I would 10/10 recommend!! Not only were they very welcoming upon first entering the establishment, they get work done in a very timely manner which anyone can appreciate! The color of the truck was changed from the factory color without my knowledge. When I picked it up it was clearly two different colors. I expected a low quality paint job so I was not too disappointed when I saw the final product. But there were parts of the truck that are exposed that did not even get painted. I was missing pieces of hardware that I had to buy to put the truck back together. This is the most amateur paint job I have ever seen. I should have found a high school shop class, they probably would have paid better attention to the basics.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Maaco in Denton. Lane and the owner of this business were nothing shy of the best. Professional, on time, helpful, and sent me pictures of updates. They did a phenomenal job on painting my truck, and have earned a customer for life.

Lane and Maaco in Denton blew me away with the level of service, value, and quality of the paint job on my 18 yr. Old daughters car. It looks brand new. Mirror finish like you see in a car show. Birthday present for daughter, and she was thrilled with it and now loves her car.They went above and beyond with other small aesthetic details like window moldings and lights and mirrors without me even asking to give the car an overall new appearance. Had my car bumper painted . Took no more than six months for the paint to bubble up and break apart. Called the shop , they told me for the price I paid they can’t do anything. Really?? Had to get it professionally done again .

I brought my 93 fox body mustang in to these guys and was not disappointed. With sun, hail, and general damage from age these guys were able to help me pick out the exact color I wanted and essentially make my car look brand new again. Nelson did a great job helping me stay within budget, while still doing exactly what I came to these guys for. I am not disappointed, and definitely will be coming back to this location should I ever need any other body work done.

Had an old 2004 Buick century that is still a great car but crashed the front fender. Told Adam at maaco I wanted it fixed cheap as possible. Long story short. More than happy with the results. The staff here are AMAZING. They happily helped me through a huge fiasco with my car and insurance company and lots of complications. Adam, Paul, and Nelson are all very nice and just extremely helpful. In the end, I actually didnt even end up paying Maaco any money, but the staff was absolutely great to me regardless of that fact. I will most definitely be returning here for any future collision repair or painting. If you appreciate customer care and customer service, this is absolutely the place to go.

Typically I like to take my car to smaller shops to have work done, but after seeing two local shops in Denton I decided to get a quote from Maaco. First of all, the employees here were extremely helpful and nice. It was a huge contrast from the vibe I got over at Weaver Wisdom. Secondly, they were cheaper! That was a bit unexpected, and made me worry a bit. I dropped off my bumper for paint and when I got it back it had a great finish, and matched perfectly. I would definitely come back here for any body/finish work.

Sometimes you gotta go with the Mom and Pop places — other times, it pays to stick with the big league boys who’ve access to a bigger supply of resources to get the job done. With this place, I got the best of both worlds. World class customer service and an exceptional job with the car. Stopped by Maaco to have them see if my Tahoes passenger side door panel could be repaired, it was almost being ripped off when I opened the door. While they were not able to replace clips without ripping off the panel and replacing it with a new, $500 panel, the body guy was able to inconspicuously put in 3 screws to hold it . I may end up replacing the panel, but for now the repair is just what I needed. While he was working on it, the battery drained just enough to not be able to turn over, they had to jump it. As I drove off, I noticed the airbag light was on and the radio was on but silent . Long story short, I returned to Maaco and they fixed the Tahoe. The airbag light was simply a code that needed to be cleared due to the battery. The radio, well, that required some brainstorming. The mechanic did find a Chevy bulletin regarding Bluetooth silencing the radio when trying to connect (I guess after being jumped?). All that trouble and everyone remained helpful and pleasant. I left better off than when Id arrived.

Took our van to Maaco after a collision caused the passenger side front corner to be out of shape. Insurance estimated it to be a $1000 job. Maaco estimated it to be $3000, handled all supplemental raising process with Insurance, gave us a ride back home, and completed the job fairly quickly - great quality workmanship, painting and glass job. Professionals, polite and caring. Would go back if needed.

After shopping around in different body shops I decided to fix my lexus IS 2015 at Maaco. The left back door and bumper of the car were hit in a parking lot. I brought a Customized Skyline in to get repainted and experienced a bit of grief. First I showed Randall how to open up the Lamborghini doors. Unfortunately he failed to inform the workers which managed to rip the door open a tear the piston from the well on the steel frame. When it came time to pick the car up no one told me about the damage to my car. I open the door and it drops 4 inches down and I tell Craig the owner who replies I dont know anything about how the work is down I just own the place and like cars. Bring it back next week and tell Randall. I do this and they try to say that this was how it was when they received the car which I have 14 employees and associates all saw the car prior to me dropping it off since this is my baby and I have kept this car mint. Well after them taking it back for 3 more weeks I get it back with the door the same way as when they broke it and two of the paint errors were fixed with 23 others not even touched and the door worse than before except they deny doing anything wrong.Well, If you have a clunker they do a decent enough paint job but if you have anything you value bring it somewhere else. I have no problem if anyone wants to look me up under the Wise Ash Lounge and conact me because this is exactly how it happened. Now thee courts will sort it out.

Lane and all of the staff at Maaco were excellent during the repairs of my car. They dealt with the less than cooperative insurance company of the person responsible for hitting me. They helped alleviate the stress and frustration I was feeling due to this insurance company. I got my car back today and it looks great! I would definitely recommend the Denton Maaco location to anyone needing collision repairs.

I love the employess over at Macco! I brought my 1978 Nova to their shop to be painted, and with no hesitation a family bond started to build. They made me feel like family from the introduction. Maaco Did a wonderful Job on repairing my rear Bumper on My Mercedes. I highly recommend this shop and staff all are very professional.

Dropped my car off on June 21st went to pick it up on the 1st of July only to find that the fender they painted was not blended into the door or hood. When I bought it to the employees attention he stated I told them not to blend into the hood and door which is complete nonsense. Now they want to charge me to prep and paint it. I will be contacting my insurance company and I will never go back to Macco nor recommend them to anyone.

The service is good and efficient however it does take awhile for you to get your car worked on so that was disappointing but overall very happy

Terrible service and poor quality work. Kept the car for 2 weeks longer than they said. The part on the car that was replaced was done poorly and the painting was already peeling. The weather stripping was not glued or fastened to the car appropriately. And they tried to tell me that it was normal for the paint to peel on the edges. Do not bring your car here.

Got an estimate from Service King and Herbs Auto Body both in Frisco. Service King was professional and courteous - but full price - i.e. replace every part. Herbs was even higher, and they did not appear interested in my business. Took it to Maaco in Denton and spoke with the new owner Adam - he worked with me on what made sense to replace and what could be repaired since my car is not new - saved close to 40% over Service King, more over Herbs. And the work came out great. I will be back on my next collision... ;)
