These guys are the truth. Very professional. And above and beyond customer service. I would like to thank Alex and Leo for there help. But I have to say the star of the show was the brother Andrew in the parts department. This guy saved me a hundred dollars by taking his time to fix my windshield wiper that had been put in wrong by the previous owner. Good to see that people still care and are not just trying to take your money in these trying times. So instead of having to buy a new windshield wiper for hundred dollars I got out the door for 25.00 for just replacing the blades. Thanks team Acura Denver. I will definitely be back.

I’ve owned nearly every brand vehicle and with that, comes required service and maintenance of course. I thought no brand could top BMW’s commitment to customer service however, Chris Zimmerman and Leo at Acura Mike high did just that. Such pressure free, knowledgeable service. They truly care here.They worked w me while I came in from out of town for service and helped me line the timing up perfectly, so that they could get me in and complete my maintenance and get me back on the road. AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PHOTOS MY REVIEW IS NOT A STORY AS STATED IN THE RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGER. EVERYTHING IS DOCUMENTED. The dealership totaled my car, tried to hide it for 4 days then I had to do all the work for 104 straight days to get it paid for. Then they tried to offer me $1000 and 3 years free oil changes to not leave reviews.In the pictures you can see my car, that was brought to them with the windows up and fully detailed looked like after their tech let the windows and sunroof open while on the lift and a pressure washer hose broke and filled my car. This happened on 9/1 that afternoon they called to tell me my car wasnt ready yet due to recall work that took priority. They called me on 9/5 to tell me what had happened. The tech they asked to try to clean it up delivered my new car to me and picked up the loaner and told me all about what really happened. You cant see the water well in the photos but you can see the damage. Two screen shots worth of my emails trying to get the damage paid for, and a detailed review of the events that happened, along with a screen shot of the incident report from their dealership.Do not go to this dealership for service or purchase!!!!!

If I could give a couple of more stars to Leo in the Mile High Service Dept. I would. I love my TLX (92K miles). Best car I have ever owned. But a dead battery and a computer issued led me to Leo Falcam in the service dept. More than an oil change this time. You wanna talk about a pro. He held my hand on this one as the tech team methodically moved through the electrical steps. AND he went to bat with the Acura warranty folks over them covering some of my pain. At some point you’re going to need a knowledgeable pro and people-person in Service. Leo is that ideal blend. Thanks, Ray.

*Update to issue below*Mile High worked with me to make this right. Phil called me back the same day and reexplained the issue and what needed to happen.--------------------------------------------Had my first service with these guys yesterday (I usually got to Courtesy Acura). They recommended replacing my front 2 tires ($600) as they were leaking air from old patches. However, my tires have ever been patched. I got a second opinion at a tire shop and they confirmed there was nothing wrong with my existing tires. Customer service from Phil was really good (pleasant, punctual), but there is obviously a disconnect between the mechanics and the folks coordinating the work. I would recommend highly scrutinizing any advised work.

The rating of 2 stars is the average of 5 stars I’d give Mike High Acura and the 1 or 0 stars I’d give Acura/Honda America.2018 RDX that is always garaged and every bit of faux chrome trim (headlight and grill surrounds, garnish molding on the rear hatch, etc.) is badly corroded. The district and Acura America denied the claim saying the car was subject to the magnesium chloride used on the roads here in winter and that the car was not washed often enough (I would disagree, but that’s subjective). When I said that the 10 year old Chevy that has never been garaged has no such problem, the explanation given to me by the Acura America Representative was that the Chevy is by nature robust. I’m not kidding.So, if one must buy an Acura, I’d recommend Mile High. But unless you live in a very gentle climate, I’d take the tacit advice given by Acura America and buy something that is built more robustly

Worst auto buying experience Ive ever had. Nick the sales manager is extremely unprofessional and insulting with the discount he was willing to give on an 03 acura rsx that was not worth nearly what they were asking for it. In fact it was a few thousand dollars above what is fair for that vehicle.. The vehicle was bad exterior condition and it had a broken windshield and a seat belt light that wouldnt turn off on the test drive. They didnt even mention the fact that they wouldnt move much on the price prior to them running my credit and now I have a hit on my credit report with nothing to show for it. Im livid and extremely disappointed with my experience at mile high Acura/Honda. Dont ask for top dollar on vehicles that are not top dollar condition!!!

