They have everything... this place is great. Far better than the other stores for a much more broad variety of fabrics and tools. Great bunch of folks happy to help. Very clean and organized, makes for a very relaxed atmosphere for a far more focused shopping experience.

They need to mark prices on things! Looked at 6 items and no price tag on any of it. Other then that nice clean store. Friendly workers.

I can’t tell you how much I love the team here at this Joanns. As a youngish male I tend to go into places like this and get ignored by the generational employees, anyways the team here always ask me what I need help me find it, figure out yardage, coupons literally anything they are absolutely amazing. I mainly deal with Allison I believe but here Amanda and the sweet girl who cashiers with the pink hair are all the best!!!!! I can’t tell you enough about how great they are. I always end up buying way more than I intend because they get me excited about crafting

This was an unkempt store. Really disorganized. There were, however, several very great Employees trying their best.

Love coming to this location!Not from the area but my boyfriend goes to UNT so I always make sure I go to this one when I am in town because all the people who work here are so great and extremely helpful! And there is a pet store next door so it makes going out with your dog so much more fun’

My experience was not so great, the Manager was rude to a associate and the lines were so long,because a customer was trying to get a bigger discount and didnt like no for the answer, LOL!

I visited this store this evening. Was told by an employee they would not wait on me without a mask on. Joanne fabrics policy is that you do not have to wear a mask to shop or purchase goods from there. I put a mask on so I could purchase my fabric. The lady behind me was told the same thing but would not put one on. The employee got really nasty with her a yelling argument between the two started. The employee was screaming at the woman. It was a really unfortunate situation. When a store allows their employees to escalate a conformation to that degree I no longer feel safe shopping there.

They have one some what good discounts most of the times but if you go to hobby lobby they have better discounts for fabrics the only thing they don’t really have that many to chose from

Made the trip to the store to pick up my daughters online order for her. Had to wait in line for the single cashier to ring in the 2 customers ahead of me. The order was for two 100 oz bottles of bubbles. When it was my turn, the cashier handed me a bag with 2 small bottles in it. I explained to her that I didnt think that that was what had been ordered. She looked at me and said Have a nice day. I exited the store and called my daughter to ask that she text me a copy of her on line order. After receiving it, I reentered the store, and again had to wait my turn in line at the register. I told the cashier that I was correct about the order being incorrect and showed her the text with the order. Then she yells across the store that there is a customer with an online order wanting to make an exchange.(I didnt want an exchange, I wanted what was ordered.) Then someone comes toward the front, not all the way to the register, and says that all that needs to be done is to give me the correct product, that she would get it. So I waited and 2 more people left thru the check out, still no product. So I walked down the aisles to see if I could find that person and get the bubbles. After not finding her I found another associate and got the correct items myself, returned to the register myself and got a bag to leave. I cannot begin to express how fouled up this simple order was. 1)whoever collected the order obviously did not scan for the correct item. 2)the cashier did not read the ticket to make sure the order was correct when it was questioned. 3) yelling across the store, REALLY!! Thats why all the employees wear those personal coms. 4) OK, The order was wrong, the customer is standing at the register waiting for the correction, over 10 minutes. Lets correct it immediately. 5) customer had to go make the correction herself. I know that this store has had some problems with staffing, it is obvious when you are in the store, but really. Even though there are 2 other stores that are farther away, they may be getting my business , not this one.

I went in the day after Christmas, so there wasnt a lot on the shelves, but what was there had pretty good discounts and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful.

Fun place to go and look at fabric. I like that they carry minky there, and they have started carrying a larger selection of better quality quilting fabric as well. Their sales are good and so are their coupons.

The store is great, but don’t trust their online service. Paid $20 for 2-3 day shipping and had to wait 2 extra days. If I wanted that then I could have said $7 by ordering 4-6 business day shipping. The times I got were GARBAGE, there’s no dimensions online for what I ordered so I took a gamble and shouldn’t have. Fabric was crazy threaded and falling apart. Don’t ever order through their online service if you can help it.

