Great out of town buying experience! The car was exactly as described and the staff was very helpful. Great communication. They waited 2 weeks for an interior part to come in from Porsche and then installed it perfectly prior to my arrival in Denver. Khai is great and even picked me up at the airport. Dave (owner) called to check in on the transaction and give more detailed information about the car. This place is super laid back! The service department does great work for a fair price! We’ve had our 06 5 series BMW and 07 Audi A4 here for service multiple times. The sales department is super chill, no pressure! They are also very knowledgeable and helpful. We recently purchased a 2017 Jaguar. We got a fair price for our trade (a 2012 Acura.) The whole process was very straightforward. These guys are awesome and this place is very unique! I will definitely be back in the future to both the sales and service departments!

I walked into Automotive Imports after seeing an ad on auto trader. I was met with one of the owner/managers that honestly and immediately set me at ease with their personality. This gentleman informed me that I was now dealing with guys that just like cars. What I saw after was incredible. I saw an auto shop with guys working on cars that they were about to sell, or had already sold. I experienced something that I honestly didn’t know existed. I understand that the jury is still out but my lady and I have NO reason to feel there will ever be an issue. Tarnue was given the opportunity to work with us and he nailed it. He was knowledgeable, personable, and really set us at ease. We learned that he had been a mechanic there for years and had quite fortunately, for us,, recently started to work the sales floor. Tarnue was the most honest used car salesman ever. So far so good. I would of given 5 stars but we left without the second set of keys. We were informed those keys were there but misplaced. That is theonly negative I have. We were informed that set of keys would be found and mailed to us. We will wait for that, but also feel at ease.

Cant say this enough, Auto Imports is absolutely awesome, and you should DEFINITELY buy your next car from them. This was, hands down, the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. If I could give 10 Stars I would. While coming home from the mountains my car went into limp mode. I had my car towed to Automotive imports. After doing a diagnostic check the technician found 2 fault codes. They went ahead and research further and came across TSB for repairs pertaining to the 2 faults codes. They called a local Hyundai dealer and was advised there is an extended recall warranty through Hyundai. Long story sort I need a new engine which is covered through the manufacture. Automotive imports not only went above and beyond they called and scheduled a service tech with the dealership. I had the car towed and now Hyundai is replacing my engine. If it wasnt for Automotive Imports looking further into this, I would have had to pay out of pocket for a new engine. Thank you Arnold Kim Service Manager and everyone at Automotive Imports for your honesty and the amazing customer service you provided. I highly recommend this dealership for Sales and service. I cant thank them enough and in my option are second to none!!! Dont bother going to anyone else if you want highly compatent technicians and or service. You Guys Rock!!!

Cant be happier with the service! We have an older A6 that needed a lot of work. They scheduled it fast and let us know exactly what was wrong with the car and what needed to be fixed. They even told us which repairs were critical and which could wait. Honesty in the automotive industry really goes a long way. I know where I will be taking all of my vehicles for any type of maintenance from now on. I couldnt be more impressed with the crew! They have some great deals here. The cars are serviced and brought up to manufactures mileage recommendations before you take possession. The sales folk are personal and have a genuine interest in your satisfaction.

These guys were amazing and so great to work with! They are all very down to earth and welcoming. Nick and Cameron really know their stuff and made you feel at ease with everything from their knowledge with the cars all the way to the paperwork (where I was super uptight and nervous at other places.) I purchased an Audi A6 from AI last summer. They brought the car to me in Evergreen, and had the paperwork ready. I test drove the car solo for 40 minutes, and decided to buy it. The paperwork took about 15 minutes and the car was mine. I took the car to my mechanic of 20+ years the next day and he told me shes a honey. I will never go to a traditional dealership again!! I just bought a 2015 A4 from Khai Duong at Automotive imports. As soon as he brought me in the showroom, I knew I was in the right place. It’s a car enthusiast’s car dealership. Khai took great care of me and everyone really went the extra mile. Awesome experience from start to finish.