I want to share me experience with mile high Acura. I have a acura tsk and I need a part that was very hard to get. I live in Kansas city Missouri. I got no help at the Acuras dealership out here. So I call mile high for my part. When I call a very nice gentleman help me name Dan. I going call him (Dan the Man) cause that what he was a life saver to my little acura when the Acuras dealership gave me the run around. Dan the man go my part held it for to day the ship all the way to Kansas city in 2 day. So I want to thank my acura hero Dan the man that work in the parts department.

Do not take your Acura to this dealership to be serviced. My car needed rear brake work, and the diagnostic test showed that I needed new pads and rotors. I received the report of recommendations, along with pricing for each, and chose this rear brake work to be completed. I agreed electronically and over the phone what services would be completed.The following day, a service representative Todd, called me and said, “we cannot remove your wheels without causing potential damage, so in order to complete the rear brake work it would cost $320 additional and I need your verbal consent.” I told him I would call him back. I spoke with a personal contact about what Todd had said about not being able to remove the wheels. What he said didn’t add up. My initial service representative was out of office that day.I called back and spoke with Todd, and asked, “So you are saying you cannot complete the work that was agreed upon for the price it was agreed upon without me paying another $320?” He said, “Yes, correct.” I got transferred to the service manager, Chris and asked him the same question. He said, “Yes, correct.” Then I said okay, I’ll come get my car.60 seconds later I got a call back from Chris. He said, “all of the service that was agreed upon has been completed.” I was confused, asked him again, “but you and Todd just said it couldn’t be completed unless I paid another $320.” “Ignore that,” he said.That is a clear display of trying to take advantage of someone. They lied to me on the phone for 10 minutes, threatened that the work won’t be done unless I agree to paying more money, and said the work was not done when it was in fact already completed. I do not recommend bringing your Acura here. Todd and Chris engaged in behavior that I would call fraud.

I was very impressed with the service at this dealership. I was helping my brother look for a new used car and they had the car he was looking for. We called ahead to have it ready for a test drive and when we got there, they had 2 cars ready for us! Same model and year, just different trim levels. Kyle was the salesman that helped us and he was fantastic. He was friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions. After the test drive and reviewing some financing details, my brother decided to go for it! Mirza in the financing department was incredibly helpful as well and made sure we were satisfied with the terms and clarified our additional questions. I would highly recommend getting a used car at Mile High Acura!

I brought my vehicle in yesterday after having a blown tire. When I called in, I was able to bring it in right after I got off work. Leo at Mile Hi Acura was able to connect my phone to my nav system in less than a minute! I had taken it to the other Acura dealership 4 times and they told me that my Nav system wasn’t working and my system was too old to connect to my newer phone. I really like this place. They take extremely well care of you. And get very accurate results from diagnostics test with issues with your vehicle if it needs minor or major repairs. Costly, but they find the actual problem. Either to u choose to fix it their, or elsewhere.

Mark Jarvis is a gem. The splash guard underneath my MDX was somehow torn loos and they fixed it for free in an hour, while I worked in the waiting room. Mark took a few minutes to get some paint marks off my bumper.

Im not usually a dealership repair person, but I highly recommend Mile High Acura! They are EXTREMELY professional and considerate! Prices are higher than regular mechanic as expected from the dealership, but they give you a loaner car during the transaction. That to me is worth it. The work is the best you can have done for an Acura. Ask for Kyle, he is the most customer service and friendly representative in the car business that I have dealt with. Kyle is the reason I will return here for more service and the loaner is why I will most likely buy from Mile High for my next Acura MDX.

So, I called and made an appointment to take my car into to have the steering angle sensor reset - as my mechanic instructed. My 2:30pm appointment today was not honored, they asked me to make another appointment? Strange...because I had made an appointment? This is the exact service that has forced me to take my car elsewhere for service. Absolutely no options were made available, they had a shuttle service to drop me off at my appointment a few miles away, but there was a catch no one could pick me back up, and no loaner cars available. If staff makes an appointment it should be honored! I was stuck out here for 1 1/2 hours!!! Something is definitely wrong here, what’s the purpose of an Appointment! Kyle, should have made some sort of effort to accommodate me, at the very least found a loaner car allowing me to leave my vehicle to be fixed. I AM the customer! I should not be bowing down and accommodating Acura. I will be filing a complaint!

