This place is a joke. Started in Feb 2021 with them. Had nothing but issues since day one. Issues include incorrect equipment (multiple times), bad machine (literally replaced on the first day), billing issues (including extra billing for equipment I wasnt provided), they filled out my paperwork with another patients info.All billing has to go through their very cold customer service call center. Their own billing department argued with the local office manager when he stated, we billed him wrong. Took months to get refunded. The billing department refused to take my credit card off of my account. I had to cancel the card to get them to stop charging it. Also, they were charging my credit card 10 days before the actual due date of the invoices.I verified with my insurance what was told to me for how it would bill for equipment and rental. Insurance told me they didnt bill for the amounts I agreed to (they under billed my insurance and over billed me). Insurance stated I could have purchased the equipment out right on day one (I tied to do this and was told I couldnt). People at the office stated I had to rent with a monthly charge. Not Im stuck with 10 months of rental.All around giant hassle dealing with them. It was so bad that I never even ordered more mask supplies from them. Had to switch to a different company to get my supplies.

I had multiple issues trying to schedule an appointment with people that answer the phone as well as a supervisor..I finally got an appointment on June 21 scheduled in Austin with one of their reps however I had to cancel that due to Unforeseen circumstances I called multiple times trying to reschedule the appointment without any success…I truly was ready to throw in the towel I called one more time and was able to schedule an appointment for July 2 in San Antonio… Once I got to my appointment the San Antonio office had no knowledge that I was coming or an appointment for me (you can imagine how irritated I was) The receptionist told me to wait one minute and she called to the back and that’s when Elias came to the front and was telling me that they did not have an appointment for me however he was going to see what he could do… The Hamic pillow paperwork and he shortly came and got me he was very apologetic and said that he will contact his supervisor and I will try to get to the bottom of it… The only reason why I am giving a five star is because of him and the staff in the San Antonio office had it not been for them health line would definitely be getting a -0 for me… Elias & the Receptionist was very polite helpful understanding and went above and beyond what they had to do to ensure that I left with my BiPAP machine that day… Words cannot express the gratitude that I have for them both

My CPAP machine broke down, and I had to go into the Denton branch to have it fixed. I am very happy with the man who took a look at the old machine and replaced it. He was professional and nice, and wore a mask.However, two young people at the front desk were not wearing masks the entire time I was there (and I waited for about 30 minutes because I came in early). Given that this is a medical office that provides supplies for patients with breathing & oxygen issues (many of whom have comorbidities such as sleep apnea that would make Covid-19 more dangerous), I found their carelessness and indifference to be extremely reckless.Ive been with Adapt Health with over a year and had many communications with them. Almost every other time I had to deal with them there is some problem: they overcharged the card a couple of times, they mix up orders, orders are inexplicably delayed, and they say they will call you back and then they never do.I guess they are OK when it came to the most important part - replacing my broken CPAP machine - but in everything else they are inefficient and disorganized. If you can, use a different company.

Completely resolved my issues. Now have the new setup. Very helpful in fixing the issues.Horrible customer service, horrible sales people. It has taken me 4 months to get anywhere with my cpap purchase. I feel like I’m chasing my tail. I do not recommend using this company for anything. Go to a different company!

I ordered a new CPAP machine and was not happy with the size and design of the new machine. Everyone I dealt with about the issue was very friendly and so helpful. Returned the device and was shipped a new device so quickly. Thank you all for your great service.

Do not trust these people with your bank account information. I agreed to $60 a month for 9 months and after 4 months they took over $400 out of my account. I called them and they said they sent me a email telling me that they were taking more but I never received it. You would be better off shopping around for someone you can trust or at least give them a credit card to bill.

Before coming to Healthline I was nervous about the process of getting a CPAP but Sean and Ryan made the experience easy. Sean was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me and answered all of my questions with a smile. Ryan went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable through out the entire appointment. I was pleased with Steve when he delivered and set up my oxygen. My furbabies was even comfortable around him. Thats a must in my household. The explanation and tutorial was explained and understanding in a way that could be place in my head. Wished there was more gentlemen out there like him. Thank you for care. God bless. No desire to sell cpap supplies, told me to purchase online, they treat harmless plastic cpap masks like a controlled schedule 3 narcotic. Ive bought parts at other suppliers in town before without a prescription on file, but this office had zero desire to make a sell or help someone with a sleep problem. Its a piece of rubber, not a psychoactive drug for petes sake.

I was very impressed with the professionalism displayed by Mayra as she patiently walked me through each step of the use of and care for the machine. She clearly knew her stuff. This was not my first experience with a CPAP technician, but, by far, the best.

There was some confusion about billing because I originally paid out of pocket and the main office didnt know what to do. So, when I called Denton, where I picked up the equipment, they were very helpful and solved my problem quickly.

I went to work at the location in Denton Texas. They are short handed and very stressed out people. I never worked as a CSR nor receptionist, working the server where orders faxed in from corporate. I was to take care of the patients when they came in. I only had a total of 5 days combined training in 1 1/2 months. I was left to my own devices. I thought I was hired to set up and deliver equipment. I was wrong. I got critized harshly everyday on what I did wrong .I was the only one working the front office. I took a break and was told if I did then I wasnt a teamplayer. I was told not to talk about nothing but work and be short and sweet to patients. I always tried to appease the patients when their appt time was running over and they had to wait 30 mins to 1 hour over and still hadnt been seen for their appt. Some would reschedule and others walked out unhappy. I was told to quit conversing with patients. I was told it took to long to train me if I took notes. It was not a good atmosphere to work in. The first 3 days there the boss was yelling so load at one employee that I went out in the hallway so the person would not be embarrassed to know I heard it. They talked behind my back and it was noticeable. Just off the wall comments in front of me which was directed at me. I bought my own supplies. They didnt even me a pen to write with. I would not recommend working for this company.

Tim was spot on introducing me to my new best friend (ResMed CPAP) that allows me to sleep at night instead of while driving the next morning!! Tim was able to answer all my questions allowing me to get comfortable with the device before going home. The entire staff were personable and professional, just a joy to deal with.
