No idea how to measure properly. Little to no concern for your requests. Will give you what they think looks nice rather than what youre asking for. Will arbitrarily refuse to make adjustments.

Horrible service ! My sister in law was supposed to have a dress made. They told her it would be ready Weds , it wasnt. They told her Saturday, the day of the event. When she went to pick it up she was told it wasnt done because the lady went out of town. Horrible unprofessional service..!

Tried to get a dress made for a friend but didnt seem like worker or owner was interested this is a big problem in delano i go in a store and no one helps you or even wants your business tbis is not what the old business owners did who out there wants business ...or needs business

Totally agree with one of the other reviews that suggest it’s not a good experience. I definitely felt like i was being treated like another dollar. I was rushed while trying on my suit for the very first time and it was a big deal to me, but to the staff member it was just like anyone else. No help in making my experience become better and then I also end up paying around $140 to rent out a full suit that didn’t come with shoes. (Oh wait it did come with shoes, but according to the owner we the customer who does not know much about how everything works was expected to ask for shoes). I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The employee, Lupe, is really helpful and does an amazing work. The story sells or rents suits for wedding, quinceañeras, and etc..., The dresses there are amazing.

Beautiful dresses, but horrible service. The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I would have loved to buy my dress there but the shopping experience was ruined by the terrible service. The staff doesnt greet you or try to assist you in any way. On the contrary, they seem like they cant wait for you to leave. If youre looking to have a fun and memorable dress shopping experience, this is not the place for you.

I made an appointment for this place, drove 2 hours and when I got there they were closed. I tried to call them and talk to someone about this, the phone was answered in English, as soon as I told them what my issue was they pretended to not speak English.