Ive owned and driven Acura vehicles since I was 16 and have been bringing my cars to Leo at Mile High Acura for the past few years for routine maintenance and care. Its very nice and calming to know that the staff at Acura has your best interests and ultimately, safety on the road, in mind. Ive had the privilege of getting to know several of the workers over the years, but Leo has always provided me with exceptional service. Hes very kind, thoughtful, thorough and genuine, but most importantly, hes honest. If your vehicle has an issue that is concerning, hell explain it to you and if your vehicle is doing well, hell send you on your way. Although I do not own my 2012 TL AWD tech anymore, in its final year or so of ownership I brought it to MHA and was very pleased at the high level of service I got from Randy S and Chris Z. They truly go the extra mile for customer service, for example checking carefully to make sure that a repair another local dealership recommended was necessary (which it wasnt). So good that I may bring my new Honda Ridgeline to their sister store, even though I live near the foothills. After terrible service experiences elsewhere, MHA was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommended.

Great service experience with Adam (service writer) and Sam (tech).Great communication, rental car, prompt service, reasonable price for a dealership, and both Adam and Sam clearly CARE about my car and me. Thats pretty rare.Im a mechanically savvy guy who changes his own oil, etc. But for harder things I find a trusted mechanic / dealership. Typically dealerships have expertise in a specific brand - not all are equal.I had a great experience with brake fluid exchange, coolant exchange, serpentine belt, and troubleshooting a drive-train noise on my 2006 TSX.Highly recommended.

I received four quotes for some major service items for our MDX before settling on Mile High, and have since referred others here because of their excellent service. (Quotes from two of the independent shops were actually higher, and they weren’t using Factory Acura parts, or offer a free loaner car to drive). Kyle Vavra’s communication with me about the process and costs was transparent and prompt while keeping me posted on when the car would be ready. Their shop uses a service called ‘X-Time’ to relay information on recommended services and costs too, which helped me make faster decisions. Most importantly - my car runs great and looks great.

I have yet to go to this dealership and actually have my car be fixed properly.Lets go over the last visit.I took my car in under warranty to fix some squeaks and rattles. The service rep was nice and seemed to take down decent notes about where these noises were coming from so he could pass on to the technicians. However thats the end of anything good. Important to mention, I told them to keep the car as long as they needed to fix the issues. I dont mind having a loaner, I just wanted my car fixed when I got it back.After dropping the car off in the morning, I get a call the next day asking to come back in and do a test drive with the technicians because they couldnt replicate any of the 3 distinct noises. So, having to take time off from work twice now, I go back in and was able to show the tech all the noises. Mind you this person seemed completely stoned... Very nice and friendly but highly, highly unprofessional. I left and they said they would fix the issues.I get a call the next day saying my car is fixed and ready to go. I go back to find they had bent my license plate, left trash in the driver footwell, back seat and in the trunk. I had asked them to put a tire cap on since I was missing one, they didnt... and to top it all off, NONE of the problems were fixed. It was a complete waste of my time and now my car just had less gas.The real kicker, this was the second visit to Mile High for them to fix these exact same issues. The only reason I went here is because it is a little closer than Courtesy Acura, but absolutely refuse to go back after multiple bad experiences.I then took the car to Courtesy Acura. They fixed everything in a week and I never had to go back in and explain to a tech. They also set you up with a cold water and a mint on your way out. Not important really but it shows how much they appreciate your business.Unrelated: The dealership is just plain OLD. All of the finishes seem dirty and worn out... I get this may be a way to not charge as much for the vehicles, but this place could use some help.

Worst experience at any dealership during my 40 years. They actually tried to sell me a different car without me noticing. (Bait and switch) Future customers, please verify the VIN prior to signing paperwork. I cant fully blame Julion, my salesman, as he seemed as shocked as I when I pointed it out. I can fully blame the sales manager TJ though. I negotiated for over two weeks with this place. TJ is not to be trusted, as Id describe him as a snake oil salesman. People like him give all car salesman a bad rep. This place will never get my business, and I strongly feel I need to let this experience be known to warn others.If I could give zero stars I would. Place needs new management!

I purchased a 2020 RDX from Mile High Acura last Friday. The whole experience was very pleasing and satisfying. The salesman- Alexander Sarmiento answered all the questions I had. He explained all the amazing features in this car such as apple car play and voice control. He helped me to identify which upgrade suited my needs. The service manager told me that if you buy an Acura, the warranty only applies to the original owner. It was fixed, but was told it was done as a courtesy, not under warranty. I had to call Acura to verify he was incorrect. How many people has he told this to that have had to pay of pocket? They also forgot to put the engine cover back on my MDX and lost it. This is what I get for buying a luxury vehicle? Should have kept my 4runner.

