I came to these guys after getting an outrageously overpriced quote from another local company for a commission on a custom wall art piece. Calvin responded quickly and was immediately able to assure me it would come in under my budget. I even made a visit to the office to briefly meet in person and check out the different materials, which put me at ease with how the finished result would come out. And it came out AMAZING! It was a birthday surprise and the recipient was blown away. Amazing!! I had the Denver Print Company design and wrap my first company vehicle after starting a painting business here. It is a big step to wrap a vehicle and I could not be happier with the results! I have been working with Calvin throughout the process and he is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I gave the designer a mock up of what I had in mind and after editing back and fourth, they nailed the design right on the head! I asked for a bright design that would grab peoples attention and you can see this thing from a mile away! Although the wrap proved to be a difficult installation, the final product was beyond what I was expecting. The wrap material is very high quality feeling durable and a slick satin finish ensuing professionalism. I can tell by the precise cuts in the wrap edges that the installer has been doing this for many years and Id trust them with any vehicle! A few weeks back my grandfather unfortunately passed away. When the family has to get together to settle funeral arrangements it can be a difficult time. Working with The Denver Print Co made this time much easier. I worked with a Designer Paul to create a special memorial. The memorial was very creative and nice. Paul was easy to work with and helped me portray my grandfather in a honorable way. I also worked with the print team to come up with a format. The team was very family oriented and cared about every detail of my order. They delivered on time and everyone acted very professional. Had a 4 x 8 banner printed and it turned out amazing! They have great prices and amazing customer support. I had submitted the wrong file to be printed, I emailed them explaining what I had done, and they got back to me immediately and took my new file. The printing process was extremely quick, and pick-up was a breeze! Highly recommend them for all of your printing needs.

We have a Mini Cooper Countryman and purchased our own lime-green Viper decals from a vendor to trusted to have them installed. Spoke with Calvin and we agreed to a fixed price. The web site doesnt show any pictures of previous similar jobs being done by DPC and had Calvin send me a few. I took a huge risk having DPC do the install considering there not being any reference on their Web site to having done work like this is the past with the except of the shared photos! I trusted Calvin he was professional and honest. We also purchased a bumper protector and small number 4 red decal (its an AWD4) and asked that they install, which they did at no charge, The car was ready same day and when we picked it up there were small bubbles under the decals throughout. I sent pre-install photos showing how I wanted them installed but the job wasnt done the way I requested. of what I wanted, When picked up one of the installers said the product I provided was inferior to that of 3M and of poor quality and not willing to admit it was poor workmanship. Calvin did say that possibly humidity or some act of god would cause it to adhere but did suggest that I bring it back within a week to verify.Aug Update: After approx 2 weeks I was contacted directly by Calvin asking how DPC could resolve the issue (bad survey & reviews will do that). As I had another set of decals sent to me by the original manufacturer we agreed that I’d have the installer remove the ones they originally installed and install these new ones. Caveat was if I wasn’t satisfied DPC would print a new set of decals in hope that this would take care of the problem. No cost shared if they had to incur the cost to replicate the decals. The second time effort overall looked great. They installed the rear hatch decals per my original request but the cut edge was jagged and not even. Left side was flush with bumper protector but 1/2mm off on the right. Being a print shop I’d expect them to have a straight edge cutter but looks as though the installer installed the decals and then cut them with a pair of scissors.

Very happy with our experience with Denver Print Company. We ordered a vinyl sign for an event that we had. Due to some changes on our end, the banner wasnt ready on time for the event. Calvin brought the banner to our event and it was perfect. Calvin was great to work with and ensured that the banner looked how we wanted for great price. Thank you for a great experience. Denver Print Company came through 100% with their services and staff for me and my company. This year I was presented with a unique challenge of finding a material that could be used as targets for a paintball field. After discussing options with Karina I was given sample materials to test for durability. Once choosing the material Cecelia and I began looking at various graphics for targets. The project was completed by my deadline and the graphics looked great. Cecelia and Karina even checked in with me on site to make sure that the project was completed to my standards and that the vinyl that was used was durable enough and met my expectations.

