 10.30, doors locked, as staff chatted to friends. Wasted last half hour of night, I will not be returning. Very inconsiderate.

Nice place with pretty good beer. Im a big fan of the outdoor seating, which really integrates with the street despite government restrictions.What I dont like are the two big screen tvs behind the bar, usually playing some kind of sports game (51% of the time) or the ads during the breaks of a sports game (49% of the time). Distracting and ruins the atmosphere - seriously, if I wanted to go to Beef O Bradys, I would just go there.

Tried every beer they have with two flights. Actually purchased a groupon since we rarely make it down this way. Id say out of 12 beers we were very impressed with at least half and satisfied with most the others. Good atmosphere, excellent service. One thing to make clear, those of you participating in groupon, remember... tip on the full amounts, this was brought to my attention a handful of breweries back and it makes sense! Treat your service people well! Most of us couldnt do what they do.

Great beer. Madagascar Dream is such a good nitro! Sometimes feels like a daycare with the amount of kids. And the games there are ruined or missing pieces due to the kiddos. But... beer is great, so will always return.

I was really disappointed with my first experience here. We were there Saturday evening with a group, and every member of our group was treated poorly by staff. They were busy but as busy as you would expect a bar to be on a Saturday night, it was nothing crazy. There were two people working behind the bar and although no patrons seemed flustered or in a hurry, the female bartender gave the worst customer service. We asked a single question about a beer, as we had never been there and she said were really busy... , then when we went to pay she asked if it was cash or card and as we were answering she swatted her hand and said hurry up. By no means were we taking our time or being slow. It was really off putting and although we love the area and the beer was good, we wont be going back, as the staff really made for an awful experience. We werent the only ones that felt this way either, we heard the table next to us talking about the staff as well.

Platt Park Brewing has a really good beer selection (I love the watermelon sour and pineapple IPA). They have big tables which are great for if you come with a large group, and an amazing game selection to keep you entertained while youre there!

As a visitor from Tennessee, I made sure I read up on this place before I visited... After reading numerous google reviews, I was misled and Platt Park Brewing is NOT dog friendly, even on the outside patio. My 10 lbs puppers, Baxter, was sleeping soundly on my lap when he was asked to leave. It was explained to us that the Denver law does not allow dogs to enter breweries. With no signs on the door stating that dogs are not welcomed and the numerous reviews dated within the past year saying this place was dog friendly, I thought I had found my happy place. Sadly, that was not the case and it is unfortunate that IF the new law of Denver does not allow dogs this brewery has chosen to not post it as such. Beer was mediocre, even before I was asked to leave with Baxter. I am giving this place three stars because the atmosphere is inviting and the location is walkable.

Dog friendly, convenient location from a friends neighborhood. Their brews would have to get a 6/10, some are really good though. The worker was rude to me when I went in, but not to the point to where I would leave. Ordered my brew, then got hungry.... No food trucks? If they could find out a way to fix that problem, they would get 4 stars.

Decent location, fun atmosphere (they allow dogs!!), beer is five degrees too warm, beer styles are under-developed and thus far not memorable. Not all breweries are gonna be great in Denver but I truly hope they improve their game as I live near by.
