I got my windsheild replaced about a week ago. I had an amazing experience with this company. They came right to my house and it took about an hour. They even did a free car detail which I definitely needed. This company was professional and very friendly, and I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

This company has NOT been around 23 years. The owner is 23 years old and his maturity level show it. They are neither licensed nor insured. Use with caution.

They were fast and reasonably priced. When the tech showed up he was friendly and took him time with everything that he did. I would recomend them to anyone who needs their windshield repaired.

Great company! Needed a glass and this place kept popping up so i desided to use them. Following me just getting the new window. I got a crack in it, low and behold they came through on the free chip repair they offer. I was very happy and pleased with services. I recommend this company for you glass repair or replace. I would never use these guys. First the technician, Rodney, left black goop all over my windshield. OK fine. Mistakes happen. But then two days later I got a chip in my windshield. They promised me free chip repair with my purchase and as of this writing I have still not heard back from anyone. It gets worse; the chip turned into a full-blown crack, and now no one is returning my call. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Bad bad bad. Their “free” car wash is really just a scam - all they do is raise the price of their install to cover the “free” car wash. Not so coincidentally, immediately after my car was washed I noticed a bunch of stuff was missing from my trunk. AND the windshield they replaced was not OEM Glass! It was some kind of cheap after market glass that cracked less than a week after they replaced my windshield.

Not a big fan of Point Break Auto Glass. It’s run by some kid out of his house. Hard to believe they’re a “leader in auto glass” and have “23 years of experience” when the kid who owns it doesn’t look like he can grow facial hair. Oh - and despite they’re claims to be so ethical, they never showed up for my appointment and their technician didn’t even bother to call. I did get an apology from the kid who owns it - Skye - but that was after the fact I wasted a whole day waiting for some guy named Rodney to show up (apparently he was the installer who was assigned to my Range Rover but I never heard from him either).It’s a pet peeve of mine to be lied to. These guys lied, overpromised, and NEVER DELIVERED. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company that’s actually been around more than a month.