I had a great experience with Denver Banner Printing. They were able to fit me in at the last minute to print a large custom sign for a party later that weekend. Although the photograph file I wanted to use wasnt that high of a resolution (which is typically preferred for large format printing), the banner turned out awesome. To whom it may concern, I came to this local print shop for banners, brochures, and some other signs for one of my store fronts. My budget was between 5k and 10k. Met with a gentleman there, but no follow up and no estimate as to what the pricing would be and what they could do for me. So I went to another shop and had everything done for around 6k. Happy with finding a different shop but dissatisfied with the service here. Wont come here again.

Daniel Varela and his colleagues (including Corinne Star Idler) were outstanding - professional, friendly, helpful, creative... And flexible, as I kept changing the order; they accommodated my changes with grace and style. And the service was really fast. Oh, and the results were superb - that printer really does a great job, and having the prints on half--inch foam board was perfect.

Plain and simple, the printer is not capable of duplicating the digital proof. There doesnt appear to be any QC procedures to ensure the print matches the proof, as multiple reprint attempts yielded print errors that we had to point out (fairly obvious ones, I might add.) The blame will be passed onto you and your artwork, even though its THEIR digital proof that you will be approving. Also, should you have issues, you will be offered credit towards the NEXT project and should consider using THEIR graphics department, and will also be suggested to buy the press proofs $$$. Ive dealt with enough printing to know that the only time press proofs are needed, is when you need to make sure the colors and the bleed will work with whatever medium... Not to see if the printer is going to skip lines, blur text, or make your logo look like it has been drinking too much coffee... I digress. The staff is nice enough to deal with, and they move quickly, so these stars go to them. Judging from the high marks this company has received, we might be that 1 in 1000 case. But we cant afford to give a 3rd chance. You might luck out though, and catch the printer on a good day.

My partner and I are launching a new business and worked with Denver Print Company for our business cards, back lit logo sign, custom label design and we will be moving forward working with them for a menu display. Realistically there have been some miscommunications as cited by other reviewers but ultimately they care about their customers and that is MOST important. Our budget is very tight but we’ve wanted to make it go far without compromising quality and the staff has been understanding and helpful in navigating us to the best solutions. I also feel the staff has been genuinely excited for our endeavor and that is invaluable and so appreciated by a first time small buisness owner.As far as the quality of the work, after a few revisions, it was exactly what we wanted.

Slowww, I’m currently in Denver for a Roofing business, on a time crunch, long story short I found this company and read that it takes 3 days upon approval, I approved the final product Monday August 13, after much frustration of calling everyday to see if it’s ready, finally got to pick up flyers Wednesday August 22nd. These will do me a lot of good now that I only have 10 more days here. I should have planned better or researched more, but they shouldn’t have taken this long when they brag on how speedy the process is.

I contacted this company based on their website and the Google ratings for a quote for 4 signs. I provided graphic files and all specifications to Jesse in the original conversation. 4 days later I called twice and finally got Jesse on the phone. He had obviously ignored the first call as he could not remember any of the details (even with the email and attachments). He promised a quote later in the day. I called again when it did not arrive. He called back stating a quote would be emailed in 10 minutes. It has been an additional week and no quote has arrived yet! The signs are on order with another Denver sign company and will be ready to pick up next Tuesday. This company does NOT provide customer service.

I accidentally left my scientific poster at a connecting flight I had on my way to a conference in Denver, Colorado. I found DPC and saw that their reviews said they print small projects ( 48” x 36” colored poster) in three days after approval. Luckily I had my poster saved in a high resolution pdf file — I sent it over and it was printed just in time for me to present at my conference. I had it delivered to my hotel. Thank you DPC!

