Stewart helped us finance an adjustable frame and superior mattress. My first brand new mattress in 50 years! He and Dan showed me several mattresses and did not rush me or hard sell me. My questions were answered fully and respectfully. We were in the store for over an hour and Stewart was very patient and helpful. I found a mattress that I will sleep on in pain free bliss.We are getting another mattress for my wife from this store in 3 months. Very satisfied customers😊

We just came and bought a Purple mattress. Honestly, we waited in the car for a few minutes before going in because we’ve had horrible experiences shopping for mattresses in the past – most mattress salespeople are the worst… so pushy and high-pressure. But we walked in and met Stuart, and HE IS THE BEST. He showed us the Purple area, let us take our time trying them out, and was very low pressure. I went to Glendale’s store, Dan and Stewart were beyond helpful! I felt like I was among friends, they answered all of the questions I had and actually went the extra mile with the answers.

When it came time to get a mattress I wanted to shop local so I could shop for discounts, but COVID prevented us from going to stores in person so I started to shop online. I started using the Mattress Firm website to shop online and maybe pick something up from the store.I found what we wanted and the site directed me to a store on Colorado Boulevard not far from where I used to live. Because the website said out of stock for the base we wanted I called and got a person in the store named Edmundo. The mattress was nearly half off online so an $1,100 Serta mattress was $650. He was very polite the entire time, and he ended up giving me the base for like 25% off.The free delivery went fairly smoothly, but right away the base kind of squeaked and seemed rickety and that was annoying, so I started to realize why it was recommended and discounted. However, after a month or so it collapsed when the middle legs folded the wrong direction. I called Edmundo and told him and he immediately was going to send us a couple of box springs to replace the metal base that we had, but thats not really what we I wanted. We couldnt really find what we wanted on the Mattress Firm website and we decided to ask for a refund, so I told Edmundo I would call him back.Right after the original purchase I went online and wrote a really nice review for him because the customer service was excellent, and getting the discounts on what we wanted was awesome, and Edmundo was just really nice and helpful the entire time. (That review should still be on Google, but for a different store just north on Colorado Blvd.) A couple days later I finally called him back and asked for a refund and he didnt answer, so I left a message. One of the other employees emailed me and said that he was off work and that he would get back to me in a couple days, and that they would try to get me the refund.Sure enough 2 days later Edmundo called on a Saturday morning and told me he was going to work on it. I sent him photos of the broken base to the email with the original invoice, again being very polite. He called back later in the evening and said he was going to get the refund for me.So in all my dealings with him he was very polite in the emails and on the phone and I thanked him profusely when he told me he was going to give me the refund. I said Id write him a good review and he told me he was promoted to a new store, so I asked which one and he told me that it was going to be on Colorado boulevard but just farther up the street. I said thank you again and he thanked me, and this is why Im writing this review, not just to tell you about Mattress Firm, not just to tell you about the excellent web-to-store customer service, and not just to tell you about the discounts and the refund.If youve ever worked customer service of any kind, retail, food service, etc, then you know how soul sucking it can be sometimes. After thanking him profusely and sincerely, Edmundo thanked me. He said, And thank you very much. It was not problem and that he was happy to do it because I had been patient and polite.Mattress Firm was very convenient, had quite a diverse selection from which to choose, and Edmundo not only was helpful, he also made good on his promises in the warranty and offered a refund, no questions asked. If youre in the market for a new mattress, please try one of the stores on Colorado blvd and ask for Edmundo.

Excellent mattress store, I had one on one attention with a salesman and got to try and learn about a wide range of options. I personally worked with Joey who was an excellent salesman, very personable, knowledeable, and willing to go the extra mile.

My daughter and I went there for a box spring and the gentleman was very helpful and polite.

Mr. Roth has excellent listening skills and has an old world grace and welcoming courtesy. Hes knowledgeable and practical, and helped us make a purchase decision that didnt leave any buyers remorse. I will look for Edmundo when we buy our next mattress or bedframe and mattress set.

Went to the mattress firm on Colorado Boulevard in Denver Colorado and was treated with the upmost respect and professionalism from an employee there named Ashley Johnson. Ashley made all my mattress shopping easy and was very detailed and professional with everything she did for me. Wow! Just went into the Mattress Firm, and literally tried out about 6-7 mattresses, and finally got a Serta! The medium firmness.. hybrid, and not what I went in for, glad theyre open so you can lay down on each one, I would not wanna order a mattress online! Plus I love the Serta brand, and the sheep! They are delivering it free and I got a great price... well it is the Presidents Day sale going on! Which is best for mattresses!! The best thing was my sales person Joey who was very honest about things and showed me the Temperpedic, which was amazing! But I just couldnt bring myself to spend over 5 grand on a mattress, I got out of there under half that for a great Serta! Thank you Joey! I felt like we had a lot of fun too! :)

I am a designer and went in doing a preliminary look for a mattress for a client. Parker, one of the managers who assisted me, was super knowledgeable and helped me narrow the selection. My client was care taking her father after surgery and very concerned about too much exposure to Covid risk. I assured her masks were worn, there were few people in the store and it was very clean. She went in and Parker directed her to my selected options. She made her choice and was out in minutes. As a designer I am very particular about who and what companies I will send a client to. Mattress Firm excelled and Parker provided exceptional service. I recommend highly. Oh and when I called and Parker wasn’t there, Duane was equally helpful and knowledgeable.

Mattress Firm had an extremely knowledgeable salesman in this location. He was knowledgeable of the sales happening and quickly identified multiple mattresses for me to test within my price range. We had ordered a mattress online and weren’t happy about the purchase. We went into mattress firm at a different location yesterday and had the worst customer service. No one had greeted us and the person who helped us was very rude. Today, my husband and I came to this mattress firm on Colorado blvd and Dwayne Immediately greeted us at the door. We had explained to him are issue and he right away began helping us. He asked us what kind of mattress we are looking for and showed us so many different kinds. He was very nice and knew everything about mattresses. They didn’t have the mattress we needed in a King so he gave us an upgrade at no charge! He even did the exchange for us in store. This company, their practices, and the salesmen at this location (Parker and Dwayne) are not much better than used car salesmen. When my spouse and I entered the store I was met with a subpar greeting that made us feel like little more than a paycheck for these folks. They have no experience in properly helping to find a mattress to help with legitimate issues and what little surface knowledge they possess can be summarized by a carnival like substance. I would NOT recommend ever coming to this circus of a company let alone the ignorance that exists at this store and company. I found much better service at a store nearby than what these clowns would offer me. Even with Mattress Firm having a quicker delivery time, the amount of ignorance and disregard I met at this show room is not worth a quicker delivery.