Customer service was outstanding!! We took our SUV to get checked out due to an engine problem. We were literally the last customers late at night before they closed and they helped us with the issue. They even gave us a ride home since we had to leave our vehicle over night. We were updated the next day as to what was the issue with our SUV. They fixed it accordingly and service was actually quite fast. Ill definitely recommend this dealer to friends and family. 5 stars more like 10!!!

Changing my rating to 1 star because I believe that they attempted to run a scam on me by offering to buy my car for darn near nothing after giving me a misdiagnosis. My car was running hot, they diagnosed a head gasket and engine replacement... after seeking multiple additional opinions, it was consistently found that the engine was in great shape but the radiator was blown. A $750 fix vs the $9000 that this dealership tried to suggest. I would go to Pro Import or Krumer Auto Tech for Acura repair.

Ive bought several Acuras from Mile High Acura and have been regularly getting my cars serviced here. I could always go to a local mechanic but having a certified Acura technician working on your vehicle feels better. They dont try to up sell you on things that you dont need and dont use any scare tactics to get you to buy services from them. The service personnel are understanding and will assist you in any way they can to make sure your experience there is top notch.The car buying process was easy for my family. We walked in knowing what vehicles we wanted and what packages we wanted, and they did not try to sell us a car that we didnt want. It was nice walking into a dealership and having them show us cars that we wanted instead of vehicles that were in different trim levels that either had more than what we needed or didnt have.If youre looking to purchase any Acura this is the place I would suggest. Just remember that this is a dealership and if you make the buying process hard then its going to be a long day but if you have an idea of what you want and an understanding that the car buying process takes some time, then your experience here will be as good as mine.

Amazing car buying experience!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bought a used 06 Mazda 3 from them, and have had it for a couple of months now. Car drives like a dream and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! I had never driven manual before so they took me and taught me how to drive the car. I purchased my Acura here in 2001 and have been coming here for service ever since. Over the years the quality has decreased and the lying has increased.Recently I brought my car in for a strange noise. I was told that it was a lower ball joint (which I didnt think it was.) They quoted me about $800. I decided to get a 2nd opinion from an independent shop and they quoted me $520 so I went there. The other shop did an inspection and found that my ball joint was fine and the sound came from a bushing further up the line. They sealed it and the noise went away... FOR FREE!I would have paid $800 and still had the damn sound at Mile High Acura Service.Additionally Ive caught them lying to me. The last two times I have gone there they said that my brake fluid was dark and needed to be changed. Well just a couple of months prior I had my brakes done and the fluid changed by them. I inspected the fluid and it was brand new. They lied to get more $$.One of those times I took my car in for a tire rotation. They never rotated my tires and I had them marked so I could tell.Years ago I had good things to say about Mile High Acura Service but now I would tell people to steer clear.

This is my second lease from Mile High, and I have had a great experience both times. Julian was great, and helped expedite the sales process , since I had two young kids when finalizing the paper work. There was a miscommunication that happened, but the manager at Mile High took care of it. I have been impressed with all of my interactions with the service, sales, and management team. Dont let the sly smile fool you, he is super smart about all aspects of the auto market. He guided us through the buying process after I had spent 6 months researching and driving almost every brand in Denver. With Alexs guidance, we selected a 2017 TLX for its value and reliability. Hands down, Leo has been the best person to interact with in all my experience--whether its a brake shop, tire shop, auto repair shop, auto dealership, insurance agencies, etc. He has absolutely been the best. He kept me up to date on everything throughout the process, more thoroughly than I ever would have expected, he cut the price on a few items due to an error on Acuras end, and when I told him I was getting tires/brakes done elsewhere he offered to cut his price by $100 to try to match the competitors to be able to keep my business. He got it.

I had a pretty good experience in person buying a vehicle on July 29th. The car wasn’t detailed yet so we had to wait for that to get done. The detail was mediocre as my daughter found a receipt for rolling papers in it a week later. We laughed it off—human error. I took the title to the DMV yesterday who couldn’t give me my plates. They said the dealership should have taken care of our emissions or at minimum, provided a voucher to get it done. I called this morning and the dealership claims they’ll send the voucher.
