I am confident when I go to a Sherwin Williams store that I am going to find the item I need. The personnel are very knowledgeable and helpful. I prefer to shop at specialty stores like Sherwin Williams. Because paint, and other associated items, is what they sell not combined with clothing and/or food products

I needed more touch up paint for my walls so I walked in knowing exactly what I needed. I was ignored completely by two employees for at least 5 minutes until one finally decided to wait on me. There were no other customers in the store. If it wasnt such a hassle to match the color in a different brand or drive to a different Sherwin store I would have.

Staff was knowledgeable and advised me on my purchases. They were trying to help me find what I needed as opposed to trying to make a sale . I appreciate that and will continue to visit this store when I plan on bigger purchases as well.

A tik tok guy was trying to help your company by showing others how cool paint really is and how creative paint can be and the higher ups basically ruined the kids full potential. You’re management is sad, and I will no longer buy paint from here any longer.

The man at the store was less than helpful related to different paint types and sheens. I asked about self stick wallpaper, he gave no real answer as to availability. It seemed as though he did not want to be there.
