These guys been there for very long time. the works sometimes takes longer than you expected but they do great paint job and body repair! The most important thing is that these people are professional and they are behind their work. They will make you happy and they will do everything for that. Strongly Recommended!

The work is ok,but they take for ever to fix the vehicle, it took them to fix my truck 7 months and they only fix the front,they couldnt fix the rear of my truck,they took alot of money from my insurance and it was easier to blame the covid that they couldnt get parts ,,,and I get it but they lack of communication I had to call them every time and they wouldnt have a good answer for me all they would have was lies and lies and when i finally had enough all they could do was refund money for the rear wich it was not even half of what it cost,I honestly dont recommend this shop,I dont think they care about customers, the worst thing about everything at the end the owner spanky or lony couldnt even talk to me to my face and tell me what was the problem they had the secretary tell me ,by the way she was not polite,,,dont use this shop you will regret it

A few years ago, my daughter ran into a rock and damaged the passenger side rocker panel. When I picked up the vehicle everything looked good.. Unfortunately, over time the large amount of bondo that was used began to break free from the rocker panel. I did reach out to the company and they showed genuine concern. Too bad it stopped there. They told me they would reach out as soon as they had access to their records. I have been very hesitant in writing a review, but I dont want someone to think they are getting quality work only to have the companys true work revealed years later.

Had a great experience at Diamond Auto Body. I had a solid amount of damage to my front right end due to a collision in icy roads. Spanky and his team provided a great repair and their communication was comforting. The competitive pricing potentially saved me thousands as opposed to taking it to a keep dealership. My vehicle looks brand new, and they even washed it!

These guys are awesome. Got in a low-speed wreck, but it was enough damage that my insurance wanted to total my car. Diamond got my girl working good as new for less than my deductible, and with a very short turnaround. Beyond that, everyone there was kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. Love this place, and recommend them to everyone I know.

Diamond Paint and Auto did an outstanding job on my truck as well as multiple other vehicles belonging to my family members. They went the extra mile to make sure my paint was matched perfectly which is hard to find with body shops. We have never been let down by Diamonds quality work. I had to have my suspension replaced as well as a tire, the job was quick and they even made the extra effort to find parts that matched the car exactly.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. Great repairs. Would definitely go back for anything else I need done. They helped me after my car was in an accident and many other places wouldnt work on my car. Also went to great lengths to find me a replacement windshield washer fluid container that fits my car.

The place really has went downhill since Don retired. The work on my GTI looked good however the body man never installed the door handle properly, having me return to then have the window fall off the track. I would not recommend this place, the work in my opinion is not quality.

I was referred to Diamond Auto Body by the person whose car I accidentally hit and it just happened to be a co-worker. I specifically was referred to Spanky who was a friend of the co-workers husband. I got my 2014 Ram 1500 Laramie truck back last week and I was extremely impressed with the work that was done! The truck has not looked this good since the day I bought it new. Spanky went above and beyond to not only fix the damage from the accident but also a couple of other cosmetic touch-ups we discussed. I would definitely recommend Diamond for any auto body needs you may have!

I have been taking my vehicles to Diamond Autobody since Doss was the original owner because they are in a super convenient location right off of Evans and Santa Fe and they consistently do excellent work. I recently took my wifes 2015 Nissan Rogue into Diamond Autobody for hail damage as well as windshield replacement. The owners Spanky and Lonnie made the process super easy and when we got our Rogue back it looked brand new! Even though our insurance always urges us to use their certified facilities for repairs, I insist on using Diamond. Another excellent repair by Diamond Paint and Autobody!

Refused to give me an estimate and recommended I take it back to whoever did it before. Back story: My truck was rear ended last year around august. I took it to diamond auto body and was planning on having Them do the repairs. They gave an estimate. Insurance totaled the truck because the repairs were around 85% of the value of the truck. I bought the truck back from insurance and repaired it and got a cheap paint job on the bed done. Truck was damaged yesterday by some falling debris. Insurance is covering the repair. I took it to Diamond for an estimate and he refused. Seemed to think I was trying to get their estimate to just claim a check. BOTTOM LINE I want my truck fixed!!! I want the paint job fixed and the damage repaired and I told them I would pay any extra out of pocket. Still REFUSED an estimate, I should have not even bothered taking it there. The lack of returned phone calls from the first visit should have been enough of a reason not to go back. But now I will steer everyone clear of them. I have never felt so offended by a damn body shop. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.

