She took her time and help me and my husband find what was suitable for us from that right price to the right mattress. We really like this store and the employees that we have had contact with. My wife and I ordered a Serta mattress and box springs several weeks ago. Taylor G. was our sleep consultant. We could not have asked for a more helpful, more knowledgeable, more professional and more friendly person. She was awesome and I don’t say that a lot. The only issue was that the mattresses were ready for delivery before our new bed was. We had them to go ahead and deliver them but 2 weeks later we still had no bed. My wife talked to Taylor several times and found out that Mattress Direct had a relatively inexpensive bed frame available. I stalled until one morning, my wife said she was done sleeping on our old bed/mattress. She called Taylor that morning and we were on our way to buy a new bed frame shortly. Taylor again was awesome. She told us about the different ones available and even made a suggestion for us. We bought the one she suggested, Logan helped load it into our Jeep, got home, easily put it together, put our new mattresses (and new sheets from there also) on the frame. And I must say we both had one of the best nights sleep in years. We will be recommending this store and Taylor to anyone who will listen. Honestly will never ever buy a mattress from here again! Best believe. Taylor made it seem like we could have affordable monthly payments and we ended up more less stuck with a 300/month note. We should have left when I went out to the car the first time.

It there were a way to give Zero Stars, I would. The customer service here is a joke. They make you sleep on a mattress for 42 days before they will even entertain an exchange. The REFUSE to give refunds no matter what. Get a Sleep Number!!! Best mattresses around and they actually CARE about their clients.

I went in to window shop only. I don’t do impulse buys so I’m just shopping around for deals. I bought a new king bedroom set that’ll be delivered soon, but I already have a queen set I’m currently using, so I’m in no rush to buy. I was completely confused about buying a mattress these days, considering I haven’t purchased a mattress in like 15 years. There’s so many to choose from and Taylor, who was the only sales representative in the store, was amazing. She explained all the different types of mattresses, along with telling me which ones would help with back pain, sleep apnea, snoring, and a host of other things, while being extremely bubbly and happy about mattresses…on top of juggling 2 other customers. She knows a lot about her work and she takes pride in her job. So when I left the store and got in my car, with paperwork in hand and a set delivery date, I thought to myself,…DAMN!…she got me! But I can’t complain because I really loved the mattress and the deal I received. Thanks Taylor for your knowledge and help.

Went in after seeing the commercial about the tax free weekend, met Ben Watson and told him what we had in mind for our new bed. Ben was friendly and professional, also knowledgeable about their inventory. Helped us get exactly what we wanted and got a great price too. Only reason for four stars, we have to wait two weeks for delivery and the interior of the place could use a overhaul.
