Went in to get a tire looked at. Due to tire pressure light coming on. The wait wasnt long. They got in and out in less than 1hr. They found the issue and fixed the tire.The staff was very friendly and professional. Will recommend. Cornell is a expert!

Brought my car to get all 4 tires balanced. They were done incorrectly and I couldnt drive over 45mph. Brought it back for them to redo and were done incorrectly again. I thought there was something else wrong with my car. I brought it to a different shop and they told me the tires were balanced wrong. They fixed them and it drives fine now. I trusted them with my car when I was 9 months pregnant and they put me on the road in an unsafe car. I will never bring my car back to them.

Awesome customer service! We were trying to make it to Franklinton, LA for a family emergency. Not only were they fast but Kenneth and Kimberly lifted our spirits while we waited!

Great service. Great people. Very helpful. Very willing to figure it out when something stupid like your lug locks are on and your car does not contain the key unlock them. Even though getting it off was probably extremely frustrating, they got my tire off, patched the place where the nail had gotten into it, and did it all with a smile and advice about how to get the rest unlocked before I have this issue again. I highly recommend.

I had a 9 am appointment at the NTB in Denham Springs to get an oil change & tire rotation. I was told at check-in my tires would be rotated. The service took 1 1/2 hours, AND at check-out, I found out my tires had not been rotated. I only found this out because I asked. I was told they did not need to be rotated. Regardless, I should have been given the option to make that decision. When I got back home I took a careful look at my tires and it was clear that the front tires on my front-wheel-drive car were much more worn than the back ones. My tires absolutely needed rotating. So it was either gross incompetence or dishonesty on the part of NTB.

Tires isnt fun to buy. But TJ got me in and out!!!

I went into ntb not really knowing what type of tires I needed. Or anything about an alignment. When I say the service was wonderful. They took there time with me , explained to me what I needed and what it was for. They educated me on the different products. I didn’t feel as if they were just trying to get my money! I felt as if I was family and they cared. They didn’t rush me when I made a decision and they assured me they would take care of my vehicle. The service was done in a timely manner and I still had time to run my errands. Thank you so much and keep up the excellent job. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I went in to for two new tires and an oil change. It took almost 10 days for them to even get the tires for my car when they expressively stated it would take two upon ordering them. When they finally did change my tires, they apparently added some things I did not agree to and charged me for it; and in the end, I had to pay for things I did not need or give permission for. I, as a rule, never leave negative reviews but this wasn’t professional or acceptable. I just wish I brought my car anywhere else.

Dropped our truck off for a 10 am appointment to get a tire patched, here it is almost 1pm and it wasnt even started. They gave me the appointment, when I stopped in, no one was in the office so when I call still no answer

12:30 appointment for tire rotation and front end alignment...it is now 4:52 Im sitting in the lobby and have only been engaged one time when I was asked if someone checked me in..no other updates

Worst experience ever! If I could give zero stars I would.Went here to get my brake pads done. We made an appointment for the next day at 10:30 and got quoted $180.Next day. Its $180 per axle. Duh. Misunderstanding...ok. Well wait for this to get done. We are then informed the caliper needed to be replaced on one side. A $200 piece. Plus all the labor we are looking at over $700 for the job. Our vehicle was fine rolling in but ok...This piece supposedly needed to come from Napa. Never did we see a delivery of the part but 5 hours later our truck was done. The last hour was just waiting for thr part. So it took this shop 4 hours to replace brake pads!They did not communicate any progress unless we asked what was going on. The service techs seemed to just be hanging out or leaving to get snacks.The amount of time this whole process took was absolutely ridiculous.

Called for an appointment at 10:00 am. Asked lady on phone for prices and how long it would take. She said 30-45 min. I agreed to that time and scheduled an appointment. Had an appointment for a front end alignment at 2:00pm on 8/29/2020. Was there for 1:45pm. Waited there till 5:30pm before I took my keys back because nothing was done. They just said “ you are next. “ I can’t speak on the service performance because nothing was done to my truck. I did see another guy getting a new tire for his 3/4 ton truck. He arrived the same time I did. They put the wrong tire on his truck and had to drive to a Baton Rouge location to get the correct tire. He was still sitting there when I left at 5:30pm for one tire. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

This place had an exceptional staff that did everything in there power to get me back on the road. It included one of the guys offering me a ride if I got in a bind. The tires I got came from a knowledgeable base of knowing his product. Everyone here was helpful when I came and might come back just for the customer service.