Good experience. I went for a frame repair.I bent my frame from sliding on ice and hitting a curb. Went in for a frame repair and they fixed it for under $1,000 which was nice.Although, he gave me a sort of strange feeling when he kept saying Im not going to rip you off, I know you are tight on money and we wont take advantage of your situation. In my experience people who say that over and over are the ones who DO take advantage of people… I dont know… its still worth mentioning. The guy did seem very nice though.

This is the best auto body shop in Denver, hands down! Ive used them a few times, including a recent hit and run on my vehicle that put me in a very bad position. Lonnie and Spanky came through for me and went above and beyond to make a completely awful situation (an accident that wasnt my fault) into a fantastic experience. Not only are they the nicest people in the world, but they had significant damage on my car fixed up in time so I wouldnt have to come out of my own pocket on a rental car. They also have awesome relationships with everyone in town - from the insurance adjuster to the people at Enterprise - everyone told me what great hands I was in with Diamond, and they were right! They truly care about their customers and do absolutely fantastic body work!

First I want to say that I have an outstanding experience with Diamond Auto Body, the way I treated was beyond any expectations I could have had.In the not too distant past, I was with a group of friends who were devising something that was very discouraging to me. I only bring this forth as I am a moral individual with character. The nature of my concern is that these individuals we going to target an individual and his business to tarnish his reputation. From what I heard their plan was to get on the internet to make negative and detrimental comments about Diamond Auto Body and its owner. They were going to have friends and family place these negative comments. I just want to sincerely thank the owner Spanky for taking care of my father, who is in his mid 70s. He and his wife had someone hit their car and not leave even a note. They took the car, a new subaru to Matrix Auto Body which quoted them $3,400.00. You Spanky simply used some heat and a inflatable diaphragm to push the dent out of the bumper and you know, you didnt charge my Dad a dime. Its, that kind of community, I would like to be apart of. Diamond Paint and Auto Body has been our families repair shop for nearly 20 years. Our first experience was with Spanky, the owner, who fixed my elderly moms bumper for free because she could not afford to have it replaced. Since then we have saved thousands of dollars using Diamonds paintless dent repair and repairs not covered by insurance.I highly recommend this shop to everyone. When I recently purchased a car (2015 Infinity Q50) with hail damage from the dealership everybody said the cost of hood, truck and panel replacements would eat up all the money I had saved. What they didnt know is that I know about Diamond Paint and Auto Body! Saved 15k plus on purchase and even after all the hail damage repairs still put nearly 10k in my pocket. May not sound like much to you but that paid for a year of my sons college tuition. For me they are a game changer and life saver!

Lifetime Warranty is garbage. They say rust isnt included which is no where in the paperwork. Regardless, if you are repairing rust, and the rust comes back, you should honor that. Cheap fix.

Took my vehicle in after a minor fender bender resulting in a broken tail light and a cracked bumper. First of all I brought my car in the day after I had just detailed the interior when I got it back it was filthy. Black interior with a bunch of dirty handprints EVERYWHERE. Secondly when I got the car back it had actually recieved two new dents in the door, they claimed to know nothing about that. I had photos of the day I brought the car in and they still claimed to know nothing. Lastly it took them closer to five weeks with repeated calls to check on the progress for them to finally complete.

As fate would have it I stopped at Diamond Paint & Auto Body and had the pleasure of meeting Spanky. Not only did he examined my car, drove me to my work place himself, did an excellent repair of my wifes car, and thereafter delivered the car to me himself. Owner Spanky outright lied about damage.My wife and I took our wrecked camaro to Diamond as they did a nice job on another vehicle 12 years ago.At first they very accommodating and offered to store vehicle at no charge until the insurance claim went through.Thats where anything good ended.Spanky explained to me and even drew a picture claiming the a arm ripped out of the frame and that the frame had also buckled. Little does he know I am an ase certified mechanic and I completed all suspension and chassis repairs myself.There was no damage to a-arm or frame.The knuckle and tie rod were bent only.I then had the car on a laser frame rack and aligned and confirmed there was no frame damage.It may not seem like a big deal but Spankys lie almost resulted in us totalling the car when in fact I fixed for under $200.Much less than his $1200 estimate to make roadworthy.Believe the bad reviews and Im not surprised they are not BBB accredited.
