I highly recommend Mitchels Auto Service & Repair. I had a great experience with this professional team. My vehicle was overheating and losing water at a truck stop a few miles away. They would not work on my truck. I called Mitchells a few minutes before they opened. Not only did they answer the phone, but they were able to get me right in despite being very busy that day. This was especially appreciated because Im an RV transporter and had a trailer attached to my truck. The mechanic (Jeremy) knew what he was doing and was a pleasure to deal with. He diagnosed and repaired my vehicle quickly and I was back on the road with only a short delay. The pricing was reasonable as well. Thanks to the entire staff at Mitchells!

After breaking down on our road trip, our vehicle was towed to Mitchels Auto Service & Repair. They truly did an excellent job of quickly fixing our car and getting it back to us in a timely manner so that we could be back on our way to our final destination. One employee, Jeremy, went above and beyond and took a break from work to pick me up from our hotel across town so that I didnt have to make the long trek walking in the blazing sun back to the repair shop. He definitely earned a MVP Award with us that day! Overall, excellent customer service and I highly recommend this place if you need some car repairs!

Just had a tuneup and the air conditioner serviced. The car is running beautifully and the air conditioner froze us out thanks to Jeremy. Excellent work very professional! We will definitely will be back!

Ony my way back from Florida to California, my car temp guage went really hot, we pulled over, had Justin with the tow truck take us to demind and leave my car/uhaul there overnight until they opened again in the morning. Justin told mitch about us and then in the morning jeremy sais theyd take a look at it, they were going to do some of their other appointments first.Keith showed me everything wrong with my radiator and how it was leaking from the plastic, and the first estimate was pricey and i knew i had to pay no matter what to get home, so i went to the bank, came back and checked on the car and waited for another 30 mins til they finished it all while having good chats with mitch and his wife kristen. When it came to pay, mitch had taken off about $200 or so dollars, little did he know it helped me out so much since i just paid $2000+ to get to California when my friends were little to no help. It made me very happy and my car made it home last night! A 10 hour drive immediately afterwards and shes looking good 😎Thank you mitch!!!! And all the boys who helped!! Made a bad memory in deming a good one :)

I fell onto this Jewel of a shop when we took in my aunts car and my moms they are friendly and do great work you will be seeing me in the near future with my truck thank you Brian who changes the oil Clayton for the tires and Jeremy for the alignments. Very knowledgeable and kept the price low for me. They were upfront at about I could be looking in case if I was prepared for that. They gave me a call with the diagnosis and price of how much to fix it and how long it would take. They were prompt and effective.

I was passing through Deming on a road trip with my family and noticed a squeaking noise from my front end. I called Mitchell’s late in the day and the manager had me come in first thing the next morning. They were able to diagnose my problem quickly to being bad front wheel bearings and made the repairs using top of the line Napa parts that carry a national warranty. Mitchell’s saved me time and money. I would DEFINITELY recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality and timely work in Deming. Best in town!!!

So my water pump went out on my way from ca to texas in the morning i walked to the shop to see what went out. They quickly figured out what needed to be replaced and got me back on thr road in 2 to 3 hrs. They even gave me a ride back to my hotel and picked me up once the work was done. Cant find customer service like that in the big city. These guys really take care of you.

I pull over to find 7 lug nuts missing and two broken studs, five rounded out. Destroyed both wheels and could of been fatal. Had a 40 gooseneck w/10k #s. So we were on our way home back to Austin, TX after a 9 day Spring Break road trip through New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah. We pulled into Deming, NM and noticed our diesel Excursion was running a bit hotter than normal. Since we were towing a travel trailer and still had 10 hours to go, we decided to find a mechanic that could look at our truck. Unfortunately it was Saturday afternoon and every shop we called was closed or couldn’t help us because it was a diesel. Mitchel’s was also closed but Mitch answered anyways and told us he couldn’t help until Monday morning, that was the best offer we’d gotten, the so we were stranded until then (Luckily we had our trailer to stay in). Monday rolled around, we showed up right at 8am, Mitch was there and immediately had his Diesel mechanic, Jeremy attend to us. We discussed possible options after a test drive, fortunately they were able to get the parts needed and in roughly 3 hours our truck was ready to go and working as it should. I can’t thank this shop enough for fitting us in first thing and getting us back on the road, especially with a diesel, powerstrokes aren’t the easiest to work on. We made it home a day late but better late than never! Thanks Mitch and Jeremy.

Mitchell Auto Service gave me a more than fair price for some work I needed done. They set an appointment and worked with my busy schedule. They called when my car was done and did an amazing job. Less than a week later, I had an unrelated weather issue and he was Vale to fix the problem immediately. I highly recommend this service!!

When you need honest work done this is the place to go! Mitch and his crew will take excellent care of you. I was stranded in New Mexico as I was passing through and not only was I helped by Mitch, but he offered me a place to rest, and food. He gave me honest advice about my vehicle, and didnt charge me a dime! He could have easily charged me but saw I was in need and lend a helping hand. Please consider his shop if you are in Deming.

We had a slip indicate light turn on when we were camping at Rockhound State Park. Our mechanic at home suggested we have someone hook up the truck and check the code. We stopped at Mitchells because of the ratings. For a small fee they quickly connected up to check the code, and checked the brake fluid for us. We left with piece of mind and an appreciation for their service.

I broke down 25 miles from Deming and was towed in late at night. The next morning I called Mitchels and was able to get the car fixed quickly even though they were busy and shorthanded. They got me back on the road pretty fast. Excellent customer service, reasonable price, solid work.

Honest place for repairs. Fair labor rates, nice knowledgeable people. Afterrepairing my front-end steering problem they test drove my RV and found a problem with one of my rear tires. I had them replace the tire that saved me a blow out down the road.

Traveling through New Mexico, my car started behaving badly. Despite being booked up, Michael.s took charge and fixed me up in short order. The mechanics that I talked to were great people and very knowledgeable. They aren’t afraid to refer you out if they think someone else is better suited to do the job. ..which happened (tire problem) but when the tire installer noticed a transmission leak, Michaels got me right in and fixed it in quick time, getting me back on the road again. Thanks Michael’s, I really lucked out when I found you!

I highly recommend this shop. I was travelling from Los Angeles to Austin, TX when I struck a huge jack rabbit head-on. The collision took out my splash shield and punctured my radiator. After having a bad experience with another local shop, who tried to take ME for a ride, Mitch located a new radiator and was able to get me back on the road. He was very understanding of my situation and did honest work. He reassured my faith that there are good people out there who arent going to take advantage of a bad situation simply for a profit. Thank you Mitch.

I had to stop here twice when traveling from out of town to Silver City. The first time they were too busy, but kindly directed me to several other nearby auto shops. I had some work done but still had issues so came back to Mitchel’s a few days later for their opinion on my engine issue. They helped me right away, even though I didn’t have an appointment and came during lunch-time. They were patient in explaining their findings to me, how the other shop had incorrectly assessed the issue, and ordered the new parts I needed. I was happy with the service and was able to get home safely and haven’t had an issue since. I should note they were working on my VW Tiguan - not all shops will work on German cars, so it can be difficult when you encounter issues and are traveling through an unfamiliar area. I’d recommend them!