Just went there last night, on Friday 7/26/19, for sewing notions, new thread, cording, cute tote bags & pillows.Just like the old location, the new building reeks of cheap imported plastic goods much more than fabric.The cutting table area did not even have small bags in which to put my measured & cut cording & small items so the paper slip was lost between there and check out but was on the computer anyway.The staff is helpful, at least two of the women have green hair to match their work aprons, which was rather a surprise, very cute & current & they were very friendly and helpful for what little I needed but I wonder how much sewing experience any of them have. Will have to ask next time~

Best Joann Fabric in North Texas.

I only go there when I need something I cant find at Hobbey Lobby. Usually Im looking for zippers. They have lots of zippers but not coil zippers that are long enough for jackets.

Always have remnants. Lots of selection of fabrics.

Very friendly! Very helpful! Great selection! Great sales! You can find assosiates anywhere ready to help! Theyre always ready and happy to help! They also have a changing table and room enough in the bathroom for a cart. Having 2 kids ages 4 & 2 this is nice because were dealing with potty training and i can leave my younger one in the cart buckled up and help my older one go. Its a very nice, helpful place!

I gave this location 2 stars because at least I found the specific print that I needed in order to complete my project - otherwise, it wouldve been one. I purchased my online, paid in advance, and went to the store for the curbside pickup that all the emails advertise. Theres even a big banner outside of the store suggesting their curbside service - purchase online, call when you arrive, & someone will bring out your order. Now, this store was not busy, per cars in the lot, and I saw only 2 people every 8 and four people exit while I was waiting, so I was not impressed by their lack of service. I called, from the curb, and spoke with someone at 6:16pm; she said shed have someone bring my order right out. Tick tock tick tock. Fifteen minutes later, at 6:31pm, I went in - I had to leave my car running because my dog was riding along, since it was supposed to be curbside service. There was one associate at the register, helping the one customer checking out. I saw only one other customer as I scanned the store for personnel and proceeded to the checkout. My order was right in view, and the associate knew nothing of what I was saying when I explained that 15 minutes prior someone told me on the phone that order would be right out. Its not her fault. Whoever too my call failed to follow thru, thus failing to provide the service that the company so excessively advertises. Needless to say, this location is not my location of choice, and isnt close to my home, and because of this experience I will not patronize this location ever again. I hope they do better, for the sake of their other customers. ☹️

I have been looking everywhere for metal hoops for wedding bouquets. Girls yall need to go to Joanns they have everything and if not for sure Michaels will. I will post pics with my finished creations once I make them. I had to get them quick because there wasnt many left.

I want to give a big shout out to Marilyn in the Denton store framing department. She is a very creative sensitive person who was able to pull my art project together making it a fabulous. Without her suggestions and skills I would never have had such a wonderful end result. I would return to her in a heartbeat, to work on any future endeavors.

Joann Fabrics hosts my daughters girl scout meetings and it is wonderful. However I personally dont do much shopping here my wife on the other hand shops here regularly. Great store.

Joanns is the best place to get fabric by the yard, if you are crafty enough to know what to do with it. So many awesome patterns that make you smile. Also tons of other craft things but fairly high prices unless youre financially well-off or have a gift card.

Staff are insanely friendly and helpful, deals are great, check out the app... Seriously! Got 60% off my item, I didnt even know there was one until I was told by an associate, very worth it

The only reason I rated 3 stars is because I suffer sticker shock every time I go in. They usually have what I think I;m looking for or at least I walk away with a better understanding of what I want.

The best part about Joanns in my opinion are their coupons and app. You get insane discounts all the time on neat stuff. Their website isnt bad, either. The Denton store is a bit chaotic in its layout, and the staff is sometimes pretty dismissive, but overall not bad. Dig around and youll find something cool.

I know someone who was a full time student college who worked here and were yelled at for no good reason, made to do pointless and overwhelming tasks, and worked long hours and overall mistreated. Whether you want to work here or shop her it be best to bring your business somewhere else.

They have such good sales on all their products!! And not too mention coupons to use on top of that in their app. They are so friendly and helpful everytime I go in.

As Im 53 its not easy seeing or getting the fabric. Their fabric is at eye level and very well organized, their yarn is also easy to reach and well stocked. Even though I live 5 minutes from the Lewisville Joanns I will start going to the Denton store (20-30 min) away for my major shopping.