Fraud and misrepresentation are the two words that come to mind in regards to Automotive Imports. After about a week of back and forth communication pictures and videos in regards to a Alfa Romeo Giulia, I decided to purchase the car sight unseen. I traveled four hours to Denver to look and pick up the purchase. Upon arrival the car was not as represented by the sales associate. There where several scratches and dents not mentioned or disclosed. After a very dissatisfying test drive, the sales associate mentioned that it also had a radiator leak.By this point I was beyond livid. The sales associate made the lies and misrepresentation to sell the vehicle, I can only wonder what else this used car dealership would do to turn cars? I demanded my money back and left the lot, I will never be back and would advise all to stay away from Automotive Imports at all costs. Not only did the salesman misrepresent the car over the phone, he lied and purposely left out dings and scratches in the videos sent. Since they found the leak, why not have it fixed under warranty? The dealership could have taken the car in for warranty work. Why would I pay 28,500 for a car that already needs to go in for warranty work?

Everyone at this place is super cool, informative, and knowledgeable.Service is A1 quality.

I can attest to other reviews, this was one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had in 20 years of buying cars. Cameron was knowledgeable and laid back. They even helped through the process when Bank of America chose to not finance the deal since they werent a corporate shop and we were able to flip to a credit union and get it done. Im taking off two stars because the only request I had as part of my deal, that they signed off on, was a second Audi key fob. Calls, emails and even stopping in to check I was ghosted and a year later have not received the 2nd key fob. I even reached out to the sales manager Nick with no response. I wouldve shopped here for all future purchases but will likely go elsewhere due to this experience. My business, service on my vehicles and my referrals will go elsewhere.

Stellar experience with Jared Codina of Automotive Imports. Originally I found a beautiful Audi A4 with a rare black optic package they had for sale through the iSeeCars.com search engine. But someone from out of state beat me to it and bought it hours before I showed up to the showroom. Jared said he would look for a similar vehicle, and he did not disappoint! I cannot say enough good things about Automotive Imports and their service department. We frantically called them after a late-night break down on the highway and talked to Arnold, the Assistant Service Manager and he was so incredible. Arnold spoke calmly and confidently while he helped me better understand our options and next steps. He welcomed our car and our business and made us feel comfortable with a very uncomfortable situation. Our car needed a new engine and also required the mechanics to work with the warranty company which I know can be a headache. These guys worked tirelessly to advocate for us and ultimately was a huge part of making sure the warranty covered the repairs. They worked quickly and delivered timely updates. Car repairs can be so stressful and we were so thankful for the calm and confidence from Arnold while we maneuvered this situation. Going back to Automotive Imports for all of our service needs is a no-brainer even when it is across the city. The level of service that we recieved was truly remarkable.

So I fly in from LA to buy this 370z nismo, Tony picks me up from the airport in a black Range Rover which was really cool and surprising. By far the best dealership I experienced during my car search. My salesman was Gladis and she was very motivated and patient with the pretty complicated situation I brought forth. A lot of dealerships will prioritize selling a car and selling it fast, and will undercut customers to do it. However I felt the complete opposite with Automotive Imports. Also, the Audi I bought had no hidden issues and its still running great two months later. Highly recommend Gladis and the dealership.

I purchased a 2014 Maserati Gran Turismo from Automotive Imports I found on line. As I live in Hawaii, the purchase was made sight unseen. As one can imagine , making this type of purchase without first seeing it in person comes with some real concerns. I worked exclusively with one sales person, Taniessa Fairchild, who made every effort, even during her off time, to alleviate my worries. She insured the vehicle was properly serviced and free of any maintenance issues. She also disclosed and provided pictures of any cosmetic flaws she could find to insure I knew exactly what I was getting. While she did miss a blown sub-woofer between the rear seats, I would have to say this dealership has a top notch professional sales team and they have my endorsement. As for the blown sub-woofer, I know I bought the vehicle as is but I am totally open to accepting help with getting it replaced. Just saying :)

Although I didn’t end up purchasing a car from them this time, I will definitely keep them in mind for my future needs. Cameron was very knowledgeable about the car I test drive. It was by far the best test I had been on in my search of my next car. I like their setup and the customer waiting area is pretty neat as it has a DeLorean and free racing arcade games to play.