Brought Wheel and Tire to be changed out. Gave all the paperwork to them, sign all the paperwork from warranty. Been 3 weeks hadn’t heard back from anyone. Every time I call they tell me they call me back or get the manager call back and I never get a call back. Very unorganised not recommend to any of my family or friends. Definitely last time ever doing business with them.

Worst tire buying experience of my life. Don’t ever ever bring your vehicle here. Prices may seem competitive but the service technicians are horrible and take hours to do anything. I had an appointment and still waited 3.5 hours to get a set of tires put on and they only had 3 vehicles in the shop. Then, as soon as I left, my low tire light came on so I called them to tell them I was coming back to see what the problem was. They said no don’t come back it was to close to closing time and they weren’t going to stay late. They said to be there for opening the next morning. I arrived 10 minutes before store opening the next day and neither the technicians (nor the service manager) was on time. 45 minutes after opening time they showed up and put my vehicle on the rack and discovered they had damaged 2 tire sensors While installing my tires the day before. It then proceeded to take them 3.5 hours more to remove 2 tires fix the sensors and put them back on. Most of the time you could see the technicians just standing around talking with tires laying on the ground. And while I was waiting 2 more customers came in with problems they had with installation as well. Believe me, if it only costs a little more to get your tires somewhere else Go there. If not plan on spending most of the day at the shop and probably having something wrong where you have to come back for them to fix it. Worst tire buying experience of my life.

I’ve given NTB Denham Springs three tries and received HORRIBLE service on all three visits.On my first visit I had to deal with a salesman who didn’t have time for my needs. He ignored me standing directly in front of him and didn’t even acknowledge I was there for 20 minutes.The second visit I had a salesman mad that my appointment was so late in the afternoon. He then tried to talk me into moving my appointment to a different day. I then had to go to a different tire store for leaking valve stems due to a bad tire installation.Today, after waiting almost a half hour for someone to not me and another lady in the store (and final try at NTB service), an appointment I made on Friday was not showing on their computer.I should also let everyone know that all three visits have happened within two months of each other and there was a different manager and salesman each visit. Apparently turnover is the norm at this store. Find somewhere else to get your vehicle serviced.

Good place, nice employees. they were opened the day after Christmas! I needed an alignment done and they got it done.

Last weekend, some jerk ran me off the side of the interstate and I ended up with a flat tire. Most places I tried were either closed or too busy to replace the tire. I spoke with Mr. Ken at NTB and he went above and beyond (he even stayed late) to make sure the tire was taken care of. There was one slight snafu (the hubcap was accidentally left off) but I returned the following business day and they put it right back on for me.Highly recommended. Great job, Mr. Ken!

This location is probably the best NTB I have ever been to. They were quick to diagnose the problem with my vehicle, quick with honest answers and problem solving strategies, they offered to explain everything multiple times not only to me but to my husband when I couldnt accurately describe it. They went above and beyond for me and my car. The manager Sam was exceptional in service, manners, and had my car to me faster than I could have imagined. Honest, reputable, will go back again.

I will never use this shop again for alignment. They do not print out the before and after sheet of the alignment. This is important information and I paid for it. Their excuse is the printer is not working. That to me is not a valid excuse, GET IT FIX or don’t offer alignment service.

Quoted price for battery, stopped in assuming installation came with it (overpriced but close enough considering coupon and not having to install myself) and was given a price which included $65 for installation. 😂 $10 job maybe?Friendly service for a patch job a few days prior, but kind of pricey as well and was told maybe the patch will hold, which makes more sense now. Wont be back. Installed a battery once I got back to some tools, saved some money in the end so thanks I guess.

Had an amazing visit. Don’t see what people are talking about in some of these bad reviews. First most vehicles (newer) come with both shocks and struts. So your family of mechanics must have all been untrained to say you can only have one or the other. More importantly newer struts and shocks don’t leak. They are made not to. There are many signs of bad struts or shocks not just leakage. I was a mechanic but was severely hurt and cannot fix cars anymore. I trust them and they explained why cost are more. It’s a pro installing and it comes with a nation wide warranty. Second, some get mad tires can’t get repaired? Anything past the last rib of a tire isn’t patchable, if tread is too low you can’t repair. Maybe some should check to see if the shop repairing these tires, is actually following policy or if their guys in the back are just doing it because they aren’t trained. Repairs take time, things come up. You could have wheels rusted on and couldn’t come off, that is why an estimate is estimated time if everything was in a perfect state with no issues being presented. Relax and let them work, you rush car work and you may end up in a bad situation because you want fast. I hope you read because this shop does it right and right isn’t always fast.

