I was going to give this place a 5 start review, I had written up an entire post about 2-3 months ago and it didn’t stay up. I’m glad it did not. We were helped by Luis, everything seemed great, he really worked with us. But now that we are having trouble trying to get the tags for the truck we purchased from them, Luis isn’t in each time we have called and somehow the rejection of the title is somehow not their fault though the DMV is staking it was rejected over a month ago. My boyfriend even called in this morning trying to talk to the owner and was told no. Great way to run a company, sell a vehicle and then throw your hands up in the air when we are in need of your help, with something only you can help with. Definitely will not recommend anyone to go here.

I came in to look at a truck that they had listed for sale and my sales guy was Ismael Martinez. The truck that I wanted to look I was told couldn’t be tested driven and that the vehicle that I was potentially looking at trading in would only get 60% of its value if I were to do so. Now I’ve bought and sold a lot of cars my life and I understand there is a trade-in value but the salesmanship and skills of Ismael were poor. He acted as if I was a burden to even be shopping at this location and made it clear there was deal to be made. Beautiful truck but horrible service.

Ask for Erik, he knows his cars and will make things fair. This location does cars, trucks and heavy equipment, although, always open to anything pawn, however, they sell that at the other locations. A few motorcycles here as well.

Came in to test drive a vehicle we saw online.The people I interacted with at Jumping Jack were nice and friendly, but they wouldnt let me take the car overnight to have a pre-inspection by my preferred mechanic. No problem-- I asked them if I could find a different mechanic nearby who could complete the inspection over 1-2 hours. They still wouldnt allow it.I dont feel comfortable buying a car with close to 100K miles without a pre-inspection by a third-party, so we had to walk away. I dont understand the rationale in not allowing a pre-inspection, and I hope they change this practice in the future. Two stars for being friendly.

Just purchased a 2013 Scion FR-S from these guys I paid cash in full for the car it did have a rebuilt title and Luis let me check over every detail of the car didn’t question what I was doing once as I am a mechanic of 10+ years, once checking it over there were a few small things in the car that needed fixed I told Luis I have no issue buying the car and doing the minor repairs myself if we could work on the price to cover it and he did! Got an excellent deal on the car exactly what I was looking for! These guys are honest about everything we’re not pushy at all and let me do what I needed to do to make sure the car was the one for me! There not the typical buy buy buy sell sell sell car guys very relaxed and professional! I would highly recommend if they have a car you want to hit them up! I promise you the bad reviews on here are bs and if the owner responds to them he’s telling the truth! Hard to find a used car dealer that’s not a scam and these guys are great!

Called 20 min befor i got there to say i was buying the car and was told okay it’ll be here and it’s yours we won’t let anyone look at it. I get there 15 min so ealry then i was supposed to and the car was on a test drive. They didn’t say more then 2 words to us the whole time. Lost the car to some people who were financing it when i told on the phone I’d pay full out the door and they said great it’s yours. So very bad at there jobs and just want the sales and not to give you that good experience very very disappointed and not in loosing the car in how the workers there don’t do there job right.

All the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Elijah helped me into a new car and answered all my questions. If I ever have to come back for anything, I know theyll do their best to make sure Im satisfied .

I got ripped off 7K by purchasing a true lemon!! I purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi for $7,000. Now that was Kelley Blue Book value for a vehicle in pristine condition. Ive had the vehicle for less than 2 months and havent been able to drive it more than one week at a time. Ive poured more money and parts into it than I ever thought possible. I will be reporting jumping jack cash to the BBB and it looks like Ill be having to take them to court over ripping me off. They took advantage of my situation and told me that I was given a good opportunity and that they didnt have to be so willing to work with me when I had issues trying to get all the funds together when keeping up on layaway payments. I dont see how they could take advantage of somebody that worked so hard to get all the money together. Disappointing... I warn all of you not to come to the here to purchase a vehicle. I saw a listing for a Ford F-150 Supercrew on Cargurus. After looking at the listing for a bit, I realized they listed two different cars. The exterior photos, a ford F-150, just as described, however the interior photos, that logo on the wheel doesnt exactly look like a Ford icon. Quit posting false advertisements. Solely based off this alone, I wouldnt ever go here.

Best place to buy awesome used vehicles, I got a great BMW X5 from them, the guys really try to get you in the best ride at the best price.

They will pocket your payments and sell your stuff. Some stores have had half a dozen manager changes because they know this to be true. I will be taking legal action.

Needed a quick loan due to unexpected expense. Came here, was offered $300.00 for my item with 20% interest. The interest seemed high to me so the guy told me that 88th and Washington store does 10%. I drive 20 minutes to that store and am offered $200.00 at 10%? Typical bait and switch tactics. Shady business.

Bought a Subaru Outback for what was posted as under market value on Craigslist. After being assured there was NO mechanical errors or anything wrong with the vehicle I decided to pull the trigger. Two days later got it taken by a mechanic and two belts were cracking, and the front boot was leaking oil. All had to be replaced. So either their in house mechanic that the manager assured looked over the vehicle did a terrible job, or they lied about the condition of the vehicle.

Bought a truck here after a long test drive, it seemed solid. Very soon after, when i topped off the coolant, found it had a blown head gasket. I was pretty upset, and they didnt offer a warranty so I figured I was out of luck. However, I talked to Ismael and he seemed really committed to having me walk away satisfied. Their mechanics fixed the gasket issue for the cost of parts, and after a few days of driving it seems like that issue is taken care of. I really appreciate the extra effort they put in to making sure I was content with my purchase, went farther than Id ever expect a pawn shop to go.I would say that if you know what youre looking for and thoroughly inspect the car youre looking at, you could find a great deal at Jumping Jack Cash. While the lack of warranty might be offputting to some, in my experience the staff is committed to making sure the customer is happy at the end of the day.
