Disaster start to well start since they were never able to finish. I called on a Saturday to schedule my windshield replacement for Monday morning. I told the dispatcher that I needed to leave my house by Noon and she said it wouldnt be a problem and that I would receive a call from the installer by 9am Monday. Bu 10am I still hadnt received a call so I called to follow up and the operator said it was because of the time difference, however im in the same time zone as the company. She was able to get a hold of the technician and when called me he said hed arrive by 2pm, I stated that I needed to leave by noon so we set a new time and date for Wednesday at 9am and would be done by 1030 so I can make my meeting. Wednesday rolled around and I received a call from the technician at 830 saying he was 40 mins out and wouldnt be done and completed until 11, which wasnt going to work for me, at which point the technician started to raise his voice and say hes trying to figure something out and came up with excuses to why the windshield wouldnt be done in time. He tried to make something work but again came up with excuses and finally I had to say I will find someone else. Regardless if they were able to complete my windshield, the unprofessional technical and lack of communication from Glass America was reason enough for me to find another company.