Twice either my wife or myself went there to have a simple tire repair due to a nail in the tire. Both times they stated that the tire could not be fixed and needed new tire. Each time we refused and went elsewhere. Each time, the tires were repaired by another tire center within tire safety regulations with no problems. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HONEST!!! STEER CLEAR!!

I have been to the Denham Springs location twice recently. Staff is nice, but each time the wait time turned into double and triple the time stated. Please stop understating wait time!! Its not good business. I was told it would take 1 hour for new tires and an alignment and it was 3 hours and 15 minutes.

Had an appointment for 3:00. Was told the installation of tires would take about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. They didn’t even get my car into a bay until after 4:30. Didn’t leave the place until 6:15. Asked the manager if it was normally this bad and he said they had several people out. I asked if maybe he thought they should let people know that instead of making appointments they knew they wouldn’t be able to keep. He apologized and offered to take $10 off of the price.While I appreciated the apology, my time was worth more than $10. But if that was all he could do, then ok.However, I attempted 3 calls over the next week to the regional manager (His name and phone number was posted on the counter with a sign that says “Please call if not completely satisfied” or some such thing.) He never returned my call, even though I left two messages.The tires may have been a little cheaper (maybe $40) once the installation was done, but it just wasn’t worth it.Better customer service would have been appreciated. I doubt I’ll go back.To be fair, the tires are of expected quality and seem to be properly installed and aligned.

Workers left grease on my dash. Also, the next morning, I have a plastic bracket under my car lose and almost dragging the ground that certainly wasnt like that before bringing my car to them. They also tried to say my alignment was off and Ive never had a problem with that. I DO NOT recommend anyone taking there car to NTB in Denham Springs. Beware.

Well - it appears my days of being a customer of National Tire and Battery have come to an end. I went in for a routine oil change, no issue there. While there they told me that I needed new rear struts ( said they were on their last leg and leaking) that cost was quoted at $456. They also told me that I needed front and rear brakes and was quoted $525.I told them not to do the work. I have a trusted mechanic that I utilize for such situations. Brought my vehicle to my trusted mechanic and he gave it an evaluation - he informed me that my struts were still in good condition and not leaking. Regarding the brakes, he did say that they were starting to wear thin and quoted me $309 to perform the work ( a difference of $216)....and the additional $456 for repairs that were not needed.Sorry NTB - you have lost my trust now.Did you even change my oil? Now I wonder

Went for a tire and was told I needed $1000 of work. Was told I had an oil pan leak,( it was actually my transmission pan) since I have the side mount engine. Was told I need shocks and struts on the back. I have shocks, you only have one or the other. Felt like the guy was trying to take advantage of me because Im a female. Have not and will not be back. I grew up in a family of mechanics, both men and women.

Will never go to NTB ever again!! Ive been going to NTB since I moved to Denham area in September. 1st incident in Jan. a week after my oil change half of my oil was missing. The most recent incident they changed my oil and did the 15 point or 12 point something like that. inspection on my car like they are supposed to do. But 2 days later my 5 year old scion overheated on my way home. It was bone dry of coolant. I brought it back up there and they put WATER in it. NEVER EVER AGAIN will i bring any of my vehicles near this establishment.

Went to NTB in Denham Springs. I don’t normally leave reviews but a customer said something that really bothered me. He had a nail in the sidewall that couldn’t be fixed the manager Deon told him it can’t and he started cursing and saying he was going to leave a bad review. So you never really know if a review is true or not unless you see both sides. I, on the other hand, had a great experience. A little long on the wait but I understand they have to lift the vehicle, do the work safely and then put it back. I know it took a while to find my slow leak. Super small nail. But over all great experience. Anyone can have a bad day and take it out wherever they are. So never believe anything you hear or read and half of what you see. There are always 2 sides.