Great experience, we ended up trading a car in and buying 2 cars. We were only planning on buying one. They have a great selection and the cars were in great shape. Joe was awesome to work with and everyone was so transparent and made the process very comfortable. We were very happy with the price. Perfect experience, couldnt ask for a better car shopping and buying experience than what I got at AI. Cameron, Nick, and Josh were super knowledgeable, easy-going, friendly, and professional. This company was my personal savior today, and treated me with such kindness despite having nothing to financially gain! I got a blown out flat tire on a 95 degree day with my 4 year old with me (and a husband out of town). They were close enough to get to as i truly had no safe option to change my own tire in that heat with a 4 year old in the car! I have changed my own tire before so I felt embarassed to ask, but under the heat/circumstances knew I needed to seek help. They were friendly and patient, and went straight to helping me, without even acting annoyed at the interruption in the slightest! I tried several times to pay them but both gentlemen refused to be compensated for their time and energy even though their business was clearly busy. I strongly believe that any company that helps a stranger, with nothing to gain financially, and does so with such kindness and respect, deserves everyones business. It can be hard to know who can be trusted when money is being exchanged, but personally I would place my bets with them any day if they offer any service you can use. Thanks again for saving my day!!! I am only sorry in my flustered state that I didnt ask for the name of the gentleman who helped me. I may have been speaking directly with the owner before I left (not sure) but I hope that someone gets some extra credit in karma or cash. :)

So glad I found AI! Their customer service is unmatched, their prices fair, and their staff low-pressure and full of integrity. You can tell they just really love what they do, and really enjoy luxury cars.My car broke down next to their shop. I pulled in, thinking it was a long-shot that they might be able to help me. They bent over backwards to get me back on the road within hours (and the waiting room experience was really cool). I live 30 min away, but I will still be a forever customer and referrer for this place!

I had a great experience while getting a new car. our salesman, Khai, was super knowledgeable about the couple cars I was test driving, and was never pushy towards anything during the entire process. Overall, great cars listed at great prices, and the staff that treats you like a human instead of money.

This place is toxic!! I had bought a BMW 328i with roughly 30,000 miles on it and within the first month the car found its 7 month temporary home at the BMW dealership. After 11,000 dollars in repairs, I finally got the vehicle back to find it has more underlying issues. Come to find out, my car had some pretty extensive rear end damage that was never disclosed to me at the time of sale. I was told by the salesman that my car still had a remaining factory warranty through BMW and once it went to the shop it was confirmed by two dealers that this was in fact not the case.

Cameron was a great salesman. I knew the car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. Very fair on my trade and Cameron worked hard to get to the number I needed. Nick, the sales manager, exceeded my expectations by recognizing a large scratch and offered to re-paint the door. Not touch up. Re-paint. These folks appear to understand the lost art of customer service and provided a premium experience. I was at a BMW dealer the week before and the salesman was more worried about lease options versus listening to the customer. I would also be remiss to not mention the car nerd, Joshua, who spent an hour running through the tech features and was patient while I asked to see every setting in every menu. Cameron had all the paperwork ready to go when I got there to finalize the sale and there was never any pressure to complete this sale. Having all the service in house also helps give me peace of mind beyond the sale.

I bought this car in March. Kendall was my salesman. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There was a problem with the key fob, I brought the car back in and they fixed the issue, they also put on the front license plate for me which was slightly difficult because there was no factory placement to put it. I am very happy with the whole transaction and the friendly service. They also have a lot of great cars!

While we finalized the deal, our children played in the awesome kids area.
