Ive ordered from CRL for roughly 14 years with 2 different companies. They made the process extremely easy and everybody was always very helpful. We received our product in a timely manner up until a few years ago. We are in Denver, CO. Our transfer truck comes from LA once a week. It seems that everything we order misses that transfer truck even though the website show plenty of product in LA. A couple of years ago I reached out to our sales rep who in turn told me he cant do anything about it an to contact the warehouse manager in Denver. That guy in turn told me I had to contact LA, they do not know why our products keep missing the truck. Denver now has a new phone system which allows you to get a call back if the wait is too long. Ive tried that multiple times and never receive a call back. I am personally disappointed in CRL. These issues make you want to order form another company.

Excellent company to do business with. Ive been purchasing glass related products for decades from C R L. They are one of the few companies around that still believe in Customer Service.

Every time I call they put me on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes, don’t answer any questions and are generally rude.