I got a quote from both of them to mount some tires NTB $33.99 is what they told me Mavis was $22.99 per tire. So.i was looking into all NTB services and there all way over priced. So its good to pay for quality but when the competition has the same quality but cheaper prices you lose. I am disappointed with NTB

Quite satisfied with the service I received. Two weeks after my new tires were installed I went back and asked them to help identify the source of a minor vibration. They diagnosed the problem as a bent rim and charged nothing for several employees looking for the problem. They were right on. After a rim repair the vibration was gone. Ill be going back to them again. And, no, I am not related to nor do I personally know any of the employees. This was my first time to ever do business with them.

Wasnt as impressed as some of the other reviews. A certain quote for materials & installation was given to us. My husband made them aware that there is a lock on one of the tires. The rep on the phone said they can take it off, no problem. They called while swapping our tires out to yell us itll be an extra $80 to take the lock off😳 Walmart did this for free when we caught a flat. Misleading...

I run the audio shop directly across the street from these guys, Innovative Audio. They are VERY helpful to hundreds of people weekly.I see so many happy people leaving there, tons of vehicles moving in/out the shop hourly.Its a shame only the negative reviews get posted online, out of the THOUSANDS of vehicles they work on weekly. 1/10,000 being upset isnt bad odds at all.Highly recommend!!

So just picked up my gmc 2500 from having quite a bit of AC work done along with some other mechanic work. I gave 5 stars for overall performance and customer service. I have been going to many different NTB locations and keep coming back. I am wary of going to other businesses. This was my first visit to the Denham Springs store and I definitely recommend them should you be looking for a good mechanic shop. Raymond, Muhammad, Sam and Travis were all very friendly and helpful. I will continue using NTB.

Called with questions about appt. Twice. Was told that i would recieve a call back and never did. Guys acted like they did not have time to help me . I do not recommend.

Went there one Monday morning between 8 and 8:30 for them to do a simple 20 to 30 minute tire patch and turned out to be a 4 1/2 hour job because the tire that was leaking air, one lug nut out of the five was bigger than all the others. Now Im no mechanic, but I was darn sure that all my lug nuts are all the same size with no doubts. I dont want to be there for no 4 1/2 hours for them to do a 20 to 30 minute tire patch.

Ashley helped me and my car. A very nice experience overall with free coffee or hot chocolate straight from a Krueger maker, tv, spacious clean waiting lounge and staff who tell you, straight up, whats wrong with your vehicle. Thank you.

Weve made two appointments in the last 3 days for a new tire and both times they couldnt/wouldnt get it done. Waited a half hour the first time before asking why they werent working on the car. We were told it was because the workers had left. So they gave us a new appointment for 2 days later, I waited 1 hour before being told the same story. And this is after seeing employees swarming all over the place when I first arrived. I cant get them to take my business. This time I asked the manager to please either get someone working on my vehicle or give me my keys back...and he immediately chose to give me my keys. He said hes sorry, but...he must not be because he keeps doing the same thing.

Great Service and ok on time completion, I’m understanding of issues that arise. I can’t help laughing at the guy with who did his own work :) maybe it was user error that screwed up the installation of parts not the alignment. Most cars can only be adjusted for toe cuz it’s a strut suspension. Oh well. That’s why I don’t work on my cars anymore.

Sam, the manager, is the best. They always do excellent work and take good care of my vehicles. I have been going there since around 2015 and not once has anything been wrong. Even got stuck there one day during Denham Mardi Gras and we all stood out by street and caught beads. Great group of people.

Slow, even with appointment. More concerned with sales than service requested. I brought my vehicle in around 755 am for an 800 am appointment for oil change, rotate and balance tires. . At drop off I left some instructions to cross the front tires because an outside alignment had crossed them and they flare directional tires so that needed to be corrected and I asked for the front end to be greased. I dropped the vehicle since I had some things to tend to. At approximately 1010 I received a call about service they were recommending, which told me my vehicle had been there almost 2 hours before they pulled it in even though I had an appointment. Approximately 1100 am they called to inform the vehicle was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, the bill was wrong (my tires were purchased at this NTB, so rotate and balance is free). After that was fixed, I went and inspected the vehicle and the tires were no crossed as I had I requested. After three hours my vehicle was still not ready. It makes me wonder if my front end was greased at all.UPDATE: The front end was not greased. When I called and spoke to Sam, I told him the service was always slow and I requested the tires crossed to the proper position and front end greased and that it wasnt done, he advised they did not currently have a grease gun and if I didnt like the slow service I could go to another location and hung up on me.Bottom Line: Slow service, worried more about sales than requested service. Rude if you dont like it.

