Great customer service! They definitely go above and beyond to meet your needs. Example- I called at 4:58 p.m. on a Friday to see if I could pick up my glasses well, they close at 5 p.m. but, Sarah (#1) 😊 without hesitation said Its ok go ahead and come I will wait on you I was definitely impressed and 100% grateful for that, when I get there Sarah(#2) was also there and she made my glasses fit perfect 👌 😀 So, thank you guys so MUCH!!

Absolutely Awful. This place is NOT kid friendly. They were so incredibly rude with my children. I scheduled an appointment for all 3 and they asked if my kids could follow instructions and then told me to sit down. They also said they were NOT doing all three kids in one day when I scheduled for all three!! How dare you. If you dont like your job then dont do it.

I didn’t know the world could be so clear to be honest. I lost my last pair of glasses when I was like 13 - I’m 21 now and thought the world was just a blur. I was wrong. I can see EVERYTHING now. Thank you Dr. Kocher.

A+ on the durability & quality of glasses & the pricing is way below what Ive, paid in the past for less quality. I have found a home for my eyes...I strongly recommend! They even welcomed me on their chalkboard wall! Loved this place!

Best experience I have ever had with an optometrist. Dr. Kochers business philosophy is right on! He is a great communicator and discusses everything with you in great depth, and all with a genuine smile.

My visit was the first time going to an Eye Doctor since Ive moved to Delaware. After doing some research I decided to give Delaware Family Eyecare a shot. Im so glad I did. Setting up an appointment online was fast and easy. I was able to fill out most of my information quickly online which made going in for the first time quick and painless. Dr. Kocher made me feel comfortable and at home with great conversation and even better professionalism. I highly recommend choosing this optometrist!

I really enjoy my experience with Delaware Family Eyecare, they are extremely friendly and have great hours so I was able to pick up my glasses without missing additional work. The interior design of the office was very cool too!

My three young children and I have been going to see Dr.Kocher since he first opened his practice. I dont have a single complaint about the care he provides. From his front office staff, to the optical assistance and Dr.Kocher himself, we always feel welcome and comfortable during our exams. And they have an amazing selection of frames for all of our family members! 5 out of 5 stars!

Dr. Kochers practice is great, we decided to try them out after seeing local advertising at the towns movie theater. We were pleasantly surprised with how warm and accommodating they were. When time came to purchase my eyewear he and his team went over the best options to save me money. Though theyre a small town practice they employ up to date technology with reminders via text, etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr Kocher was wonderful. My son was diagnosed with Autism and the school needed a more recent exam. Our insurance (I had forgotten) already paid for his yearly eye exam. Dr Kocher agreed to still seem him and fill out the school form without charging me ANYTHING! I was completely amazed. He was really good & patient with my son. I will definitely be returning for future check ups with my children. Thank you Dr Kocher for your compassion, you are amazing and I really appreciate what you did! God bless.