I specifically think that Karina H is an awesome project manager.I had a very difficult project I was working on for a client out East with a tight timeline and very specific requirements and every time I called Karina she was not only helpful but calming. Update: I was willing to give DPC a second chance as the owner called me after rating then initially. I was extremely excited to work with them in hopes I could change this rating. The owner was professional as he talked to me about my needs. I explained I am working on opening my own small business and nonprofit directed towards combating veteran suicide. He told me he would get the price quotes to me as soon as he could. I received the quotes, and tried opening them on several different computers. I emailed him explaining the files were corrupt and asked him to send them again. I called a handful of times as well as left a voicemail to no avail. I guess I will be finding someone else in the future for projects.First rating: (1star as well) Saddened to be let down by a small business. No responses from DPC, even when trying to contact the manager. I have sent several emails in hopes to work with them, and still no help.

I get the quote and it wasnt a bad price. The price also included taxes and a set up fee of $10.After I received the quote, I went into their shop with samples of how Id like my cards to look, on what type of paper, the size, etc and my flash drive to show them the pics. I forgot the samples of the invitations and I didnt have the money to pay that day. They told me to come back when I have the money and bring all the samples and the flash drive next time. So the second time I came in, I brought my flash drive, my money, and all my samples. They looked at the pictures that I want put on the cards and they said Its too pixelated. You need to increase the resolution so you could take your flash drive and go home and do it or our design team can do it for $80 an hour. I took my flash drive back home, increased the resolution size, and brought it back the third time. This is where I had enough.The third time, they had the design team look at the pictures to see if it was good to go and it was. One of the design team members came out to ask if thats how I wanted the cards done, and he clearly understood. So the lady took my payment, but instead of the price they quoted me, they added another $10 for an additional setup fee because there were more than one design thats going to be printed. I agreed and paid the money and left my samples. I get a call from the receptionist 30 min later and she says theres a problem with my order. She said we didnt know that you didnt already have the designs set up in card format. So you can take your flash drive back home and do it yourself, or you can have our design team do it. It is going to take them an hour to do it. I was furious! Not only did they charge me an additional $10 setup fee, but they want to charge me $80 for them to put the pictures in card format! I told them I want my money back. Ive done business with one other printing company and had to get an emergency card made from Staples, and all I had to do was say heres my flash drive make the cards please and voila! Denver print made me jump thru hoops.

We used Denver Print Company for a brand experience room for Pureology (owned by LOreal) at Gaylord Rockies. The room was heavily anchored by these graphics so our partnership with DPC was an important one! It can be difficult working with vendors you havent/are unable to meet until onsite but from the first communication, Calvin and the team were extremely professional and very clearly knew their stuff. They were an all-star team all the way through execution and the Client was very happy with the end result, as were we!

Denver Print Company REALLY let us down. We placed an order for a large sign for our exhibit booth at a huge international conference. The order went in Sept 1, then after sending emails back & forth to make sure sizing was correct, we approved the proof and paid over $400 on Sept 8. Lance Bowen (General Manager) promised that the sign would be delivered and set up the morning of Sunday, Sept 25. I repeatedly asked if a Sunday morning delivery was actually realistic, and he said it would be no problem. Come the morning of the conference, no delivery, I cant reach anybody on the supposed cell phone number provided - nothing!! In a panic, I emailed the project manager Daniel Variela, who responded by saying that the sign was not printed and nobody could help us. I begged him to call me and explain what the heck was going on, but STILL NOTHING. We had to run around the greater Denver area to find a FedEx/Kinkos to print a rushed, lower-quality version of our sign. Since it was a Sunday, it was particularly difficult to find an open store. The total lack of customer service by Denver Print Company was utterly appalling. I have never encountered such disregard for customers before. I left several voicemails with Lance Bowen asking him to call me back and explain what happened -- he has never called. To make matters even worse, they cant issue refunds directly back onto your credit card -- you have to wait for them to SNAIL MAIL a check! Unbelievable. Stay away from this company!!! They will screw you over in a heartbeat.

I was really pleased with the service that I received. Brittany helped me through the whole process and responded in a short period of time. I asked for a banner with a logo on it with some extra things added, and I got just what I asked for. I will be using them again.
