Wow, I wish I would have read these reviews prior to scheduling with Glass America. After rescheduling me TWICE, the technician showed up with the WRONG WINDSHIELD. I get a call from the office to reschedule my appointment, but this time the price of the windshield is DOUBLE what they quoted me. I have now been without a car for a week.

I was very happy with my service I received from Glass America the job was done right and most of all the person who fixed my window was polite and professional I will definitely recommend your company to all my friends and family

So I just got harassed by one of glass Americas drivers this morning.. for literally no reason I was tailgated extremely close for a while as I was going the speed limit. Not cool . ... Totally unnecessary.

I work in the auto insurance business and made the mistake of referring about a dozen customers to Glass America. While my contact is nice and super responsive (Sheri), this company is a disaster. Out of twelve people that I referred over to them they didnt show up for two of the appointments or cancelled at the last minute and they damaged two of the vehicles while replacing the windshield.My best advice is to AVOID this company. They cannot live up to their promises.

Put the wrong windshield in my car. Im pretty sure they were aware of it at the time. Customer service is a three ring circus. Expect minimum 15 minutes on hold each time you call.

Disaster start to well start since they were never able to finish. I called on a Saturday to schedule my windshield replacement for Monday morning. I told the dispatcher that I needed to leave my house by Noon and she said it wouldnt be a problem and that I would receive a call from the installer by 9am Monday. Bu 10am I still hadnt received a call so I called to follow up and the operator said it was because of the time difference, however im in the same time zone as the company. She was able to get a hold of the technician and when called me he said hed arrive by 2pm, I stated that I needed to leave by noon so we set a new time and date for Wednesday at 9am and would be done by 1030 so I can make my meeting. Wednesday rolled around and I received a call from the technician at 830 saying he was 40 mins out and wouldnt be done and completed until 11, which wasnt going to work for me, at which point the technician started to raise his voice and say hes trying to figure something out and came up with excuses to why the windshield wouldnt be done in time. He tried to make something work but again came up with excuses and finally I had to say I will find someone else. Regardless if they were able to complete my windshield, the unprofessional technical and lack of communication from Glass America was reason enough for me to find another company.

I left these guys a stellar review, they went above and beyond!

Windshield leaks and Glass America has been unresponsive to fixing the issue. Long phone wait times and they don’t return calls.