I needed 4 new tires it was 12 pm on a Sat, they just had pulled in a 10 am appointment, he told me he didnt have enough staff to mount & balance my tires, I had bought them then had to bring to walmart, they charged me only $22 total to mount & balance my new tires so Him sending me elsewhere saved me over $100... So their loss, my gain!!

Like everyone said here. DO NOT buy tires from here. Complete trash. Will fall apart within the first week to two weeks in and they will not replace. There is no warranty unless you pay for one. They also won’t give you back your tire even after you specifically asked for them to do so. Figured I’d give this place the benefit of the doubt even after reading reviews. Let this be your warning, just don’t do it unless you want to overpay for them. Extremely disappointed, won’t ever come back here

I took my tire there this morning and was told there were 5 people ahead of me and it would be an hour to hour and half before they could fix it. I told them to call when ready, was asked if they would be mounting it back on the car, I said yes. Well 3 1/2 hours later I had to call them to check on my tire and was told they had not found the leak yet and were filling it with air to watch for leak ad would be back with me shortly. 2 hours later they call and tell me they cannot fix because it was leaking from a previously patched spot and I need to replace it. i told them what tire I wanted and told them to mount it and call when it was ready. again 2 hours went by and I had no call, so I left to go there. When I arrived my tire had been ready but no one called me. The guy starts rolling it to the door and I had to tell him that they are supposed to put it on the car and wasnt that included in the price? So I had to wait another 25 minutes to have it put on the car. When I paid all that was said was sorry it took a while. I replied that I had no idea how they justified 8 hours for a tire!! The manager offered no explanation but told me have a great day! THIS PLACE HAS THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE- DRIVE TO BATON ROUGE OR HAMMOND FOR TIRES

Brought a used tire to them to have put on my truck. the guys working on it obviously did not know how to use a tire machine. fumbled with it for a while and managed to tear the bead of the tire so tire was totally ruined. then was told by manager on duty it was not their fault and could do nothing to make it right. Went back two days later when store manager was present and he after talking with the guy responsible for tearing up my tire that they said were not liable for tearing up a used tire. So thanks to our not friendly Tire Kingdom , I am out $100

This location in Denham Springs, La is very prejudice! Been without a car since January of this year, due to they didn’t put oil in my car ! If you are African American I definitely do not recommend this place !

Person helping was not that attentive nor seemed friendly. Took information but never got decision on credit decision.

Do yourself a big favor and do not buy tires from this company!! I bought 4 Sumi Tour Plus LXT tires from them in June of 2017. They sold me the road hazard warranty and wheel alignment. Within a year and less than 20k miles the inner ware on the front tires is showing the steel with no tread! I spoke to the manager Samuel Norris, he told me that they could not honor the warranty because I did not have the tires rotated and the wheel alignment checked at his store every 3 months. See below their advertised warranty online:PLUS, our Road Hazard Warranty protects you for the life of your tire, assuming we have not already repaired/replaced it, and that it hasnt been sold or put on a different vehicle. If you do not redeem the warranty, it expires when your tires tread reaches 2/32nd of an inch – the end of its usable life.

Great service for me had no problems. of coarse there is people who hate and get mad. then write reviews. if a tire has cut in the side wall guess what it cant be fix. if your dumb ass wife runs over a curb and dent the rim guess what dumbass the rim might like broken. and i hate to say but ever shop has people who hate that shop. so people get your head out of your ass and get over it.

Cheapest place in town for tires. They went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle and make sure it was safe for my baby and I.

Went to the local Tire Kingdom, had an awesome experience, walked in found a friendly staff, they got me in, done, and out quickly. they explained everything fairly , was a little high with the service, but I didnt feel cheated. i just moved here from texas, so maybe Im a little biased. They informed me there was a new manager, new district manager, and a new attitude.

Nice employees, clean waiting lounge, but an hour and a half wait time they gave me was apparently an estimate. A very optimistic estimate. Shouldve made an appointment.

I was assisted by Sam, who was very helpful and extremely professional. The work took a little longer than I would have liked, but I am satisfied with the work that was done.

Been here 2 hours for 1 tire, truck still untouched!! Waiting room hot, my salesman acts like he doesnt want to be here! Ill never by anything here again ever!!! Customer service is awefull!!!
