I had the best service ever today. I was offered an upgrade today from my phone that barely works, with a much better service plan, and overall better operation and hardware. The staff are very kind and cooperative, and Mark was especially helpful. He worked with me to find a solution to my pending ticket and get the best opportunities out of my visit. Pricing is reasonable for my budget and the location is convenient for me because its easy to get to through Walmart and you can get groceries while your phone gets repaired. Great workers! My screen was cracked pretty badly and they repaired my iphone screen in less than 30 minutes and it looks brand new. I’m very happy with how fast they got me in and out.

I went there to get my iPhone 11 screen repaired because the front and back were cracked. It took 30 min and it looked brand new. Absolutely loved their customer service as well, they were very friendly.

Was able to help me out even when i thought my computer was lost they told me what was wrong with it but i did not want to repair my old pc so they helped me build a new one and if i wanted something else they easily just said ok to whatever i wanted and made it happen i love my new pc.

These guys are great. Took them 30 minutes to replace my daughters screen. Very good customer service and prices. I had an issue with the phone a couple of days later that may or may not have been related to the screen replacement but they still took care of it with no cost to me. I will go to them again.

Awesome people and awesome customer service. My note 20 ultra broke and the place samsung said to take it to actually broke my phone more. Mark was able to come back behind the Samsung techs and fix my phone to working order. They even stayed an hour after closing to help make sure I got my device back. Dont waste your time with other cell phone repair places and get your device fixed right the first time! 12/10 would recommend.

Awesome costumer services and got my son phone fix in 1hour 30 minutes pretty fast very friendly

Brought a Laptop in for thermal paste replacement simply because I didnt feel like doing it. Get laptop take it home, Instantly overheats. I take it apart and notice it wasnt applied correctly and looked like it was rushed like it was involved in some type of speed competition where application didnt matter. I take it apart myself and simply spread the thermal paste with a q tip. Good as new. Wasted 60 dollars, I could of just done it myself.

This place ripped me off. Tried to charge me 5% more when I wanted to use a card then lied about the price. The guy also did sub par work. When I asked for a refund the store refused and was very rude about it. There is no policy anywhere in the store at all to warn you. ——— THERE IS A STORE A QUARTER MILE DOWN THE ROAD CALLED CELLULAR STUFF. A SWEET OLD LADY RUNS IT AND THE PRICES ARE BETTER. ———. I even called the sheriffs office to see if there was anything I could do to get my money back , the guy told me to write a review and warn people that’s about it. Also this wasn’t the first time someone called about this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.

If I could not place a star I would. I brought my iPad in about a year ago to have the battery replaced because it wouldn’t stay charged. While replacing they broke my digitizer and replaced it with a white one. I told them I wanted it the way I had it Black digitizer. Sooo a couple of days turned into over a week. By iPad still doesn’t stay charged like its suppose to. Sooo I don’t think they even put a new battery in. Charged over 100 bucks

Multiple delays on repairs, different excuses as to why, and massive failure to communicate. After a long discussion with the owner about this I thought this was resolved. However, Two days in a row Mark has promised to call me with an update and never done so. As we speak, I have no idea if my device has started to be repaired (after over a week), or when it will be repaired, or if the new part is also defective, or if he has a tech to do the work, etc. etc. etc. I brought them this business because I wanted to give business to a local small business and not a national chain. I’ve never been so let down and disappointed. I honestly feel disrespected at this point. Show some respect and return your customers calls with an update, at the very least. Especially when repairs are delayed like this. So I highly discourage others from using this company. Seek out other local small businesses. I’m sure they’ll be thankful for the opportunity and more than willing to help, unlike the people at Tech Genius who can’t even call you back.

I had one repair with excellent service and then went back. However, when I returned a second time with a different phone all of my data was lost after two weeks of being stalled and postponed. Very disappointed that I trusted them and all of my data, they assured me they saved never was saved. They did agree after two phone calls to refund me, for that I am very appreciative.
