Great store. Fantastic array of instruments and amps. Accessories are plentiful and very reasonable. Al and Jake are always willing to help and they are great at listening and sharing musical stories. Nice to stop in and visit even when I dont really need anything. A nice asset to downtown

Great little guitar shop. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They are more into getting what you are looking for then getting what they think you should have. Jake & AL have bent over backwards to help me over the last few months, where the big box stores fall way short. Cross strings with talk with you and get the process moving in your musical direction. I have purchased 3 guitars from them in the Last 5 months. Great little place do yourself a favor and just pop in to see what they have to offer.

I do not recommend I walked in the guitar store and said I was going to hopefully be able to try an epiphone for my band but the guy at the front said I don’t this so and I walked out of the store with my $600 that they didn’t get. felt very rude but the first time I came in I was greeted by a young gentleman who was helpful I don’t recommend until the old man solution is solved!

Showed up at 11:05am on a Friday to find the store was still closed. Very disappointed. Go to Guitar Center, Sam Ash or order on Amazon.

I wouldnt buy or receive service from here ever again. Its managed by two people. The owner seems to enjoy insulting people and laughing at them for no reason, and his son seems antisocial. Every time I went into their shop I had a bad experience, and they just dont care about their clients; its all about the money. They leave the shop consistently and are closed when they are supposed to be open. Do yourself a favor and purchase strings, repairs, or accessories elsewhere. Every business is out for profit, but this business is a lot worse. They will disrespect, and even patronize you. The owner is implying that I am a liar, or I make fake reviews but I dont. I felt uncomfortable in cross strings and I wanted to share my opinion. You can judge the atmosphere and service for yourself. My other reviews are not a joke.

Awesome little Music Store! You feel like family when you walk in. They sincerely care about your needs and never try to sell you something just to make a dime. Always my first choice when shopping anything guitar or needing repairs.

Atrocious service, the kid working there seems to think it’s his own personal music studio. He has no regard for customers or helping anyone. I would never go back again, much less spend my money there.

Cool little place, kinda hidden but they have some nice stuff inside. Unique selection of Picks. Guitars and Amps and music things.

Al is a good dude, and a good friend. It has been a pleasure watching his business grow. He is my go-to for Strings, picks, and all the other guitar necessities.
