Great store, friendly clerk, and they had my size which is hard to find.

Better selection than the other store in the mall but the attentiveness off the staff has progressively gone down hill.

Just left the store worst customer service ever!!! Two cashier to take care of one customer, probably the manager needs to be around more for this type of things

Customer service was terrible. Walked in with my son looking to purchase two pairs of shoes for him. I was not greeted by any of the staff. One employee was busy talking to three of his friends and wasnt having anything to do with me. The other girl apparently was hiding out back while the other girl was helping the only other customer. ALL of them refused to make eye contact with me or even acknowledge me. Never going back. Thank you for wasting my time.

These people just could not get their act together. Most unprofessional place i have ever shopped. I gave them opportunity after opportunity to fix the problems we had and it was never resolved. I will never take my business there again!

Ive always liked Hibbett Sports. They have a variety of sports wear for a decent price. They also have a decent selection of shoes to pick from.

The staff was super, store was clean and well stocked.

Some workers dont like doing their job because they wont answer the phone rush you on service and more if you dont like your job quit bet someone else would be greatful for your job.

Terrible customer service... would not recommend shopping here.

They lied about a shoe I was going to get this weekend when they just sold one to one of my friends the backbored Jordan 1s telling me they didnt get it
