Marita is the best paint match person Ive worked with. She came out to my white Jeep and matched my paint with a machine, mixed up the paint and it came out to light after putting a test strip down. So she went back in and darken the paint then tried a sample again. She came outside to test it 2 times before it was right. She made sure that my color match spray paint was a match before I left. She was very patient and THE NICEST auto parts store employee Ive ever had help me in 30yrs of custom cars. I drove 30 minutes down here to get 1 can of the color match spray paint that Napa makes at this location and I left with 4 cans of it, primer and 2k hardening clear coat with her recommendations. I will always work with her and drive 30 minutes to this Napa anytime I need anything. I also have to say that all of the other gentlemen that work there were truly nice people that care about there customers. Thank you Marita

Amazing customer service! You can tell they truly care about the customer! When I pulled up, one employee was outside, in the cold, with a customer looking under the hood attempting to help him diagnose a battery issue. As I walked in with them, he held the door for both of us. Immediately upon entering the store, a second employee greeted me, asked if he could help me and, while he was looking for what I needed in the computer, asked me how my day was. He found what I was looking for, went and grabbed it off the shelf (rather than tell me where to find it) explained which was which, and then continued to talk to me about things that mattered to me until the transaction was complete. Two thumbs up, five stars for this store and the employees!!! Great job!!! 👍🏼👍🏼 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟

Ten stars. A haven in the storm of car dealings. Sergio went above and beyond by helping me out with battery and tricky install, reconnected air/filter due to concern over yesterdays oil change, found a bolt to replace one I was missing, and shed the light on what simple Injector Cleaner is! Highly recommend.

Horrible service and poorly managed

This is a really good parts store its kind of a drive for us because we live down in Colorado springs however we went up there for a single rattle can of base coat a single stage and the color was perfect all their tools that Ive got from them have not broken which is seriously surprising considering Ive broken some of my tool truck tools they sell professional shop equipment and act accordingly

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had going to an auto parts store. I went in for a simple light bulb and was charged $24 they didnt know anything about putting it in. they didnt have any tools that they could loan me . even though they said they loan tools. They were too busy eating their dinner out in the back office to help me.

These guys are great! I get mostly all my parts from them unless i need it right away. (Can be pretty slow at times)A couple guys here know their stuff!

Instead of Napa, you should call it Nada. Because that’s exactly what you’re going to get when you call. Everytime I call them it’s, can you please hold. Best place to get my parts for all my vehicles. Got my parts for my 73 ford ltd brohem, my 77 ford f250 ranger, and my 79 ford bronco custom. They have the best selection for oem parts.

These guys are the best. You may wait a little longer because its a busy store. But usually worth the way these guys will take the time to help you find the part you need. I deal with a lot of older trucks and trailers and even if the part is hard to find theyll take the time to look through the catalog and find something that will work!

Two employees were able to help us order the parts that were needed for my vehicle in a very timely manner. They were beyond helpful and accommodated all of my questions, concerns, and needs. Will gladly come to this Napa location for all future auto parts and supplies!

Order was wrong and it is hot as hell in there. They really need to hire some more people so those guys dont have to work so hard!Upside, great painting store inside with all sorts of rare goodies.

You need better trained people at the paint desk.

Everytime i call in for a part and put a hold on it, its never in stock when i go to the store to pickup the same day Either bad inventory or someone is making good money on the side.

Returns and refunds are done quickly. Wish theyre system was a bit better though, only thing that came up for my car was for an automatic and my car is stick, but since the system didnt describe that it was for automatic they sold it to me anyway

Hoang and Cesar both employess were kind friendly and very very helpful qith my auto needs.Its great to see there are still some amazing employess of a giant cooperation out that that truly do care and provide awesome customer service I suggest you give him a raise

I love napa, but not this location. They employees are always chatting with people or in the back. I always end up waiting just for someone to come to the counter so I can pay. Least helpful staff of any napa I have been to.

Called ahead of time to see if they had a key fob cover for my key... Show up there 20 minutes before they closed and the door is locked. We knock and as we are standing there for 5 minutes they turn there light off.. Still being 15 min before closing. We drove 30 min to get there because the next closest location who had the cover was in castle rock... Needless to say im just going to order it off amazon... Its cheaper anyway

I ordered steering boots and they never came to the store I ordered them from I guess thats how Napa works looks like bad business I would not recomend anyone to shop Napa

Napa is one of the most decent places to get some auto parts where at least most of the staff is knowledgeable. Only down side is that most of the time i have to end up going to the Hub anyways.

The Store Manager is amazing...after being rudely turned away from the Napa store on S Broadway by the manager there...I drove 20 mins in rush hour traffic to the S Federal location where I was greeted and served the right way.

Really wanna hand it to the guys over here at this napa as well as the one over on illiff and Buckley for helping me track down a lt4 performance intake manifold gasket and aquire it never had this much trouble finding parts but these guys bent over backwards to help me get what I needed thanks alot guys

Horrible Customer Service.!!!! I had to wait 30 minutes on line just because only 2 people were attending. But 3 more people were just walking around.

Kind of apathetic about serving the public, I felt like I was a bother for needing a part, which had to be ordered and will not be here for 5-7 business days.

Needed some carpet clips and wasnt sure on which one i needed so I decided to get two different sets. I ended up not using any of the other set so I went in to get my money back since I was there earlier in the day. They told me they couldnt do a refund because of the way I opened the plastic bag as if they couldnt just re-bag it.... now I guess Ill just throw away these clips I cannot return!
